Steven C. Phillips breaks down the latest The Last Jedi trailer featuring Luke Skywalker's return to the Millennium Falcon, discusses Disney's controversial 65% ticket revenue demands from theaters, and explores fan theories about Rey's parentage. Batman beats Superman. This is the right place

to be. Hello and welcome to Altered Geek. I'm

your host, Steven C. Phillips, and in this episode,

I'm flying solo. So, yeah, if you're into all

the pop culture, you're into the living in the

modern era with the tech and all the different

topics, well, it's not considered off limits.

I will talk about anything. It doesn't really

matter. It's... If it's something that's interesting

to you, it's interesting to me, I want to find

out about it, it will be fun. So, as always,

thank you for tuning in. And remember, Altered

think about Halloween as a whole. There was a

lot of fun I saw that went on and a lot of not

so fun. Like if you're paying attention to TFG1Mike,

he claims that he wants to put rocks in people's

Halloween bags. Myself, we did not take the kids

trick -or -treating. I did not go trick -or -treating.

I didn't hand out anything at the door either.

It's primarily because in our neighborhood and

how things are set up, People tend to bus in

their children from other neighborhoods, and

that's a little bit irritating. I get it if you

want to go to the next block or you want to go

to something else that's nearby your house but

to drive all the way up to Timbuktu. Yeah, I

know that kind of sucks for kids that are apartment

dwellers, but it kind of drives me nuts because

At least in the Flint area, everybody tends to

flock to the neighborhood where all the candy's

being handed out, which means that the next year

there's a drought in that neighborhood because

people don't want all these people bussed in

and not being able to drive down the street.

Because they literally will get out of the car,

run up to the door, run back to the car. It's

ridiculous. Not to mention that in our area,

we also had snacks with pot in them, somehow.

I don't exactly know how that's validated and

how it passed, but there were snacks getting

out that were pot -laced, and then there were,

like, marijuana. Yeah, and they also had certain

treats that had razor blades hiding them. So,

yeah, I'm just so glad my kids don't go out on

Halloween now. Not to mention that last year

my son got terrified by all of the costumes that

were out Like I get it adults want to dress up

as certain things, but you know you've got these

grown -ups dressed up with these kids Like when

I was a kid my parents just stood there You know

and the sidewalk and watched us run up to the

door get the candy Walk back to the parents parent

walked him to the next door like that was that

was fine how It transpired. We didn't even do

Halloween last year. I forgot about it until

my wife brought it up. We went to a friend's

house and they were handing out CDs and like

a piece of candy with glow tracks and stuff.

So we didn't do Halloween this year. We just

kind of hung out downstairs. And our neighborhood

actually wasn't all that busy, which was a little

bit surprising. So... It wasn't that bad of an

evening, to be honest. That and the weather,

usually it's nasty, like downright nasty on Halloween

evening, weather -wise. And we actually had some

decent weather. It was actually around like 48

degrees, which is more than normal. Usually it's

raining with freezing rain or a little bit of

snow. So, you know, they actually kind of got

it good this year. So I was kind of happy for

those that do celebrate and want to do it. So

what's on the docket today? Well, we have some

Star Wars stuff. The latest trailer drop for

Star Wars Episode VIII. And you get to start

off with seeing Luke walking for the first time

back on the Millennium Falcon in his dark Jedi

garb. And he's kind of looking around and all

the lights just... mysteriously come on, and

yeah, it was a little crazy. I think we're gonna

get a little bit of foreshadowing from pre -episode

7, with Kylo Ren attacking the Jedi Temple, and

Luke having to climb out of the rubble with R2

-D2, but it would be interesting if that actually

was a clip from the future that Rey saw. So,

you get that. You get a little bit of Emperor

Snoke's, yeah, Supreme Leader Snoke's throne

room with the red troopers and General Hux. And

you get to see Kylo throwing his little tantrum.

You get to see a variety of things. So it was

really interesting to watch and kind of got me

in the feels for seeing Luke on the Falcon again.

To me like the best part of the Star Wars franchise

has been watching Luke And I know he was a whiny

tool in the in a new hope But I really like where

he eventually went and I still enjoy the character

I'm still happy about it So there is some downside

though in in Episode 8 and this is the craziest

thing of all we are getting Disney directly involved.

They want to control the theater. So, one of

my favorite titles of one of the articles is

on io9 where it says Disney the theater showing

the last Jedi. I am altering the deal. Pray I

don't alter it any further. I know I can't do

a Vader. I'm sorry. I am altering the deal. Pray

I don't alter it any further. I could do Megatron.

