These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of TheGCRN.com, our syndicated podcast feeds, public voting modules, submission forms, and all associated digital media services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Legal & DMCA Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Limited Use License

We grant you permission to temporarily stream, download, or access content on GCRN platforms for personal, non-commercial, and transitory entertainment purposes only. This is a license grant, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

  • Modify, copy, or redistribute our audio, video, or written materials without express written consent
  • Use our materials for any commercial purpose or public display
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or mirror any software or code on GCRN platforms
  • Remove any copyright, watermark, or proprietary notices from our media

This license automatically terminates if you violate any of these restrictions.

2. User Submissions & Interactive Content

GCRN provides interactive opportunities including fan comments, guest voice recordings, and voting submissions for events like the Top 100 Animated Series Countdown. When you submit content, you retain ownership but explicitly agree to the following:

  • Ownership & Rights: You warrant that you own or have the necessary legal rights to submit the material and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property.
  • Content Standards: You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or harmful material.
  • Grant of License: You grant GCRN a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, broadcast, and display your submission across our podcast network, website, and social media channels for promotional or production purposes.

3. Advertising, Affiliates & Third-Party Links

  • Audio ads may be dynamically inserted into podcast episodes via third-party infrastructure such as RSS.com, or read directly by our hosts.
  • All sponsored content is clearly disclosed in strict compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
  • GCRN does not monitor, evaluate, or endorse the products, services, or websites of our advertisers. Your interactions with any third-party sponsor are entirely between you and that entity.

4. Service Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

GCRN Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. GCRN makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of our website, audio feeds, or embedded forms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GCRN LLC and its hosts shall not be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, profit loss, or service interruptions) arising from the use or inability to use our platforms, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

5. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Weld County, Colorado for all disputes related to these Terms or our Services.

6. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior specific notice. By continuing to use our platforms, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms.
