About this Episode

TFG1Mike and Joe Reed dive into the final two issues of the Attack on Technodrome arc, discussing the escalating battles across multiple fronts—Shredder versus Krang, the Mutanimals versus the Foot Clan, and the turtles' desperate fight to shut down the Technodrome. The conversation covers Corey Smith's artwork, the emotional weight of the story's ending, and what comes next for the series. The hosts wrap up with a rundown of upcoming TMNT solicitations for April, May, and June 2015.

Hi, this is Bobby kernel chief turtle editor

at IDW publishing and you are gonna have a shell

of a good time inside the pullback Welcome to

the pull bags back issue classics Join us as

we talk about comics from yesteryear from DC

Marvel and more So open your ears to hear our

discussion of the older continuities as the back

issue classics are also what's in the pullback

Hello folks and welcome to the pullback. This

is yet again another back issue classics This

is back issue classics episode 27. I am one of

your hosts TFJ Mike and joining me is Joe Reed.

Hello I should sound somber just you know, because

of the news we received. I Yeah, I know I I didn't

want to I didn't want to go that route with this

yeah, I want us to I want us to be able to be

positive about issue 43 and then People will

hear our slow degradation into complete and utter

sadness and Just complete and utter fanboy rage

Especially on my part because that character.

I mean he has been my favorite Since I was seven

years old since I first saw the original cartoon

series now I do know and we're not gonna even

give anyone a hint to what we're talking about

here until later, but I Do know IDW since we've

been reading this series for just over a year

now or doing the podcast You know reading the

trades and whatever just over a year now Do know

IDW and you've told me this and everybody's told

me this they and I believe it They take the utmost

care and they don't do stuff just to do stuff

They don't do they're not DC or Marvel or any

of those companies where they will you know do

hey Here's here's secret wars which happened

70 years ago where here's this and it's all fresh

and new and we're gonna reboot our universe IW

doesn't do that They have a plan from beginning

to end specifically with this series and I Don't

know what to think about where it's gonna go

from here, but we need to go ahead and Get issue

43 for this. I thought attack on technodrome.

I thought it was gonna be longer than just four

issues I expected this to kind of end at 50 I

thought that was gonna be the the arc but either

either it is over and we're gonna have a couple

of issues of good solid resolution or things

haven't even gotten bad yet. Well, I'll tell

you when we get to the end of this podcast, folks.

Now, everyone knows by now we are three months

into the into 2015. I launched a new series inside

the pullback here called Profiling Previews,

where myself, Nicole Hale, Jeremy Fine and JT

from Saskatoon, we all get together in various

times. It's kind of like a clip show. I record

with each one of them. And we go over and choose

solicitations and stuff that's coming up in that

month to tell the listeners, hey, you should

go check this out because we're going to check

it out and see if we like it or not. I've done

a couple of turtle things with Nicole, but since

Joe and I really are the turtle guys over here,

I figured I'd save the turtle solicitations for

when Joe and I do stuff. Since Joe's not on the

show that much, you know, pretty much whenever

we do turtle stuff. But it's one of those things

where I think it's fine for us to just do it.

And we're gonna do issue... We're gonna cover

the April, May, and June solicits. uh for turtles

at the end of the podcast uh but for now we need

to get into issue 43 the main cover is the turtles

fighting a bunch of bug bots i assume those are

bug bots or yeah but the yeah because they're

not mouser they call them fly borgs That's right.

Yeah, cuz I was gonna say those aren't mousers.

I missed the mousers actually. I think they mentioned

Yeah, they they mentioned that in one of the

issues That man these things are tougher than

his mousers like all right, you know The cover

B is by Eastman it is the three of the four turtles

Oh, that was rash bandana, I thought I saw splinter

in there but no three of the four turtles Leo

Mikey and wrath uh... they're spying on somebody

looks like they're spying on the readers but

as we see in in leo's little binoculars there

is shredder and crying so we start off here the

story so far done done done The Technodrome is

about to activate, destroying all life on Earth.