That works. That works. So they're very much

the evil empire here. They're trying to shake

down the local theaters. So theater owners have

to agree to a series of unusual and serious set

of terms in order to earn the privilege of showing

the new Star Wars movie. First, Disney is insisting

on 65 % share of ticket sales revenue. up from

a standard 55%, asking by most Hollywood studios

what Wall Street Journal calls a new benchmark.

No, it's called they're greedy, they want more

money, they know that this movie's gonna bank,

so what better way to get that money than this?

Because let's face it, I don't think the Marvel

movies are gonna even get Disney this much money

as Disney will. LucasFilms will. My gosh, I can't

speak today. So yeah, they're requiring theaters

to reserve at least four weeks in the largest

auditorium available exclusively for the last

Jedi screenings, and if the theater violates

any of the above terms, well, then Disney reserves

the right to charge an additional 5 % of ticket

sales revenue as a penalty for the violation.

Those bastards. This includes if the theater

cancels even one screening of the film without

Disney's consent. So I wonder if we're gonna

get the new age of cinema where the studios are

telling the theater owners what to do and I don't

see this going well. This is almost retroactively

if you look at cinema history Going back to the

early 1900s when the studios owned the screens

that they were played on and I'm wondering if

we're kind of going back to that that model I

mean if you look at it we have this type of model

already with with with delivery of grocery items

like you have your you know your your shop on

the online and pick up in the store or the Things

called like shipped like what my wife does which

is kind of reminiscent of back in the olden days

Before technology and before everybody had a

car where you know you would calling your order

at the grocery store, they'd set up the bags

and then they'd have a delivery boy drop it off

at your house kind of thing. So I mean, everything

that's old is new again with a new modern twist.

And so I think we're gonna start seeing a lot

more because Disney is setting this precedent

here, which is kind of dangerous for the theaters,

meaning that they're gonna bump the price up

to us, because they'll be losing out on some

profit. You're going to start seeing, I'm believing,

that a lot more theaters either A, going under,

raising prices, which will definitely happen,

and having studios more directly involved in

how their films are played based on this precedent.

Again, I think it's going to be bad. I think

that we're going to end up also in some territories

where... Companies like Comcast Universal could

end up saying, hey, we're going to show it exclusively

on X1, and you pay $20, and then that's how you

see the movie, and then you get to watch the

movie that one time. I'm thinking that eventually

a lot of this is going to be just at home, and

you're not going to be able to go to a theater.

It's going to be as rare as a drive -in theater

experience. No, that's just if you're looking

at the cup half empty. The other thing is that

you can see a standardization across the board,

which could be bad as well. With Disney doing

this, it's kind of sick. If you don't like those

terms as a theater owner, there's not much you

can do because Disney can basically say, we don't

need you, see you later buddy. They're in the

most powerful position any studio has ever been

in maybe since MGM in the 90s. I think they're

more powerful I think we've got the Emperor on

our hands here, and I think that they're just

tightening that Sith grip so Yeah, I don't know

Now, previous Star Wars films like The Force

Awakens did give Disney 64 % of ticket sales

and included four -week theater holds, nearly

matching the latest deal, but they reportedly

did not include the 5 % penalty for failing to

meet the studio's demands. Which, again, kind

of sucks. So, I don't know. We'll see what happens.

It's kind of interesting. But Lucasfilm is also

planning the next 10 years of Star Wars beyond

Episode IX in 2019. and the Obi -Wan Kenobi spin

-off movie. So we could see more stories from

Rey, Poe, Finn, and BB -8 among other characters.

I'm almost imagining they're gonna kill off most

the original cast by the end of episode 9. If

not, if they go to an episode 10, it'll jump

more time and they'll kind of go a different

direction. So we could see what happens. But

these particular characters will be involved

in stories beyond episode 9 So it stands that

they're not gonna see this is the only bad thing

and this is kind of where Michael Powers and

myself kind of Jumped on this bandwagon with

with the Marvel films is they're like ooh You

know the tensions gone because nothing severe

is gonna happen to these characters because you

know what? They're in the sequel You know it

I don't know. It's like the whole announcement

of Avengers 4 You know Avengers 3 hasn't even

come out yet But we've got clarification that

Ant -Man Iron Man Captain America and Black Widow

will all be an episode or an Avengers 4 So like

it just means that anything that happens to them

and in Avengers 3 is just a pale light it cop

out because they're gonna be back and And that's

kind of where I see it although curiously enough

There's no mention of Kylo Ren or Adam Driver

mentioned at all. Meaning that we could see him,

and this is just me throwing it out there, do

a 180, save his mom, fight Snoke, and give himself

up to save Rey, and then dropping the bomb that...

