About this Episode

A review of the 25th anniversary of WWE Monday Night Raw and the 2018 Royal Rumble. The discussion covers the appearances of legends like Stone Cold Steve Austin, the booking decisions regarding Enzo Amore, the return of Rey Mysterio, and Shinsuke Nakamura winning the men's Royal Rumble match. The hosts also examine current product trends, the quality of entrance music, and the shifting landscape of the roster.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the podcast

arena. Coming to the ring at this time. Oh, you

didn't know? You know I better call somebody!

First, representing this week in key, and from

parts unknown, he is Mike the Birdman. TF2 and

Mike here and as I'm editing mayhem mics episode

28 there was a weird background noise on my end

I tried to remove it in doing this removal and

you not hearing whatever fan noise it was on

my end it has given my voice an echo and Ryan

sounds perfectly fine I don't know if this was

something in the recording or if it was something

I'm not sure I know it wasn't on Ryan's end because

I did not hear it on his end as we were recording

and I did not hear it on my end as we were recording

so yay I'm more echoey this time around in mayhem

mics now on with the show You just made the list!

Hello and welcome to Mayhem Mikes here on the

GeekCast for Radio Network and This Week in Geek.

This is episode 28 and I'm of course TF2 and

Mike. Joining me is Ryan and Ian from Merkley.

Hello, sir. Hello. I kind of fell out of the

wagon on WWE at the end of 2017. You were kind

of busy at the end of 2017 too, to be fair. Well,

I was kind of busy at the end of 2017 too, yes.

That has been mentioned on the GCRN feed here.

I don't know if it's been mentioned on the Twig

side, but Yeah, let's see, I moved states, I

moved time zones, I got married, yay! I'm now

in the process of helping my wife sell the current

home that we own and moving into what is, quote

unquote, possibly our at least five -year dream

home. She's always wanted to go to Oregon. She

don't want to stay here in Chicago She wants

the Oregon coast and she's convinced me several

times But anytime we see a house that we want

to get out there We just haven't had time to

actually go out there does obviously But yeah,

but no even even if life wasn't Happening for

me at the end of 2017. I just kind of look like

I was watching Ron smackdown but I was watching

them like almost back to like 2016 when I was

in California and I couldn't watch the stuff

and I came back that January and February of

2017 you know a year ago now and I watched you

had asked me at that time oh how is it watching

them back to back like if there wasn't a week

passed between them and I'm like it was actually

more enjoyable watching them back to back than

it was having to wait a week or a day jeez i

tried to give you like an out like an easy excuse

and you're like and uh and you know yeah but

like at the end of the end of the year last year

i just like i was not enjoying either raw or

smackdown they kept going in these really really

not necessarily strange directions but directions

that i just i just didn't care and then I get

it Dean got hurt but like no shield I'm out like

seriously I think overall the product wasn't

great either which I mean we'll get into yes

with this because I thought the rumble was a

just a direct like return to form I thought the

rumble was really good I enjoyed it a lot and

yeah they seem to have cut off some of the stuff

that wasn't big on and They seem to have some

sort of direction again all of a sudden Yeah

Well, let's hope and yeah, the injury injuries

have really hurt them badly though. I mean They

were just looking to get Cass, you know out there

on his own. He gets hurt Samoa Joe's been hurt

twice in Big programs just when they were taking

off because I mean he was supposed to fight Cena

at the rumble and They got hurt and it completely

derailed that and you know, you mentioned you

have Dean that got injured Yeah, if you're being

investigated for something tell your employer

Yeah, that's that's the only thing I really have

to say about that that I mean for something serious

and you're a public figure you might want to

mention it to the employer before somebody oh

say on the 25th anniversary of raw a reporter

goes do you have any reaction to your talent

being investigated for this thing i don't want

to talk about uh and and you're i think i think

you're up there at the interview and you have

to go uh what yeah really that's okay I don't

even know what the thing was. I think it's okay

for us to at least mention it and then leave

it the hell alone. But like, I just know that

he was let go. I didn't know, I didn't look at

it. So what is he being investigated for? Sexual

assault. Oh boy. It's one of those. Okay. And

yeah, so it's still under investigation. But

I mean, guilty or innocent, you've got to tell

your employer or mention it because what I described

is what happens. Somebody Asked them when WWE

was getting all ready for raw 25 Which is supposed

to be this big celebration for the company suddenly

reporters were asking them questions about one

of their talents Being investigated for you know,

a serious charge. Yeah. Yeah, that's not good

You're supposed to know about things like that

Love wrestling that makes two of us. But anyway,

but it's one of those things where like It always

it ever since I've been watching WWE WWF whatever

It always bugs me when they have guys or women

that they more specifically in this case men

That they push or they do something with And

then they stop doing something with them, like

the whole team split up thing or that kind of

thing. And then these other people just like

Enzo are just kind of floundering there. They

put them on, put them on the cruiserweight, give

them the belt, have him have something to do

kind of a thing. He has zero, like Enzo's, that

was the greatest thing about Enzo and Cass. Cass

was the muscle. Enzo was the mouth. That's all

you'd like. That's what that team was. I'd, I've

never really seen Enzo as. Don't want to say

is a true athlete, but that's the only thing

that comes to mind like and you're not alone

because Part of the issue with Enzo was he was

a great talker that kind of thing, but he was

not a great wrestler Exactly, and they don't

even call it wrestling anymore Yeah, he was his

character was written in a way too that that

was the whole point of him Yeah, which was smart.

So yeah, but yeah, he just he had a he had a

shelf life the way life was up yeah well the

shelf life is definitely up when you do something

and don't tell anybody exactly um rod 25 oh man

Yeah, I don't want to dwell too much on it. The

Austin thing was fantastic though. I think everybody

agrees Everybody will agree that that opening

was terrific and no offense to Yes, mr. Austin

or mr. McMahon I wouldn't necessarily want to

see a long program because I mean we're 25, you

know, we're not 25 Sorry, we're 20 years removed

from that and Austin's in his 50s now and McMahon's

in his 70s. Yeah, but for one night and a one

-off that was a ton of fun since you and I have

been in the ring together. And a lot of things

have changed. You look great. But obviously Mother

Nature has not been too kind to me. I'm a member

of AARP now. I have heart problems. I've got

this murmur that just won't seem to go away.

I've got arthritis and my bones are really brittle.