However, Donatello has worked to transport Shredder

and the Foot Clan to stop Krang before it is

too late. Little did Shredder know that this

was part of a trap. The TMNT set and defeat both

himself and Krang. As the battle unfolds, the

TMNT move to deactivate the Technodrome. It says,

uh, story credits here. Kevin Eastman, Bobby

Kernow, and Tom Waltz. Uh, script is done by

Waltz. Art is by Corey Smith. Colors by Rhonda

Pattinson or Pattison. Uh, letters by Sean Lee

and obviously Bobby's the editor. We're going

to have to have Bobby back on the show. I think

we will. I've been trying and trying and trying

to get Tom Waltz on and it's, it's just unsuccessfully

not happened yet, but we will get there. Um,

so we start off with, uh, Krang. Basically, I'm

filming a Uncle Sam video. We want you for the

Eutromadon army. And as we go through here, I

assume because of the way that this is colored,

the monologue, it's Raphael talking here. And

so basically Shredder and Crang are pointing

at each other and it's an all -out war. between

the two i love how this is starting out i i love

yeah and it it's so raft doing the commentary

here which just leaves one thing missing and

oh man i love that attack on technodrome logo

this is so awesome this is part three of four

um So we see all the turtles, you know watching

the battle as it unfolds What do you think of

Corey Smith's art so far? I'm a fan of those

turtles they they look I I like the the loose

leathery skin look in their elbows and necks

And so I'm a fan of that and the head shapes

aren't as obnoxious as others that we've seen

Yes, but so far I've liked it absolutely and

I like the close -ups too I I'm so used to the

turtles not having eyeballs I'm so used to having

the white so it's even in the 2012 cartoon it's

always weird for me when they do a close -up

on their eyes and see what color eyes yeah I

don't think orange eyes is the right color for

Leonardo in this panel here not really no So

as we move on we see that the technodrome is

about to activate oh my god that Just the juxtaposition

of the art here with them in like the forest

outside Just outside the city kind of thing and

the technique because they're on Brno Island

But it's one of those things where Brno Island

isn't as we've already talked about in previous

podcasts here They built a city around part of

the island So this isn't in the middle of New

York City, this is on Bernow Island, and it's

so nice seeing this kind of, it almost looks

like they're in like a Central Park kind of location,

don't you think? All I'm waiting for is Casey,

you per -scroven -bukes! I'm not finished with

you! So, we have Shredder and Krang meeting up,

and they reference their original meeting in

issue 37, which I like. And Shredder just looks

badass. He just does with that sword. It's absolutely

amazing. Ugh, Krang's ugly. Too many teeth. Ugh,

explosion. So Shredder and Krang are fighting.

Krang attacks first with this giant bodied fist

here. Krang's body in this panel looks like...

I don't know, it kind of reminds me of a Transformers

character. I don't know which one, but it just

it looks so much more robotic than it... because

we usually don't see Krang, and this is the coolest

thing. You know, in the current day and time

within the book, we usually don't see Krang doing

a lot of physical things. He's always in the

background, he's always just kind of there. And

I love how Corey Smith has drawn him and Rhonda

has colored him. It's just absolutely amazing.

So Shredder and Crane keep on fighting as this

is going on. At least he took his snuggie off.

That probably makes it a little hard to fight.

Yeah. As this is going on, we see the... the

rock soldiers um i wish they'd do a little bit

more with these guys like yeah i want to see

them with personalities like they did in the

cartoon at least one or two of them you know

the named ones but yeah yeah at least trag and

and granny tour and all them um so we then get

to let's see where are we we're so the rock soldiers

are facing off against um shark boy i forget

what his blood blood yeah yeah that's what his

name is blood i just want to call him armagon

or armageddon whatever they call the shark from

the archie series so they're fighting koya and

and bludgeoned and uh it's not going too well

for either side well of course not because they're

all getting double crossed by the turtles Yeah,

you know absolutely love that look look at that

gun on the back of him. Oh my I like Wow, that's

an awesome drawing of a gun Your guide is lagging

for me behind you. Yeah everybody I I recently

ordered all of my comics put them in order bagged

and boarded and for some reason 43 has disappeared

I have my 44 here that everybody wants right

now, but There we go. It's back Someday, I will

find that again. Until then, we're sharing a

screen view here. But yeah, the gun right here

on the page where... Yeah. That's an AR -15.