She's a sis, you know the the long -lost sister

or something or that he knows her parentage and

then telling her at the last minute before he

dies like You're gonna see some instance of that

to some degree. I don't think he's gonna survive.

I think they're gonna purposely kill off the

Skywalker The whole Skywalker Division of Star

Wars at at episode 9. I don't think you're gonna

see any more Skywalkers at that point I think

you're gonna see more original characters and

less of the Less of the other stuff But apparently

they're they're also saying that Luke's hideout

is gonna have a major prequel connection and

You know, there's already been merchandise and

posters that have popped up with Luke sporting

the Anakin blue lightsaber instead of his Iconic

green which has not been shown on anything so

We know he didn't lose it on the second nest

star, but It's it's hard to say I he is sporting

the Anakin lightsaber though in the force awakens

Poster it's it's definitely not his green lightsaber.

So We'll we'll see we'll see so There's also

the speculation that Luke will get Vader's Lightsaber

and have figured out how to change the crystal

its color or or or maybe even go a different

route with it We'll see we'll see what happens

But there's also you know the Just kind of mind

-boggling all this stuff going on with this film

right now And then there's there's the thing

that Adam Driver may have dropped a spoiler about

Ray's parentage And and again Everybody seems

to be kind of on this train of, oh, is she a

skywalker, a solo, a Kenobi, a Palpatine, an

Urso, a Wren, a Fisto, and nobody really knows

what's going on. I don't know why everybody's

so crazy as far as trying to figure it out. Don't

think we're gonna actually know at the end of

this film either But Adam Driver does call Ray

a princess apparently So You're probably gonna

see that she's the sister the long -lost sister

of Ben and like maybe Luke wiped all their memories

of her or They're keeping it quiet So it could

be just a bad PR thing that that something happened

and you know driver just said that and more or

less called her it but We'll see we'll see Hard

to say hard to say so with that I'm gonna take

a quick break come back on the other side with

some tech And we're back on the other side. So

one of the things that kind of caught my eye

is there's a kind of next generation Skype client

developed by Microsoft that came out. And this

has me particularly intrigued because it only

works on old Windows. So if you're somebody that's

been using Microsoft's next gen Skype client

for the past few months, You'll see in the new

app, the new functionality nearly every week

and knowing that it is now the feature to the

older desktop clients, Microsoft is formally

ending the preview. So starting this week, October

30th actually, the next -gen desktop client is

now on a preview and is available for users on

Mac and older versions of Windows 10. You can

also use it on Windows 7 and 8. Now the thing

to keep in mind is if you're running Windows

10 November update 2016 or older along with Windows

7 and 8, you can download the application. I,

being one of the ones that decided not to upgrade,

can now download this client. So I'm actually

going to check this out and do a review of it

because I kind of want to see how this new next

-gen Skype client how it works. It almost kind

of reminds me of a Facebook Messenger on PC,

just from the screenshots that I've seen of the

big screen. I'm not entirely sure if I like that,

but I do like how each person has their own color

code and how you can kind of break down and have

a photo gallery thing on the one side. It very

much reminds me. of Facebook Messenger on the

PC, and you can add things to the chat, whether

it's web links or things like that, or you can

do a projection screen, kind of a status type

thing. I'm going to try it out. It's something

that I think could be useful to some degree,

but I need to actually check it out to try it

out. They're saying that if you're holding on

to install 1 .5 .1 .1 of Windows 10, then you

can use it. So everybody else gets to use the

Skype app from the Microsoft Store, which I disabled

that, too, because I don't want it. I don't want

any of that modern stuff on my PC, more so because

Microsoft commandeers your settings and your

capabilities, as it were. Moving on, there's

this new technology called Hyper -VSN by Kino

Flow. It's an easy to install 3D hologram system

that allows for projection of any 3D ad sign

or displays, which looks actually kind of interesting

because just watching this video, they show it

on Mashable where they've got this, it reminds

me of Back to the Future 2 with like the Jaws

thing coming out at Marty McFly and they show

like the name of the signs and then they show

like the product showing up or unraveling or

wrapping and it's a really interesting CG, like

3D hologram system that's there. And you can't

see the device behind it but it works rapidly

with these rapid spinning blades behind it. creating

a hologram effect from basically any angle. And

just the fact that, one, this thing's gotta be

crazy expensive. Two, it's gonna be very time

consuming for them to set up for the tons of

space needed to do this. But I'm so interested

in this, because it's... you can upload this

stuff wirelessly to this thing and occupies,

you know, a little space on it. But it's definitely,

you're gonna see a lot more of that for futuristic