I live in a retirement community now. I'm trying

to say, Steve, times have changed. I'm now a

senior citizen. But I'm a senior citizen, but

Shane changed it his prime. Now James and his

prime guy, he looks so good, look at him. My

God, he flies off of one side of the ring to

the other, comes way down. Yeah, here's James

and his prime. And the stuff with Shane too was

great. Yeah, and let's face it, okay? Stone Cold

had his day in the ring and actually getting

championships and winning and having the accolades

for that. He is now to the point of being a legacy

character. He's a Hall of Famer. He's not in

the current day WWE lineup of who should be going

after he's not an AJ Styles He's none of this.

He's none of that. He's not a whatever what I'm

trying to say is Having Stone Cold come in even

if you had him come in once a month and do something

special on raw I've mentioned this for the last

three years that we've been doing this show The

biggest thing after his career that I remember

him coming in and doing with his shtick was with

Santino and Maria, he brought in the giant ass

beer truck, and he sprayed them both down with

a beer hose, and it was fucking hilarious, and

I loved it. The thing here, with the fact that

it's raw 25, and I think, was it you? I don't

know, it might have been you, it might have been

my buddy DJ, I don't remember. We were talking

about, no, it was you, because it was the last

time we did the episode, or we talked at some

point. about who could potentially be in Raw

25, and I had said something about Hogan, and

you were like, yeah, but Hogan really wasn't.

I'm like, oh yeah, you're right, it's more Stone

Cold. Like, as soon as that glass shattered,

I knew shit was gonna hit the fan. I was like,

oh hell yes. Yeah, there were a few people who

I wish could have been there, but I mean, they

couldn't for different reasons. Like, Bret Hart

apparently had surgery, and Bret was somebody

who was on Monday Night Raw and had a career

that Unfolded there. Um, you know, there's He

was one of the main ones that occurred to me

it might have been yeah There's other guys that

might have been nice But I mean the other issue

is what do you have them do? I know a lot of

people were disappointed that some Characters

only got in on the poker game for example But

I mean also what do you want them to do either?

This is what I was getting at with the Austin

stuff that Everybody would love to see Steve

wrestle a match, but it's probably not going

to happen. I mean, he's had a lot of injury.

All of them have had a lot of injuries. I don't

want to see anybody get hurt again. Absolutely.

I don't want Steve or DX or any of those people.

I don't want Austin specifically coming in and

doing a match because I don't want to say he's

out of his prime because clearly he can stun

people. But at this point, his WWE career what

I'm interested from Stone Cold is the podcast

yeah and for him to make appearances doing like

he can do a stunner yeah I think too it would

hurt if you see Stone Cold and he's out of shape

and he has not a great match I'm not saying that

would happen but it's It's a more of a possibility

now than it was 20 years ago Yeah, and the last

thing you want is that mystique to be gone and

your last memory of the guy is this old out of

shape? I didn't want to say this but while we're

talking about raw 25 My last memories now off

the undertaker the last two appearances have

not been super pleasant He didn't look great

in the Reigns match, which we've talked about.

And then his promo, which I mean, I need something

to decipher the hell he was trying to get at

with the promo. I don't know if he was retiring.

I don't know if he was trying to say he's coming

back. I don't know. I have not watched it all

yet. I want to so we can talk about it next time.

I have not watched it all yet, but they were.

promoting the WWE 24 thing for WrestleMania.

Oh, yeah. And it is the first time I have ever

seen him on a WWE program that is not actual

character in -character wrestling. Yeah, which

really makes me think, by the way, he's not coming

back because I feel like Vince would never let

that be shown. Exactly. If he was going to come

back. So, I mean, we'll see. But I mean that's

a guy that's he's earned to the benefit of the

doubt I can sit here and whine about the last

couple appearances of them But he's still you

know, if you're building a Mount Rushmore his

face is on it for pro wrestling yes don't call

as long as he comes out and does his little talkie

shtick and the beer smashes and the stunner i'm

fine with that i don't need to see stone cold

in a match these days i don't if i want i go

to the wwe network and look at whatever from

his career from long ago what i kind of did and

didn't i didn't like it i didn't find it interesting

until The rumble and then even then it was like,

oh it was just to preview those people Raw 25

when they brought the women out and put them

on parade No, they brought all the classic women

out although had them all apparently apparently

by the way That was a last -minute thing because

Jimmy Kimmel arrived or Jimmy Kimmel. Sorry Jimmy

Fallon arrived Late to the show and he was supposed

to have some stuff to do and a bunch of things

got changed and that was one of them apparently

so if that was a change that's fine i understand

that i still did not and we'll get to this when

we talk about the women's royal rumble i did

not like that pretty much all of the women that

they came out and paraded and congratulated on

raw 25 we're all in the rumble I wrote down I

wrote down all the names and we're gonna be going

through it and whatever else here in a minute,

but like I wrote down all 30 names from both

matches when they entered and Trish status Trish

stratus the Bella's Mickey J. I'm Mickey's been

around now still but I mean Beth Phoenix come

on Jackie Kelly Kelly You know Vicky really number

six we'll we'll get to that but you know like

All of those slots like I don't know if WWE would

have used any of the other NXT women to fill

those those quote -unquote rumble legacy slots

and the Bellas and Trish and Torrie Wilson and

all those people can still kick ass and it's

a royal rumble it's not like they're wrestling

a real match it's go in throw somebody off the

top rope and if you get thrown off the top rope

you get like 15 seconds of whatever I get that

but it just didn't feel i don't know we'll get

into it but i'll correct you on it later anyway

tonight is about one thing opportunity to compete

to trailblaze to make history History is always

made at the rumble. And tonight, there will be

more rumble than ever. Monsters will evolve.

This match could quite possibly level Philadelphia.

The beast versus the monster versus the machine!

There's not a beating alive! We are going to

turn the house One man will again become legendary

history. What do you say ladies? You make history

once again. On the shoulders of those before

them. Every single woman to ever step foot inside

the squared circle for the very first time in

all women's Royal Rumble match. This revolution

is now their evolution. This is a rumble for

us. of Monsters, the city where danger meets

phenomenal. Tonight, we rumble again. As the

revolution continues, the road to WrestleMania

starts now. Sorry, I didn't even I don't what

am I I've been saying for three years. I don't

even watch the free show What was even on the

free show? I watched it and I didn't really care.

So We had our token six -man Cruiserweight flight

Which was pretty much exactly what you expect.