Yeah, but I don't think I've ever seen a guy

I'd be honest I've only been reading comics full

-time for three years now But it's one of those

things where I don't think I've seen an AR 15

look that great in a comic before especially

just that stationary And I know that's something

a little little to to pick up on but it's just

one of those things So we get more battle more

battle And we get, uh, you know, Shredder and

Krang going on. Oh, hey, look, Shredder's breakdancing.

Oh, God, no. It looks like he's starting Booker

T's Spinaroonie. Oh, God. So as we go on more

battle and Krang is telling him about surprise

attacks and Krang is pretty much figured out

every single move shredder has done Or will do

and he says you You do look surprised you were

betrayed fool and now you will die. Oh Boy, I

like that. They're not afraid to take shredder's

helmet off That's kind of a it's a silly thing

to do in the cartoons just to maintain a profile

a visual profile But to make him a character

like that where it's yes. It's a helmet. It's

a costume It's a piece of intimidation, but he

is a man under there is nice to see Yeah, I think

in the 2012 series. They've only done it once

yeah, he's Massively deformed and that is near

burnt. Yeah, yeah So we get to hair not Harold

a Baxter and fugitoid and they have this whole

discussion of You know fugitoids asking how can

you sit here so calmly? Talking about the plan

and and Baxter says your plan you mean I have

no doubts mine is Proceeding exactly as designed

that can't be good and future toys like your

plan So Baxter has a whole bunch of stuff up

his sleeve Which is actually what's gonna happen

after issue 44 all the stuff that Baxter has

been planning here and we see him working on

the fly borgs and we see him working on technodrome

here and he says using the information I procured

I hacked into the main operational drive and

uploaded malware designed to Rest control of

the technodrome when the time was right time

is right not right now come on Well, he says

in that time Once the technodrome is activated

my malware will initiate access the core overrides

and I will be in charge in short order And And

Don't when I first read this issue I wasn't sure

why and I now know why because we're gonna see

it in a second but wasn't sure why fugitoid turned

back into Chet, but I Understand why he did because

it plays out in the fact of You know, he's he's

trying to trick the guards And they fall for

it they fall for it Big time and Baxter pulls

something and hey I was just talking about these

guys. Oh the mousers. I drew a picture of one

of those today. I love the mousers. What the?

No. And they all electrocute everybody including

Fugitoid. Baxter is fine obviously so the guards

in Fugitoid are out. Baxter is pretty much ready

to leave, and we get back to the foot headquarters

with Hun and Garay. And... You know, she's basically

telling him, we have our orders from Master Shredder

to remain in place, that is enough. She looks

too smug in that panel. Yeah, she does. Is that

tea she's drinking? She's in the middle of a

battle and she's having London tea time, seriously.

And Hun's going on arguing to her about everything

else, and then BOOM! An explosion. Knock, knock.

And it's the mutanimals, which we will talk about

later. I love these guys. absolutely love mutanimals

and splinter so cool and so this is a whole other

battle between the foot and the mutanimals and

splinter and oh man look at that from her oh

my god look at those foot soldiers at the bottom

left from Herman the hermit crab is is shooting

them to death and it just My god is did you say

he's a character from the animated series? Herman

the hermit crab No, they created him just for

this series I hope we get a toy Yeah, I don't

know frankly I hope we get a line of all the

characters from this series Well, they already

did with away with the classics. So it's not

I don't know Because TMNT Classics is gone now,

which means Shredder and Krang are never getting

an updated toy from the original animated series,

which sucks. But yeah, I'm not sure if they're

ever going to make toys of these guys. I would

assume so. I'd hope so. It would work with...

I mean, they are doing the series... based on

the original comics right now that are still

out in stores, flooding pegs, I think that line

should be a line of turtles that aren't related

to the animated series. Keep the animated series

line going, keep it fresh, but then have a special

line where we get weird, cool figures like this

updated Mondo Gecko, updated Slash Hob, Good

Karai. I would spend money on those. Absolutely.