shopping. You're probably gonna see it on, to

some degree, like some billboards eventually,

because this will just be a lot easier than the

diode thing that's going on. You can make things

pop out, which I almost think is gonna be dangerous

if they ever did it on driving because... People

are gonna stop and look at these things popping

out at them and freak I Mean I think the technology

is awesome. I would more than love to have this

for You know like oh, I'm gonna have the EMH

just randomly materialized next to me and have

a conversation with somebody though that would

be actually kind of cool, but have their voice

come out through Skype or something through the

device and see the mouth flaps move and you have

the EMH standing next to you, that'd be awesome.

But yeah, this technology, it's crazy because

we're only a couple years off from the Back to

the Future timeline of Back to the Future 2.

We don't have flying cars and hoverboards, but

we kind of have hoverboards. But a lot of that

tech has actually come true and a lot of the

people actually aged just like they did in Back

to the Future 2. It's kind of interesting to

pay attention to. So I know this isn't the Star

Trek podcast, but I couldn't help but talk about

this. The Orville got picked up for a second

season, which I'm kind of happy about. I haven't

talked about the Orville in a while, which normally

I would try and talk about that on Future Imperfect,

but with the way that I've been going with the

show over there is... I've been covering the

current episode, maybe some of the aspects about

it, and then kind of just breaking down a little

bit of the misconceptions and some of the pet

peeves. So I will have guest hosts over there.

I will have Birdman Dodd back. I'm probably going

to have Ryan Merkley, and I'm going to have another

guy from Twitter that I've been talking to about

Star Trek, who actually just stumbled upon our

GCR awards. Episode four from 2012 which was

four months before I predicted I predicted four

months before this happened that Lucasfilm would

be bought out by Disney and it happened so I'm

quite pleased with my my Guessing posture there.

It wasn't even it was not even audible It wasn't

even a fart in the wind at the time and it it

happened four months later So I'm very proud

of my prediction skills there uh -huh so The

Orville A lot of the reviewers have been saying

that it focuses on story and is funnier because

of it. Yeah, they usually have like a running

gag in certain episodes. But the graphics on

it are great. The aesthetics are great. It feels

like I'm watching Star Trek to some degree. I'm

not sure which version of Trek. I mean, at points

it looks like TNG, but there's elements out there.

The latest episode had this big thing on social

commentary, basically, of social media. In the

show, the ratings just keep going up, so that's

spectacular on itself. The other reason I kind

of knew about the up -down thing, like they have

the like and dislike button on their, it's like

a com badge type thing. Lauren Lester, voice

actor of Robin in Nightwing in Batman the Animated

Series, was in the episode, and he was a scientist

that had something happen to him. It's basically

like watching Twitter happen. You get somebody

that does something to you, even if it's inadvertent

and not malicious, but if you're unaware of it

and it happens. You could be the victim because

somebody records you puts it on the web and then

everybody starts instantly looking at your number

in downvoting you And it kind of very very much

resonated with with modern Social media practices

of how you know you could say one thing and it

could get so misconstrued and hate it on and

then Everybody wants to put death to you and

that's basically what happens in the show is

you know, they put you through rehabilitation

as Idiocracy calls it Except that version they

actually kill them and this one they scramble

the noodle But one of the the Orville crew does

something stupid One thing I do like though is

that they kind of focus on everybody equally

and it's not just about Seth MacFarlane's character

because he kind of was like a tertiary character

in this episode And it was very much about his

first officer and his his navigator, and I thought

that that was kind of interesting Because I mean

you got episodes like that in Star Trek, but

the captain's usually pretty involved or you

know The main character of the show is typically

very involved so like Burnham would be very involved

in Discovery so and That show if you want to

hear what I think about the latest episode which

I think was actually pretty good You can go listen

to Future Imperfect. If you want to know what's

going on in the Transformers world and this new

Transformers venture that I'm dealing with, with

all things Transformers, you can listen to that

show and find out what I've got going on there

as far as the future of the podcast and some

of the things coming up for the website. Oops,

I've said too much. Time to move on. We've also

got, like I said, Orville resurrected for Season

2, which came to light today, actually. It's

unclear when it'll air, but it says, boom! Thank

you! The Orville has been renewed for Season

2. So, because it's had rock -solid ratings and

a unique one -hour comedy, the... The show has

garnered an impressive audience over the course

of its 13 episode first season and even hailed

by some as a truer interpretation of classic

Trek than even the current Trek series, Discovery.