Also, I swear the heels never win any of these

Whatever fine. We had the revival beating gallows

and anderson which i'm kind of happy that at

least there's a secondary tag team feud that's

one thing that's kind of annoyed me with raw

in particular lately that they only seem to ever

have two tag teams doing anything so whatever

happy about that but like i said revival wins

and then they finished off with a united states

title match which was a rematch between mojo

rally and bobby rude which bobby rude won The

end 211 handicap match. Yes This was AJ versus

Owens and Zayn. Yeah, this was really awesome

It was fun. There was a storyline being kind

of told and Owens and Zayn's cheating kind of

Backfired because they didn't make a tag AJ pinned

Kevin Owens, but there was no tag Sammy was the

legal man at the time the ref misses it So it

gives Owens and Zane another reason to whine

and complain It protects them too because I mean

they didn't actually lose And it still gives

AJ the chance to move on so it was a good call

it furthers all the storylines My guess is Kevin

and Sammy versus Shane and somebody and my hope

is Yeah, but we who knows Also, I mean if I was

if you were asking me who I wanted to see Daniel

Bryan in a match with if he returned that wouldn't

necessarily be my first choice actually I suppose

Sammy would be up there. Or Owen Solo. Alright,

actually maybe he would be up there. But anyway.

But yeah, I don't know what the end game is.

And that is kind of an issue. But it's also kind

of fun to have something that I don't know necessarily

where it's going. I don't know where it's going.

I don't know if they're going... I don't want

this whole Y2AJ thing where they get together

for like... Week and a half or what? I know it's

been longer than that now But you know what I

mean like why to AJ was too short kind of a thing

Yeah, I don't think they're gonna have them break

up here. I'm hoping that they outsmart Shane

again, and you know they're faking the friendship

problems But we'll see they they took their time

with the Owens Jericho thing. They were smart

enough to do that Hopefully they're smart enough

to take their time here And then there was the

tag title match it's three falls match. Yeah,

Sheldon Benjamin and Chad Gable versus the Usos

Yeah I Like you so swept it I was surprised And

it wasn't like it's yeah, and it wasn't like

they won. They lost they won It wasn't like that.

It was like two in a row. That's what I mean.

Yeah, that never happens. Yeah So that props

to them for actually doing it. I mean it makes

the USOs look really good and They've been looking

really good. So yeah harder edged. It's like

It's just so much more fun watching them What

I'm saying is they're there they are the leaders

for their men's tag team division kind of a thing

because the smackdown tag team division is I

Don't know having Shelton Benjamin back is fun.

I just don't think him and gable. I don't I don't

like that I don't like they split up they split

up or sorry They split off the wrong guy from

American Alpha because it feels like gables the

more talented fun of the two between him and

Jordan But Jordan's the one they broke off and

gave a big, you know made a big deal out of uh,

but this is fine i mean there's nothing wrong

with having a decent number of entertaining good

tag teams and smackdown's helped a little bit

by they've got the bludgeon brothers as up and

coming now and yeah yeah which they've started

teasing which is and they've done it in a really

neat way i liked the whole the usos gave an interview

and the bludgeon brothers came out for a match

and they just kind of stop on the entrance ramp

and stare at each other for a second I love that.

I absolutely love that. There was one time, I've

never really liked Luke Harper, just as the character.

I've just never liked him. There was one time

I really loved Rowan, which was when he split

off from Wyatt and joined Cena for the whole

Wyatt -Cena thing. That was kind of cool, but

the two of them together outside of the Wyatt

family in this new kind of a thing. Oh, I love

it. I think it's so cool. And then we got the

men's Royal Rumble match. Okay, so I know we're

gonna go through this person by person, but I'm

just gonna list them all right now. Rusev at

one, Finn Balor at two, Rhino at three, Corbin

at four, Slater at five, Walk with Elias at six,

Androni, who is it? Androni, Cian, almost. Yeah,

Cian, almost. At seven, Bray Wyatt at eight,

Big E at nine. Perfect ten tie again at ten.

Well, although he gets jumped and it becomes

Sammy Zane. Yeah That was funny Seamus at 11

one second Seamus great It was a way to keep

him fresh for the tag match by the way, yeah

very woods at 12 Apollo Cruz at 13 Nakamura at

14 Cesaro at 15 Kofi at 16 Jinder at 17 Seth

at 18 and then in between 18 and 19. I wrote

this down. Oh my god That was hilarious with

the new day. I can't believe my pick got pancaked

That was Jerry it had to have been Jerry Yeah,

yeah, I think it was Jerry Woken Matt Hardy at

19. I hate this I hate this angle. I like that

it's a weird thing going up against Bray Wyatt,

but I like the broken Matt Hardy thing. The problem

is he's been one dimensional so far and all they've

done is have him laugh. So this is a gimmick

he came up with in TNA and he ran with it and

it was really, really good. He eventually had

like his whole family doing it, including Jeff,

by the way. And they were all just sort of nuts

and these crazy larger than life characters,

but they talked. But WWE for some reason all

they ever let him do is laugh and then Bray laughs

and then they laugh at each other and Then I

get bored and then they laugh some more and then

I change the channel and they keep laughing Number

20 was Cena 21 was the hurricane. Oh boy. That

was surprising. Yes Aiden English at 22 Adam

Cole who is from NXT at 23 Sorry, I just so Cole

the NXT takeover the night before by the way

was absolutely brilliant Cole took You know what

the attitude adjustment is obviously And it's

essentially a release Death Valley driver Cole

took that onto a setup pair of chairs And he

took it onto the back of them. Oh wow with his

spine oh wow it looked horrifying like incredibly

painful that was such a the two of them he and

uh adrian black put on one of the best matches

you'll ever see it was a hardcore match uh no

dq and like the use of weapons was brilliant

in it like basically they everything they did

they used something a quickly and b in a way

I can't remember seeing all that often if ever

before and Yeah, it was just that was a great

match, but I remember I saw that and I was like,

oh, how's he walking today? It looked nightmarish

Nothing like having your spine realigned by you

know, the back end of two chairs put together

Anyway, sorry so after Adam Cole we had Randy

Orton so you got Cena and Orton in the rumble

together again Titus O 'Neil The Miz and then

619 Ray Mysterio returns my jaw hit the floor

also good god is he in good shape he is Roman

came in at 28 everyone's favorite I don't know

why. Is it just because they needed to do something

with him? Gold Dust at 29? Why? I think it's

fair. He's been around a long time. But yeah,

he didn't have much of an impact. And then more

baffling to me was we have Ziegler come out for

the first time since... At 30, yes. At 30. Retired.

But he didn't do a lot, which was weird. No!