So we get to... Slash versus Hun. Slash versus

Hun. This is amazing. And right now, I can definitively

say, outside of the 2003 cartoon, the IDW Hun

is the best version, because what they're doing

with... They just, as of this recording, they

just introduced... Hun into the animated, the

new animated series. Really? Yes, and it's completely

different than anything. I'll have to tell you

about it off air, because I don't want to detract

too much from this, but they did just introduce

Hun in an episode called Casey Jones versus the

Underground. Well, I do like that. Well... I

like this Hun more now that he's separated more

from being Casey's dad. I don't know if that

was the right thing to do. I don't care. It doesn't

hurt the series for me, but I like him now that

I've forgotten that he's Casey Jones's dad. Yeah,

absolutely. Slash's chest area and stomach just

don't look right in this image. That doesn't

look finished to me. That's okay. No, yeah, it's

okay. It's just a weird angle. So Slash and Hunn

face off. And man, look at those colors. Oh,

Rhonda's so good with the colors in this series.

Those colors, so awesome. Slash says with his

hands around his neck, yes, I remember it was

when you were pummeling your own child to death.

Seems you forgot the punishment I delivered the

first time. You tell him, Slash. Yeah, the only

thing I don't like about Rhonda's colors here

is I understand why she's showing that Slash

is angry, but she's turned him into from looking

like a turtle to looking like a giant lobster.

Look at his hand around Han's neck. It looks

like a friggin lobster claw. Oh yeah, the fingertips

are sharp. So they crash through the wall outside

And slash goes on to say maybe this will remind

you dragon man We then get back to Mondo versus

cry Coming at you live, babe. Oh god. Oh Mondo

he needs his own one -shot. He really does I

love Mondo versus Karai, and then Splinter pulls

in here. He will have no problem kicking her

butt. You know, and in detail... I love the interaction

here. He says, go Mondo lizard, help the others.

I have this. It's gecko gramps. Absolutely love

it. And this is an interesting battle here between

Shredder, I'm sorry, Splinter and Karai, because

I like that they are not trying to pull in, and

they can't with the continuity that they've set

up here. In the animated series, it turns out,

and I don't think you'll mind about spoilers

here. I know the secret. Okay. Karai in the animated

series... Throughout the first two seasons, we

assumed she is Shredder's daughter. Throughout

sometime between the end of the second season

and the middle of the third season now, it is

revealed that she was originally Miwa Splinter

and Tang Shen's daughter, and Shredder stole

her and all this stuff. During this fight, I

was thinking of that going, it kind of feels

that way here. He is trying to get her back.

I think there's a part of Splinter in this scene,

too. There's a part of Splinter that I think

almost feels responsible for the direction that

the Foot Clan went, knows that she's in it for

the Foot Clan, not necessarily for Shredder's

evil plans, and I think he's trying to plant

the seeds to get her back to, now you can run

the Foot Clan and keep it an honorable thing.

Which she does, now that I think of that, she

does in the Mirage series. Shredder came to the

United States to hunt down Hamato Yoshi and kind

of did his own thing and was the head of the

American Wing. Korai was not his daughter, not

related to him, but was the head of the Japanese

Wing and she came to New York to clean up Shredder's

mess that he left after he died and they form

a positive relationship where they're not bad

guys against each other anymore after a time.

Absolutely. So I wonder if that's kind of what

they're hinting at. You can almost see up Splinter's

dress. Not that you'd want to, but that's just

a weird shot right here to me on this panel.

So we get, you know, more of this battle between

them and, you know... And then he goes on to

say what you just said, you know, terrible dangers

spawned by dishonorable madmen like the Master

you so loyally serve. He's trying to get her

to see exactly what you just said. And maybe

she will one day. I love... I just love the battle

between the two of them, because it's a battle

that you wouldn't think would happen. It just

isn't. Well, we're really not used to seeing

a proactive splinter. Yeah, true and and I've

noticed that he's slightly more active in the

animated series too. I mean he was at shredder's

fortress Fighting you know in one episode. I

remember seeing I like him the splinter who can

actually kick butt. He was not just hiding. Yep.

Yep So we get more of slash and the mutanimals

and You know, I love I love these three between

Herman Slash and Gecko. I love him. Herman goes,

we've got him now. Don't stop, soldier. I hadn't

intended to. Save some for me. It's like Leo,

Raph, and Mikey. I know there's six different

personalities between the six different characters,

but it's like Herman is Leo, more... Stern version

of Leo slashes rap and gecko is is Mikey It really

is it's so strange So we have hub coming in destroying

these two guards, yeah, that's that's um That's

a little violent. That's that's some dirty hairy

stuff right there. That's the I think the most

graphic We've seen we got old hobby definitely

tagging a foot soldier in the head with an automatic

rifle Yeah Because there were two of them there.