So yeah, it looks like once again Seth MacFarlane

has struck a chord with the viewers and found

a show that fits where people need it most. So

yeah, he's delivered a series full of very optimistic

moments and... Obviously his trademark humor,

but it works in this show. It doesn't seem I

mean it doesn't it seems a little forced at times,

but it doesn't seem Like it takes you out of

it forced like it's very Like co -worker office

type feel of how you would treat somebody or

talk to somebody that you work with And are friends

with so it's it's awesome that it's been picked

up so Definitely, definitely happy about that.

And if you haven't seen it yet, there's a clip

of something Mark Hamill posted, which I will

include. Well, I could include it, but it would

be kind of wrong. You kind of have to see it.

I want to put it in here, but again, you have

to see it to kind of get the gist of what's going

on. But it's Mark Hamill versus Mark Hamill versus

Mark Hamill versus Mark Hamill. Literally, he's

playing himself against the Joker, against the

Trickster, against Swamp Thing. And it's in Justice

League action. He posted it on his social media

like a week ago, so you'll have to dig a little

bit or go to cbr .com and find it. Moving on...

I could touch on this one thing which has to

do with superheroes instead of putting it on

Legends of the Brave and the Bold and I'll probably

bring it up again over there because I'll have

a co -host and I want to hear the thoughts but

I know when we were talking with Mike Powers

a while back about Danny Elfman doing the score

for Justice League he's he was worried about

Danny Elfman using the Batman theme and he says

watch he's gonna put it in there well What have

we been correct with with the DCEU? Quite a bit

actually, like we picked out the Batsuit, we

kind of picked out the Batmobile, we kind of

picked out, you know, how the Batsuit was going

to look, we kind of picked out what they were

going to do with the Batman, we picked out, you

know, and Mike Power has kind of been the same

gravy train, picked out that Danny Elfman is

going to use the Batman theme because Batman

doesn't have a theme other than the Danny Elfman

theme according to Danny Elfman. Which I kind

of agree with them Because even they're they're

even using the the Superman 70s theme to some

degree with some tweaks And I think it's kind

of funny that they're they're reinvigorating

these characters with their iconic music and

I think that's actually kind of awesome to some

degree because You know you've got Wonder Woman

with her music from the movie. You've got Batman

from the 89 You've got the 70s Batman Superman,

and then you add all these together and then

you create new ones for the other characters

that don't have them yet, and you have kind of

a nice set of audio tracks that go to these characters.

And of course Elfman's gonna revamp and retool

a little bit his 89 theme, but that's pretty

much what he said he's gonna put on there because

that's Batman's definitive theme according to

him, which it was throughout the 90s. I mean,

we got the two Batman movies and then we got

the animated series, which actually lifted a

track right from Danny Elfman originally, so

I'm not surprised by that at all. And then, of

course, classic Harley Quinn returns to DC Comics.

They've revealed that the one that Joker beats

on is actually not the real Harley Quinn, the

one that's from Suicide Squad. They've re -revealed

the 90s version with the clown outfit type of

thing, so... So I'm a little happy about that

as well. For those not paying attention, Screen

Junkies actually released a video after I released

the episode last week about kind of giving an

update on what's going on and they started releasing

content again. We've got our Honest Trailers

back. We've got a lot of the other stuff just

without Andy Signore. I guess it's business as

usual and everybody's getting a stern talking

to and Hollywood can't seem to Quit digging itself

in this gargantuan hole Based on the cesspool

of everything going on and now mind you it's

all the film screen actors for the most part

all these big wigs that are that are getting

it and It's I have my theories on something else

regarding that but the it's still not It's still

not acceptable what these dudes have done in

any regard They're they're just kind of scum

and And why it's taken to this point for I guess

we needed social media to boil it over Of course,

it seems like everybody's doing it now Nobody's

talking about you know cyber security anymore.

Nobody's talking about really anything else.