I mean, he got off a few kicks, but then he got

eliminated by Finn Balor. Yep. But anyway, yeah,

there's your 30. Baller, by the way, lasted longer

than everybody. 57 minutes and blah, blah, blah,

blah, blah. So yeah, I mean, he was kind of the

Iron Man through the whole thing. And then, so

the things I liked about this, first of all,

nobody ran roughshod. Nope. Like, there wasn't

anybody who eliminated four, I think the number

was four or more guys, I could be wrong, but.

Yeah, nobody went nuts and started eliminating

everybody. It seems like oh good. Okay. I was

just gonna say There was a number of guys that

kind of came in and got kicked out pretty quickly

But there was reasons for most of them. Yes So

I was okay with that I would say by the way overall

this was one of the better rumbles and one of

the best in quite a few years The surprises were

surprising, like Rey, who, by the way, I'd love

to see Rey come back. Rey was good to see. I

thought the hurricane and sort of a comedy entrance

and everything, that was good. And the Slater

stuff I thought worked too. I thought it was

funny each time somebody would come down and,

you know, clock him again as he was trying to

get into the ring. Yeah, I wasn't sure what was

gonna. I'm glad they didn't because I loved hearing

that music pop because That's one thing and it's

interesting Kind of not really going back to

but just jumping back to raw 25 a little bit

Jim Johnston that did a lot of the Jim Johnson

or whatever like the guy has did a lot of the

music and everything Yeah years ago kind of a

thing and over the last few years he I forget

which year it was he basically left the company.

They canned them very recently Just abruptly

and yeah So but I read an article I read an interview

where I watched something where he was talking

about the things and about how Not necessarily

the superstar should be picking the music because

you know He said that they can you know tell

him their their favorites or influence or whatever

and he'll build something like that but you look

at something like stone cold like as soon as

you hear that I love what he said I'll have to

grab the audio I love what he said about the

glass shattering it's it was a sound effect it

was like several different things put together

to make that glass shatter it was not just breaking

glass there's like some one or two other things

in it the undertaker theme the this the that

and the themes today are okay but There's some

really good ones, but yeah, they don't have some

really good ones, but they don't have this like

okay Say what you will love them hate them whatever

soon as you hear You know as soon as you hear

the scene of theme because it's been the same

it hasn't changed That opening to this yeah time

is now is not going to it has but I think of

the most recent ones Obviously Bobby Ruins is

terrific Yes, and I'd say Nakamura's is quite

good because I mean it's one as soon as you hear

it You know, it's him and it's you know, it does

everybody starts singing along and that to me

is fun I think that's a solid one But yeah for

the most part like it's mostly for ghetto like

I love Kevin Owens, but his theme music is really

generic I still like it, but it's still really

generic and You know zanes works great for him,

especially now that is a heel because he dances

around like a complete jackass Yeah, uh, which

I like I love the um I love ambrose's music,

too That's pretty solid and uh Rollins's drums

before the whole burn it down. I liked but man

They keep just toying with him and with it. Although

thank goodness they gave him back the kerbstom

finally. Yes. Thank god He used it, and I'm like,

uh -oh, Seth's in trouble. Wait a second, is

he supposed to be doing that? Yeah, exactly.

Back to suspension land for you. Yeah, exactly.

With Seth's music, I like the theme right before

the current one that he had, when he did the

rebuild, redesign, reimagine gimmick thing. I

like that theme. The Sasha Banks theme is really

good. Oscar's theme is really awesome. And we'll

talk about all the women's stuff later. Well,

actually, I think the women may have better themes

than the men. What is so funny is I like Sasha's

theme when they use it on TV. I found it on Spotify

to see if I would like the actual song, because

some of the songs are really good. I enjoy them.

And it's funny. I like the piano version better

just listening to the song itself. then i do

i'll have to put it in the episode so uh... rumble

i was really good uh... happy with it overall

i like what they did at the end where it was

kind of three of the older guys versus the three

new so you had baller um... macabre and uh...

who the hell was the third new one it wasn't

bobby it was baller roman And then he had the

old guard. He had Orton, Sina, and Rey, which

was a neat, neat sort of thing. And then they,

you know, they pared down. Finally, it was Sina,

Reigns, and Nakamura. Then Sina got eliminated

next, which kind of surprised me, and I'll get

to in a second. And then Reigns got eliminated

and Nakamura won, which I think was the right

call. Think it's a really smart idea. It doesn't

the thing with Nakamura is he works well when

he's kind of special and he's not out there wrestling

every single week and they seem to slowly be

figuring that out and making him a big deal not

quite like Brock but close and Yeah, I like him.

I think it's a good choice and he'll go on and

face styles and what's probably gonna be an amazing

match Yeah, but it surprised me that Cena didn't

win because you got a figure at some point they

want to do the Cena wins the championship and

ties Rick's record. We've talked about it a few

times You know and I I don't want them to just

do it just to do it and to give him the record

because then it just seems I Don't know. It seems

it feels kind of disingenuous if you do it that

way If you just throw the belt on him just because

But on the other hand they're running out of

time because he's got more and more things That

he's that are taking him away. He's doing more

and more films He's starting to do a fair amount

of voice over work. Well, we talked about her

creation Yeah, we talked about it on the pre

show that he's gonna be a voice in the new Ninja

Turtles, for example So I mean, he's got all

that stuff. So yeah, at some point, at some point,

they're going to have to do it. But if they do

it, he's going to be a part timer, which, you

know, he's talked about it before. He hates it

when the part timers come in and just he's entitled

to do that because, you know, he's been the guy

who's run the place forever. Yeah. But yeah,

it's still kind of hurts, especially if you're

going to take the title off of Brock. Who was

a part -timer to do it? Well, John wouldn't take

the title off of Brock. He would take it off

of AJ or whoever it was. Even I mixed that up

last time and you corrected me. Because that

belt's the original belt. Although it's not since

they replaced it with the blue one, but it's

still this World Heavyweight Championship. But

it's one of those things, or the WWE Championship,

or whatever you're gonna call it. But it's one

of those things where I want John, if he's gonna

do 17, 18, 19, I'm not saying he's gonna do any

of those. Obviously, I want him to do 17 time.

I want him to have the most shocking match of

his 17, 18, 19 year career at this point. 16

years at this point. I want look I've said this

before Oh God flair flair flair flair David flair

was one of the first ones he had or even If they

start a feud with him and Kurt like we could

go back to ruthless aggression Hope you do something

anyway. No, I didn't mean Rick Okay his kid Really

was David Flair man. Yeah, you remember this

better than I do. Sorry. Anyway, I remember when

we did the scene of spotlight episode last year

episode 20 I barely remember what happened yesterday.