So it's it's it's two guys that he's around the

corner and That's what I love about this series

is going, you know using this guided -view technology

on comics ology You never know what's going to

happen from panel to panel So hobgob that's why

you wanted to get into that office there he's

getting more mutagen And um Gecko now you see

me now you don't Good lord, that's so good. I

thought he was gonna take off his clothes and

go Thanks for leaving your pants on Mondo, yeah,

really Last thing we need is a fantastic for

Sue storm Jessica Alba reference in this book

as a gecko I was thinking mystery man with So

they've got what they came for and they're ready

to go And they're just gonna leave splinter there

And Hobbs says, that old rat's kind of busy at

the moment. And they basically go off with the

mutagen. And we get back to Leo, Raph, and Mikey.

And they, what are they doing? Oh, they're facing

off against, wait. They're trying to get to the

head, to the control room to deactivate. Oh,

that's right. the yeah okay they're in the technodrome

they're trying to get to the control room to

deactivate the technodrome that's right so oh

i was gonna screen cap this for you and put it

on facebook as soon as i read this issue a couple

months ago eat chuck chumps i love that There's

not enough Mikey in this series there really

isn't there's not enough one -liners from him

I know this is a serious book, but it has its

comedy moments, but it's like oh my god eat Chuck

chumps. It's just so awesome And we see Baxter

with the fly borgs and the fugitoid and Stockman

says, ah, well, such is the way with the best

laid schemes of mice and men, I suppose. Fly

borgs exterminate. Man, that is an amazing image

right there. You should have brought the mousers,

too. I know. Yeah, you're right. But they're

leading to this whole thing with the fly borgs

that we'll talk about at the end of the podcast

here, because it's... Things aren't going to

get easy for the Turtles after issue 44. They

just aren't. So we get back to Shredder here.

Shredder and Krang fighting. And I like how he

references the last time they met. Not the first

time in issue 37, but the last time... the the

old dude his um oh god what oh god what was his

name people are just screaming at their eye devices

right now no the tenshi or tenzu whatever that

was splinters no no no no not tank shin the the

old dude that he is the one that oh the one that

he's reincarnated from Yes, yes. He's the soul

of that other guy. I don't remember that either.

They made him up for the IDW series. But I like

how, you know, Shredder here does call him demon

just like the other incarnation did. They both.

I don't remember if that guy met Krang. I think

that happened after he was reincarnated as Urokosaki

and then Kitsune found him and introduced him

to the mutagen. to keep yeah that's you're right

i might be wrong i it's been a long time oh you're

right i i remember that now i just can't remember

the guy's name um huh it's kashi there you go

yeah you heard me that's that's part of it yep

yep that's part of it uh general crank we have

an emergency what now it's stockman sir he's

escaped and he's in the control room So, Krang's

like, yep, no battle for you, Shredder. I'll

destroy you another day. I have to go save my

technodrome. We have Kloya, Bludgeon, and Shredder

with Krang. Hightailing it out of there. Lots

of dead foot soldiers. I wish there was a tail

between his legs. Everybody starts chasing him.

They can play the Benny Hill music. Yep. Yep.

So, we get to Baxter. And Baxter is trying to

take over the technodrome. And we got Raph and

everybody fighting the fly borgs. And Baxter's

like, presto, activation initiated. No. Oh, yes,

Professor. This is where all of our hard work

pays off. You're partially right, Stockman. You're

going to pay. And we have Stockman versus Krang.

Oh, that putt. That had to hurt. It's like a

transformer hitting a human, people. I call this

fly -chucking. Oh, god, Mikey. Oh, man. So, Krang...

Malware Stockman, really? So Krang gets the technodrome

back up and operational and Fugitoid tries to

to plead with him, but you know to Falls on deaf

ears and we have a three two one countdown in

We have the technodrome activated and it is firing

and It's pretty pretty bleak for everybody all

around and we get to This is where the sad part

comes in, folks, as we go along here, because

we get the final part of the panel here is not

only you, my loyal soldiers, Bebop, Rocksteady,

this is Shredder. Kill the turtle. To be continued.