It's just Who who sexually harassed me who touched

me on my arm who you know? It's almost kind of

degraded to a playground element now at this

point not saying that people that were victimized

shouldn't Be going after these people because

that's like I said still sick like I have a wife

like I there's no way I would want somebody you

know hitting on my wife or you know or I would

never hit on another female like it's just it's

it's it's just sick like they're human being

treat them like one how hard is that like you

can have a conversation with them just you know

it just be a normal person I just I don't understand

it maybe that's why it took this long to to get

it out in the open On that note, I've found it

a little bit intriguing. I keep getting followed

by musicians on Twitter. I don't typically review

any music. That's typically TFG and Mike. I do

La La Land because Mike does it and because it's

based on a property I watch and so I'm intrigued

with listening to the content. I rarely listen

to regular music of any kind. It's really odd

when I get these requests sent to me of this

stuff. I'm not quite sure, like I said, but hey,

to each their own, I guess. I've been having

a lot of conversations on Twitter lately. It's

been quite fun, actually. It's been based on

TV properties, based on things I've been watching,

based on ... Films based on just everything and

we just recorded our top 100 villains countdown

part two which will actually be out after this

episode either later Friday afternoon or Saturday

and TFG when Mike is editing so who knows what

he's gonna throw in there to Make fun of somebody

based on what pops up in the episode But I was

happy that a couple of my characters have shown

up and you'll be happy to hear that Superheroes

did not dominate. We had another kind of mixed

bag that was all over the place and I still have

no idea what to think Which is which is good.

And if you remember for a few episodes ago, we

had Alison Powell on the episode where she talked

about her Kickstarter for banging lady Laney

and Her Kickstarter did go through so it is under

production It's on the go now, so you'll have

to wait and see it next year when it comes out.

At some point next year. But yeah, so it's out

now, like I said. So anyways, I don't really

know what else I want to talk about on this episode.

It's been kind of a calm week, kind of not much

going on. I do intend on trying to get some people

back on here. and I do have some guest hosts

more so set for the other shows that I'm involved

with so I'm not sure what I'm doing in this yet.

This will be probably the only show that goes

through the end of the year so you may have some

of that other content kind of mixed in towards

the end of the year as far as the other shows

because I'm, as the well dries up on the legends

of the brave and the bold as far as the CW shows

go on break and I run out of stuff there that

show will go on hiatus until the shows come back

in the other on the beginning of 2018 and Future

Imperfect I will probably continue on with all

things transformers. We'll see kind of just depends

But other than that this show will definitely

for sure be a be a main contender so how many

people have used the have used the thing regarding

the Netflix titles, the different categories.

I'm really kind of looking forward to knowing

what people did on that. I don't have Netflix

anymore, so I have to actually find alternative

stuff for my kids to watch. I was hoping to have

them watch the Jack Hanna stuff on Hulu, but

it got taken off Hulu unexpectedly. So, we'll

see, we'll see. But yeah, there's just a lot

going on at this point. Anyways, I'm going to

call this episode good. I'm going to say, have

a good weekend. My son's birthday is next week,

so I'm pretty pumped about that. He's going to

turn five years old. Little guy's excited. He

wants a police car cake, which my wife and I

have been diligently working on with Fondant.

Stuff sucks. It's like Play -Doh, but it doesn't

stick together. It's like it's it works, but

it doesn't so So yeah, I Think I'm gonna call

this good. So let me know what you guys think

What do you guys do for your kids birthdays if

you've got kids and what do you do to make it

special? Sound off below in the episode or get

a hold of me on Altered geek also, you can do

what's geeky to you on the Twitters. You can

hit me up there. You can also contact myself

have a little bit of stuff going on there, but

Bradmull, just to kind of wrap it up, says that

the perils of online shopping for figures because

local retail doesn't stock a lot of stuff I'm

collecting, which I definitely get that. There's

a lot of stuff I want that I just can't get because

they don't sell it at retail, or it costs too

much, or B, I don't leave the house barely at

all, so that's my only method of getting out

of the house, to be honest, and so... I just

look forward to getting out there. But the last

episode too, he even said about the whole thing

with the phone. He says it's good to spend a

weekend and just go away and leave the phone

at home I enjoy camping in the world can wait

until I get home from a trip away or a family

holiday I see too much craziness at work when

someone leaves their charger behind. It's like

the world's ending our dependence on tech is

real Interesting you bring up teaching your son

with penciled paper I wonder how many children

or teens would know the difference between a

HB B to be etc pencils. I'd say not a lot nope

and Yeah, it's just it's just mind -boggling

I'm so glad my kids not using that crap like

they they literally glue to the screen if they've

got it So I just I prefer them not to even touch

it So until next time get altered get geeking

with the altered geeks