I'm getting old. No, you're not stop it Yeah,

like I want something from seen his past to come

back like I don't think right now any of the

new people Can really do anything? Specifically

really awesome and well done for Cena at this

point because he's the one Well, I would argue

like Styles is one and yeah, whatever because

I mean their match was Probably one of the best

matches John's ever had since CM Punk Which was

some of his best work. Yeah. Yeah The only thing

that the only thing that gives me pause and makes

me worried about that is a he seems to kind of

be falling into the Into the part -timer crap

thing which okay fine But what concerns me is

his match against baller? this past week Was

not a great match and Ballard's a guy that usually

has good matches with everyone It just seemed

like something was out of sync and I'm worried

that they've waited too long And that scene is

kind of at the part -timer status and this gets

harder to do You know when you're taking time,

it's like anything else you start taking time

away from it You can't just jump back in the

ring and immediately have a five -star patch

with a sack of potatoes. You got to be You know

gotta keep at it and i'm not trying to insult

cina who Yearly has been one of the best performances,

especially on try to remember the last time cina

had a bad pay -per -view match That basically

hasn't happened and that's you know, he doesn't

get enough. I mean he's had losses, but he hasn't

had like a bad Yeah, people always want to criticize

his wrestling ability for the fact that his television

matches tend to run the same He's even admitted

that but his pay -per -view stuff has always

been really really good and it's funny because

Reigns is starting to fall into that too. I've

been openly critical about Reigns his work But

his pay -per -view stuff, especially in the last

couple years has been terrific Like I really

don't have anything negative to say about him

anymore He's become the complete package. Although

holy cow does the Philadelphia crowd hate him?

If he had won they would have been booed out

of the building They probably would have had

to stop the paper The thing with Reigns is I've

never seen the shield as a heel team. They're

their antagonist team. They're not They're not

heels. They're not good guys. They're just there

to they're essentially seen in three different

people as The team of the shield where is Roman

by himself? he's getting a lot better he has

gotten a lot better and he's kind of in this

heroic kind of superman punch kind of thing where

he's not a healer if you're putting roman reigns

up against brock lesnar roman ain't going to

be the heal in that match it's funny they've

all come full circle all of a sudden too because

they have rollins has kind of lost his direction

which dean did at one point dean's injured so

i guess i'll have to leave him off this list

and now reigns is the one that's kind of getting

it together and figure stuff out The coolest

thing, and we've talked about some of the off

air stuff and some of the stuff they do in real

life at times. I saw a video, I forget where,

I think it was either one of the WWE Facebook

pages that I follow. It was Reigns doing a Make

-A -Wish thing and sending this one kid or whatever

it was to WrestleMania this year. And it was

just, cuz the Make -A -Wish stuff, I get it,

they probably all do it. But like, you're not

gonna see Seamus and Cesaro showing that. I understand

that they do that. I understand that they still,

I'm not singling those people out. I'm saying

a character like Roman has built up at this point

over the time since the Shield's inception to

his individual stuff, to whatever now, like you

can actively start billing him as the hero type

like Cena. is and was not saying Cena isn't anymore

but essentially like you know Roman still says

oh this is my yard now trying to take away the

other like I see Roman is more of a John at this

point than a taker he's a little in between yeah

face and heel more than John ever was I think

though we're letting him because he does some

bad stuff on occasion That's heel worthy like

he'll use weapons and that kind of thing We're

seeing it, you know, that was a focal point of

one of his cane feuds. But anyway, you know way

off topic. So anyway back to the Royal rumble

so Nakamura wins and then says that he's gonna

challenge AJ Styles. Yeah, which yay So then

we get kind of a cool down match We get the bar

versus Rollins and Jordan Which I feel a little

bad for everybody involved because I mean they

put them here deliberately to kind of cool things

down before the triple threat match so they get

Yeah, so they get kind of a lousy Set area, but

I mean everybody in this match is pretty good.

Although Jordan's still trying to find himself

Yeah, see I don't think this is a lousy spot

for this because Rollins is not really taking

Jordan under his wing but because there's no

shield currently and they're all kind of like

we said Dean is injured but Roman and Rollins

are kind of doing their own thing a little bit

here. Looking at the pay -per -view you know

I don't like even if you switch this with the

tag two out of three match I don't think I actually

love the way this pay -per -view rolled out,

because you have the first two matches, you have

the men's Royal Rumble, you have this, then you

have another big one in Brock, Braun, and Kane,

and then you end with the women's Royal Rumble.

That, to me, is a great pay -per -view lineup.

Yeah, it worked out really well in the end It's

just this was a cool -off match and part of the

reason for that too is in real life Jason Jordan's

nursing and injury, which is why they did the

whole oh, you know He heard his head and it basically

became a the whole match was Rollins getting

tag -teamed for the entire thing I know he takes

a you know double -team white noise After a broke

kick after anyway, yeah, he takes a good beating

in this But Rollins is very good. And yeah, it

looks Looks good the whole time. So anyway, yeah,

so the bar wins which You mentioned the USOs

have done a great job lately I think the bar

has been terrific if you had told me, you know

a couple years ago Seamus Cesaro would be a really

good tag team that if they broke up I'd be sad

to see them go I Probably would have thought

you were nuts But yeah, they've done a good job

getting it together and they're setting up Rollins

versus Jordan at some point And I kind of liked

the idea of Rollins maybe even turning heel out

of it by you know jordan's injured but ralph

has just had enough of them so he beats them

up anyway it would be it would be an easy way

for them to kind of return seth to form because

i think seth works better as a evil jerk yeah

he does the evil jerk of the shield yeah Yeah,

they're gonna pull a Stone Cold Vince hospital

scene. Yeah, although maybe they'll wait and

have the Shield get back together when Dean's

better, but that's a ways off, unfortunately.

Yeah, I was gonna say, stop getting my hopes

up. You know how shocking it is that they say,

oh, Cena got injured, Cena's gonna be out for

six to eight weeks in a month, he comes back.

Know and his injury was pretty severe Yeah, and

it's also something that I would hope that they're

careful with because Dean is he doesn't have

quite the mileage of a Cena obviously But he's

still their workhorse. So they should definitely

take some time, especially if they're gonna throw

him back in For anyone who doesn't know he wrestled

more matches than anybody last year Despite getting

injured in the tail end of it. Yeah, he wrestles

a lot every every week so Like Dean any any of

his sticks that he has done since the first breakup

of the shield any of the stuff he's done solo

I've loved the getting the shield back together.