Because Bebop and Rocksteady had been left behind

at the Teleporter to keep an eye on Donatello

to keep him from... double -crossing Shredder

and everybody else who went through the portal.

Yep. And I gotta say, Bebop and Rocksteady are

pretty much a hell of a lot better here than

they are in most of the other series that they're

in. They really, really are. You know, they have

really good personalities What they did with

them in the in the 2012 series because they have

introduced them finally It's it's not as cool

It just isn't what they've done with this with

the comic and they did it as soon as they showed

up That bebop and Rock City are a serious serious

threat There's very little that stops them. It's

it's really I you know I don't get wrapped up

in, like, power levels of things in comic books

because they can always just write it tougher.

It doesn't matter to me, but, you know, just

the way they handle their stuff, when they pull

a stunt like this, like making them so that...

I remember one panel where there are arrows in

them and blades sticking out of them and they're

not even phased by it. When IDW pulls a stunt

like that, it's different. It means something.

They are a legitimate... threat because they

can't be stopped they had nothing has slowed

them down yet and Yeah, it's it's essentially

the same characters from the animated series.

They're dumb But they're much much more threatening

they can't be stopped with a garbage garbage

can lid and They're getting a pizza thrown in

their face. It doesn't work in this book Alright

folks, we're gonna take a quick break come back

and talk about issue number 44 attack on technodrome

part 4 after this So let's say you're looking

for a podcast your favorite 80s comic books GI

Joe Transformers Ninja Turtles He -Man, etc.

star Joe's podcast. I'm your host Ryan and I'm

point. Yes, so what you want to do to find us,

you can go to iTunes, you can go to www .starjoes

.com. And remember, the Force will be with you,

because knowing us is half the battle. Alright

folks, we are back and it is time for TMNT issue

number 44. The main cover, cover A, is Shredder

and Krang on a face -off against each other with

a foot soldier and a rock soldier in the background.

Actually, two foot soldiers and two rock soldiers

at the bottom and top of the screen. The... What

do you think of the face -off cover? That's a

fun one. Although, actually, that's already over,

isn't it? I didn't think of that. Yeah, it kind

of is. Well, they had to do something for a cover

that wouldn't reveal what the hell happens in

this issue because, you know, they don't want

to spoil it for everybody. Cover B is done by

Eastman, I believe. It is Shredder, not Shredder,

I'm sorry. It's the four turtles versus crying

with the technodrome in the background. I don't

know, there's blue lightning, so I always...

I can't tell. That's one of his abstract backgrounds.

Yeah. And then we have a retail incentive cover,

which is the Turtles and Kura. Who the hell is

that woman? Kura? What the hell is Kura? I don't

know, whatever. But it's a really, really weird

Japanese looking cover, and I'm not sure why

they did it as a retail incentive. And then we

have a retail exclusive cover with the four Turtles

running through a mall. Well the running through

the mall one oh It's one of those things where

it just the reason why I say it's running through

a mall is that It looks like I'll put that in

there so you can see it. It looks like they're

running by one of those mall fountains Let me

see it It's by It's catching up with me. I don't

know what that's supposed to be. I don't know

what that's supposed to be either. I have no

clue. I wonder if it has to do with where that

it's a convention cover. Right. So it's probably

something in some city, wherever that convention

was from. Right. Maybe. All right. So issue 44,

we start and. The story so far the technodrome

has just activated said to destroy all life on

earth shredder who was Transported to Brno Island

along with his forces by Donatello is nearly

killed by Krang and his army Meanwhile the other

turtles struggle to get past Baxter's flyboards

to stop Krang and the technodrome Bebop and Rocksteady

have been given the orders to kill Donatello

Oh boy So, we start off with a beautiful shot

of the technodrome activating and firing its

pink, crangy looking wave. And, you know, we

have Mikey narrating here, because it's an orange.