I've loved all of that stuff Speaking of Injuries

and broken and battered and oh my god, Brock,

Kane, and ugh, Braun. Wow. Only thing I can write

down about this match in my note, wow. Like,

holy shit. It was a good match. It was pretty

much what I expected. It was a good match and

I mean, Kane was there to lose. Bron is becoming

this weird underdog story where everybody's cheering

for him But he just doesn't win and they didn't

they didn't want to have him lose to Brock again

So yeah, the obvious thing to do is to insert

somebody else so that Bron can Not get the title

but not lose And I'm okay with that. And yeah,

it was solid Lesnar Alright, so the only thing

I didn't like in this match and I didn't like

it a lot was brawn hits Brock with a sloppy knee

and Actually struck him with it And they showed

it again and then Brock just absolutely punches

brawn right in the side of the head And a legit

like punch and it brings Braun to a knee and

in reality Don't injure each other And I mean

the thing the big difference between wrestling

and UFC is In wrestling you're trusting your

opponents and the other people in the ring to

protect you when you do a lot of these moves

You're working together trying to get to a common

goal If you have somebody who doesn't want that

or gets really angry, and that's happened quite

a few times, you can find videos on YouTube,

it gets real ugly fast. You can seriously hurt

somebody. We brought up Austin earlier. One of

the great things that always made me sad is that

Austin's career was cut short by that pile driver.

And that wasn't an incident where somebody was

trying to hurt somebody. That was just an accident.

Stuff like this happens all the time, unfortunately.

And You know the last thing I want is to see

Brock or bronze Career shortened because somebody

got angry in the ring and supposedly this was

sort of like a half Worked in sort of thing and

a half real life Getting angry at each other

thing either way like don't hurt each other Yeah,

I see enough of that in other sports and there's

enough injuries like we mentioned Dean gas Etc.

Etc. There's enough injuries when the guys aren't

trying to kill each other You know We'll talk

about other sports after the women's royal rumble

match kiss Vince McMahon and his big announcements

and speaking of UFC anyway So Brock wins, which

I think is the right call here Yeah, because

that way you could do Brock and Braun or whatever

it may be. I love Braun, but yeah, the idea of

him chasing the title right now seems to be the

most entertaining option, so. Yeah. The Women's

Royal Rumble, oh my god. So, I knew this wasn't

going to happen because hello, it's the Royal

Rumble, but this is the first time, I think,

in history that I've ever seen, well obviously

it's the worst. In Royal Rumble history, they've

never actually brought out the men's champions

Right Yeah, that's that's true. Actually. I don't

remember them coming out and watching the match

That was kind of smart to have them sit down

at ringside and just watch so Alexa and Charlotte

are watching the match the 30 women in the match

number one Sasha Banks Becky Lynch at number

two Sarah Logan at number three Mandy Rose at

four Lita at five Kari Sane woohoo I remember

watching her from the first part of our Mei Young

coverage well NXT 2 but like the Mei Young classic

coverage we did that was the first time I saw

her Tamina at 7 Dana Brooke at 8 Tory Wilson

at 9 Sonya Deville at 10 Liv Morgan at 11 Molly

Holly at 12 Lana at 13 that was kind of unlucky

Michelle McCool at 14 Ruby ride at 15 Vicky fucking

excuse me Guerrero at 16 that was just a waste

I thought it was entertaining it was entertaining

but but that's what some of the Sponsor for I

mean the hurricane thing was the same idea. Yeah

Carmella at 17 Natalia at 18 Kelly Kelly at 19

Naomi at 20 Jackie at 21 Naya Jax at 22. Ember

Moon at 23. Beth Phoenix at 24. Asaka at 25.

Asuka. Asuka, sorry. I look at the spelling,

dammit. You kids took the... Uh, yes, I know,

right? If there wasn't the U there, I would say

Asuka. Mickey James at 26 Nikki and Bri at 27

and 28 for the Bellas and then Bailey at 29 and

Trish at 30 Wow was this match awesome So it

was good to see a and B. It was actually good

match now. It wasn't better than the men's this

year But it was way better than so I was really

worried that this was gonna turn into a oh look

We did a rumble for the women. Yay But no, it

was actually a good match and told a lot of good

stories. I... I enjoyed the men's Royal Rumble,

but I enjoyed this a hell of a lot more. Interesting.

That's why. Because... It's something we've talked

about. The women in WWF, WWE... Until Trish and

them came around... most of the women were ring

girls or whatever and they had the whole divas

thing where they're either flaunting their stuff

or whatever they they didn't really focus on

women's athletics in the wwe they are now obviously

but they haven't and the reason why i enjoyed

this so much is getting to see all of these different

women with all of these different skill sets

face each other in not necessarily a traditional

one -on -one match you know It took, what, seven

of them to get rid of Naya? Yeah, which I liked.

That was a good way to... I was wondering if

she wasn't gonna win, how they were gonna get

her out, because the two women that had to be

protected were Naya and Asuka, the two kind of

ass -kicking machines. Yeah. But anyway, yeah,

I enjoyed this a lot. I liked who they chose

to be in it. I was happy to see Molly Holly again.

Because she's one that I remember those quite

good when we go I assume that's just a character

name and that's not her No, yeah The one that

made me really happy too was Trish at 30 Yeah,

and I was also happy because we'll get to it

in a second, but I thought there was gonna be

a surprise entrance at 30 Who was gonna win at

all, which I thought would have been a really

stupid move No, but they did the right thing

here with Oscar wins Which you know again makes

sense I was happy for the most part everybody

got something to do much like the men's match

as well That everybody kind of got a moment and

a lot of these people in this match deserved

a chance Because they never got a chance in the

past like somebody like trish, uh beth phoenix

Mickey james like these were those were women

who were actually really good wrestlers In an

era where nobody cared about women's wrestlers.

It was just about if you were a model or not

Yeah And it was nice to see them get a chance

in the ring Where their athleticism was the focus

again? And so that's why yeah, I was pretty happy

with who they chose. Yes, there's other women

they could have called up from NXT, but we mentioned

this in the May Young Classic reviews, which

we'll get back to at some point. A lot of the

women in that were very new, especially the WWE

ones. And wrestling in a rumble is not easy.

That's the other reason, by the way, I'm really

surprised this went off as well as it did. Because

it's the first rumble for any of these women

because the first rumble ever. Yeah Rumble match

is not the same as a one -on -one match. There's

a ton of different things going on You got to

be aware of where everyone is You got to not

screw up and knock yourself over the top rope,

which man that's happened a lot in the bends

over the year I think one of the more infamous

ones was Stone Cold Going out early accidentally

and stuff like that happens so no i mean they

did a great job and oh i forgot natalia is another

one too that i love that natalia is getting all

these firsts because she's somebody from a wrestling

family who was treated like garbage in that model

era yeah and she had stuff like you know the

farting gimmick and all these uh like really

stupid Things they had her do and now she gets

to actually wrestle and do all the stuff She

saw the rest of her family do and everything

else without all that crap Yeah, I mean good

for her and yeah this the whole thing was entertaining.

I liked the stuff with Naomi doing the Kofi Kingston

ask saving herself Like I want her to be champion

again, like I know Alexa and Charlotte are the

champions now But like Naomi deserves to be champion

again. She's yeah, she's young and she's Gotten

the chance already. I'm sure it's gonna happen

again She's improved so much over the past few

years. She debuted as just like a valet who would

never Never ever wrestled that kind of thing.

She's improved so much over the years Uh, yeah,

it's been fun to watch her. Yeah, absolutely.

Um, no, the women's Royal Rumble, like I said,

they were, like, honestly, outside of Vicky,

like, and I get it, it's a, it's a legacy thing,

I understand that. Outside of that, I really

don't question any of the legacy women that are

in, like, the Bellas and the, obviously, Trish

Makes Sense kind of thing. I know, yeah. I don't

really question that. I know she's persona non

grata, but the one I really wanted to see who

deserved to be there, too, was AJ Lee. Yes. And

she's only a persona non grata because she's

married to someone else. Yeah, because of who

she's married to, unfortunately. And that really

sucks. Like, okay. That whole situation sucks.

You know, someday we'll probably talk about that

and some of the other stuff. Because yeah, it

basically robbed us of two people who were in

their prime doing some of their best work. Yeah

Which is unfortunate to see although on the other

hand, I mean, hopefully they're happy. So yeah,

that's the important thing But like, you know

we keep saying every so often one of these legacy

characters like Hulk or these legacy wrestlers

will say something or do something and then they'll

leave for Sonoran Grada for X number of whatever

and then hulk is starting to come back like he's

in the wrestlemania 24 thing i was talking about

the wwe 24 thing yeah you know so and then he

sends a stupid tweet during the women's rumble

and now he's back to persona oh no we can talk

about that after but anyway yeah come on hulk

why come on man um and again you know again Most

of the legacy characters, most of the legacy

wrestlers, I don't want to say characters, wrestlers

like Stone Cold, like Hulk, like all of these

people. Like we've said before with Stone Cold,

we don't want to see them back full time, but

just, you know, like the whole Cena Hulk thing

last year, the year before. Where it was like,

you know, Cena was pumped about Hulk or something

or other or vice versa Like they were giving

each other the you know, the pass on the back

kind of thing Like that thing is kind of cool

or whatever else but like wow I really expected

by now that Vince's chip on his shoulder about

CM Punk would I don't know what that well, I

mean to be fair Punk definitely has a chip on

his shoulder about the company as well But yeah,

and by the way, you mentioned, you know legacy

people I agree. I wouldn't want most of them

to come back Ray can come back anytime Because

man, he's definitely in shape and can keep doing

this. I know he's been in I know he's been in

Dammit the luchador libre. It's on TV now. It's

on like Netflix the luchador stuff Yeah, oh,

and it's really good too, and now I can't remember

the name of that's great Ryan good work anyway

Yeah, so the last thing one of the last things

we need to talk about is The announcing oh my

god. It's getting better, okay? like we said

at the beginning booker is we might have said

this at the beginning i don't know before the

show started booker's been replaced by coach

yeah so jonathan coachman is back what i like

about this is you have michael cole corey graves

and coach we had mentioned last year multiple

times on these episodes of the podcast that why

do we need three two is fine it doesn't really

matter give us two we don't need three At this

point with this team, what I like about having

Coach back is Coach has been at ESPN for years

now. Like, he lends more of a, I don't want to

say professionalism, but like, ESPN's like the

sports network kind of a thing. So he, more than

Booker, more than Byron Saxton, more than, you

know, that kind of thing. I think with Coach,

Cole, and Graves, It's gonna be a really good

triple threat announced team. I don't think there's

gonna be a lot of mistakes made by Any of Cole's

always gonna make mistakes, but you know, whatever

it is what it is And then while you're saying

all this by the way we get four We get four announcers

for the rumbles We could have used two, but no,

they bring out four. The commentating team wasn't

large enough. And I hate that they keep doing

that. Because for the men's, of course, they

had Jerry the King Waller come out, so we had

four there. And then we had Stephanie for the

women's match, which... I mean, God forbid the

women do something without Stephanie being involved.

Yeah. But I mean, they had to do something with...

Jerry Jerry was okay, but my issue is if you're

gonna have somebody come out Have somebody go

back Yeah, you know keep it at a max of three,

but four is just too many. Oh absolutely it is

yeah No, it was raw 25, that's right. I forgot

to mention this Instead of putting all of the

announcers and the whole thing in one thing,

they had it in two different places. They had

it in the Barclays Center and in the Manhattan

Center. And it was Jerry and JR! I was like,

oh hell yes! Like, as much as I love Graves,

Cole, and now Coach, like bring back Jerry and

JR as the team! Like, come on! And then they

didn't let them do anything because there was

nothing going on in that stadium but that's another

story. That's another story for another day.

Royal Rumble 2018 kicking off WWE's pay -per

-views for the... I really dug it. There was

no real, oh I can go get a snack or I can go

to the bathroom matches kind of a thing. Like

I guess the two out of three falls match could

have been that or the... Bar match could have

been that but it really wasn't that for me Like

I watched the whole thing without really taking

too much of a break. It was enjoyable Yeah, there's

nothing he kind of wished he skipped forward

on or something like that. Yeah, exactly very

very enjoyable What's next is it it's not fast

lane fast lanes in March with the hells in February

the raw one The there's two. Oh, no, it's elimination

chamber next elimination chamber Elimination

chamber should be interesting because again for

the first time ever they're actually gonna have

a woman's match which again is overdue because

you know, even in the model days they could have

found six women who were good enough wrestlers

to Have a chamber match for crying out loud.

But anyway so Yeah, I mean that's the next one

there and then fast lane for march and then mania

march uh so last thing to mention about rumble

is the end where ron rossi came out so high stakes

high pressure oscar nicky bella both on the apron

both the phone over the top rope oscar ford was

ready for Asuka. Asuka is a history -maker. Asuka

is going to WrestleMania. Now the question is,

which championship will Asuka choose to challenge

for in New Orleans? What an incredible night.

What an incredible match. What an incredible

moment. It all broke down at the end. That big

right hand. from Nikki, but a desperate kick

from Asuka with sweet Nikki's knees out from

just enough. Nikki Bella goes down. Asuka goes

to WrestleMania. I couldn't be more proud of

all of these women who competed in this match

tonight, and every woman who paved the way. Including

yourself, Stephanie, congratulations. Congratulations

to us all. You see the respective champions from

Raw and SmackDown joining Asuka in the ring.

What's it gonna be, Asuka? Which championship

would you challenge for? I'd love to see either

one of those matches. Who's it gonna be? Charlotte

from SmackDown, Alexa Bliss from Raw, and Asuka

with the choice and the opportunity of a lifetime.

What? In terms of... Asuka won. Asuka won the

rumble and she has not chosen who she's going

to face yet because we don't know. Considering

how Asuka wrestles and how she fights and everything

else, I'm surprised she doesn't challenge Brock.

She probably thinks she could win too and maybe

she's not wrong. She's a scary lady. Yeah, she

is. Okay, before we talk about Ronda's debut

here unless they change things according to Wikipedia

the pay -per -views for the year Most of the

year here elimination and fast lane are next

WrestleMania backlash in May Backlash is raw

payback is in May which is smackdown money in

the bank in June Battleground a raw in July Summer

slam in August, so there's probably gonna be

a smackdown one in July somewhere Cause that's

July 15th for Battlegrounds. Summerslam, Extreme

Rules, Hell in a Cell, TLC, Survivors. There's

no like real, like they haven't really said anything

about new, new ones. And usually they're having

two a month anyway for the both brands. So like

the one in November, which is just Survivors.

There's no, there's not two each month yet. So.

Who knows but yeah that ending. Oh my god on

the friggin rousy and she's you know, the rowdy

Rhonda character Oh, so cool. So I think it was

smart to do it this way I feel like this is the

only way to do it because if you've done it beforehand

They would have just talked about her all the

way through the rumble, which isn't fair to the

full -time wrestlers who've been there for years

And I realize it's kind of a negative that it

just takes the shine off ask us but again i don't

know where you put this announcement then because

i think you know i think they did it at the right

time you know you want to do the announcement

at a big pay -per -view this is the biggest one

before wrestlemania yeah uh now my question is

going to be where she fits in she had sort of

a face -off with oscar and then she pointed to

the wrestlemania sign a bunch of times which

was a little confusing i'm not real sure So and

the other issue, you know, obviously she's gonna

make an appearance at WrestleMania, which okay

fine. I Hope she that's enough time. I mean It

takes a long time to figure out wrestling. It

is not easy even if you were in a tremendous

athlete which she is So she's gonna be training

pretty hard during this time presumably she has

a bits of an additional block too in that she's

gonna have to learn promos and that kind of stuff

because again it's not it's not as easy as they

make it look and her promos work and stuff like

that in ufc what i'm trying to think come up

with a nice way to say this because she could

hurt me but uh luckily she'll never hear this

but uh she could use the work yeah with promos

and that's not a knock it's not like i could

do it but yeah this stuff takes time and i hope

that's enough time for her to be solid and that

kind of thing because again we talked about this

with some of the older wrestlers the last thing

you want too is if it's somebody new is for them

to come in and they just look like crap And especially

at WrestleMania. They look like crap or they

get injured immediately. Like when Finn came

up. Or they injured somebody. Or they injured

somebody else. Right, exactly. Like when Finn

came up, he won the Universal belt and then he

got injured that night. And then... That destroyed

his career. I mean he hasn't come close to winning

the title or being that high profile since then.

Yeah. I mean hopefully he gets back to that but

No, I think the idea is just he pulls it out

for really important matches and it's been a

while since he's had a you know His last really

big one was against AJ and it looks like his

next feud is probably be gonna be against the

Miz So maybe we'll see it at WrestleMania if

that's the the match For him, but yeah, it just

it derailed his career and yeah, you don't want

to see rousy Especially since I bet you they're

gonna put her in with somebody else who's not

a wrestler They're gonna do some sort of authority

thing and have her fight Stephanie or something

Who is also not a wrestler and just yeah, I don't

want to see them hurt each other or something

she can kick ass but she has to kick ass WWE

style like you said she has to learn like we

were saying like you said earlier it's a team

effort even though you're going against each

other like you know Cena and Orton those guys

know each of their move sets and how to handle

themselves in the match she needs to learn that

and like you just said not sure if And if she

wrestles one of the wrestlers it's gonna have

to be one of the ones who can make anybody look

good because you know again, it's just it's just

a time, you know putting time in thing and So

then you know, who does she fight then maybe

Charlotte's would be one Sasha? actually Oscar

generally can't put on a bad match either so

yeah i'm thinking just okay maybe oscar just

because of the whole dissing thing but but either

her or sasha or like somebody like a sasha not

necessarily like if oscar takes the belt if oscar

chooses to face charlotte or whatever or alexa

i don't know who she's going to choose is oscar

on raw uh yes Okay, well, so she can't choose.

Well, she could choose Charlotte's Mania. I don't

know. It's all going to depend on where they

want the Raw and SmackDown women's belts to be.

If they want to flip -flop the belts. At that

point, because it's Mania, so she can choose

either one. So it doesn't matter which show any

of them are on at that point. But like, if she

chooses Charlotte and she goes to SmackDown,

where the belt comes to Raw and Asuka has the

belt... you could have robertson charlotte or

something like that or hell you could do uh...

robertson's mail i don't know i just love the

fact that she's gonna be it's a good choice since

it's good publicity definitely and she's somebody

that can fit in so yeah i hadn't even see like

i don't i've watched the stuff really look at

the WWE news stuff. I had no clue. As soon as

the music hit, I'm like, ooh, okay, cool. As

somebody who does kind of read that stuff, because

I have too much free time, they did a good job

of covering it up. Nobody was sure. Yeah. Everyone

figured there was a possibility, but nobody knew.

And the coolest thing is... I assume she's going

to be going with the Rowdy Rhonda character because

that's just cool and the fact that Piper's son

gave her his jacket, oh, so awesome. I just love

that. That's just so great. So, uh, Royal Rumble,

I gotta give it a five. There's nothing wrong

with it to me. There's certain little things,

but not enough for me to not give it a five overall.

Hmm gift stuff. I don't know four point five

or five. Yeah, what are those? Ah, it's very

good though. Absolutely Alright folks next up.

I don't know what we're gonna be doing. We're

gonna be doing something with WWE It's probably

not gonna be the next pay -per -view yet. We

might wait for that. I don't know Not sure so