This is really bad. These things make Stockman's

mousers seem odd, seem cuddly. Anyone got an

extra large fly swatter? Love Mikey I love Mikey

so we open with the turtles pretty much picking

up where You know where issue 43 left off and

and And Leo's like focus guys, we're gonna stop

crying before it's too late gee, thanks for the

reminder captain obvious me and monkey almost

forgot about the whole end of the world thing

uh and krang is is basically pontificating about

a new traminon birthed by me and uh we have raf

and and mickey going on the attack and ready

to go um i love raf poor psycho all alone maybe

we should go hang hang out with him So we have

Attack on Tyndrome part 4 here and So the fugitoid

needs their help, Krang's gonna have to wait

And Baxter's like oh no this will not do I will

not have all my plans spoiled by some transdimensional

genocidal jack -booted into imbecile. He used

the term jack -booted. Oh my god. So Baxter activates

something. The Flyborns start to head toward

him. They disengage from the Leo they were fighting

and then grab Baxter, smash out a window and

he's escaping from the control room, being carried

flying away. Yep, by one of the Flyborgs. So

at least just the Mausers, Mikey and Raph saving

Fugitoin. I love the shadows in the one panel

where after Mikey says, there you go, dude. I

love the shadows because it reminds me of what

Ben Bates did in Turtles in Time with a few of

the shadows. Man, I wish they would do this a

little bit more often just a little bit. It just

looks so cool And we go on to see that, you know,

they're gonna attack Krang and fugitoids gonna

turn off the technodrome and Thanks like yes,

please do and Krang allows them and all out of

salt and we then get to the depressing part folks

Yep, there ain't no fool in the foot Did he actually

be didn't even have it he didn't double cross

them He didn't have a chance to open the portal

to let them back through Right. This is just

shredders angry and sick. Well shredder will

crank crank and told shredder in the in the last

issue that he has been betrayed and Shredder

realized Oh betrayed. Well, it must have been

the turtle and that's at the end of the last

issue where he told Roxane and bebop kill the

turtle because he said uh when was it issue 39

or 38 a few issues ago remember donatello went

as metalhead to shredder to start this whole

thing um and uh and bebop's like yeah i thought

he was supposed to be the smart one Harold's

on the line get out of there. Don't be obtruse.

How many times have I told you Harold? That's

not how you say it and Donnie does put up a good

fight well one panel I Mean this shot looks cool

amazing. I mean it really is an amazing shot

and then Rocksteady hits him with the hand All's

I can think of is Peter Gabriel sledgehammer

right now. Oh God And Wait, where did that come?

Oh Harold, that's right. Okay, so we get we get

more stuff from bebop and rocksteady and uh you

know bebop's gonna knock him into uh into outer

space but bebop gets hit by some green bluish

ray looks like it sliced his ear off it looks

like it well the only reason why i say this this

ray from wherever and we'll see it in a moment

here or i will um this bluish green ray here.

It looks like it sliced his ear off and all I

can think of is with one swipe of his katana,

he sliced, you know, splinter from the original

movie. Stupid robot, I felt that. Donatello,

I told you to run. And we have Rocksteady throwing

his sledgehammer at Metalhead. He's done. He's

trying to make it to the door and They basically

what do they throw at a monitor for a large television

screen? Yeah, they throw a TV at him and and

Is it just me and I don't know if it's be I don't

know man. It seems like Donnie would be more

He would use his brain more like I know these

guys are brute force I don't be Bob and Rocksteady

or brute force and everything else But it just

seems to me that Donatello would be smarter than

this He would have a backup plan here and the

way that they're making him look and the way

that they're writing him They're trying to show

you that he's not gonna give up, but it just

feels like they're writing him all wrong to me

I I would say from a technical standpoint, they

probably needed this situation to happen. If

we, if we got fan boyish about it, we might say

that, okay, as soon as Donatello got locked in

there with those two, he'd be checking the exits.

He'd see his way out. He'd, he'd plan ahead to

get double crossed and you know, maybe they're

they're hiding the fact that maybe he's not jumping

into the rafters of the building because because

he's already had the snot knocked out him he's

a little shaken he's woozy he's not on his game

maybe you know well he did just have a television

thrown at him and no i i know i understand that

i'm just saying it seems like the way the writing

is going right now and i know they're setting

up for what eventually happens at the end of

the issue here but it's one of those things where

i would have liked donnie to Have a little bit

more fight against them like he got he got what

one good shot in one bebop and hardly anything

against Rocksteady I just wish he would have

fought a little bit more and I understand why

they didn't have him do that but So as we go

along Rocksteady Basically rips metalhead a new

one quite literally throws him against the wall

And we get to the panels where Rock City says,

don't waste that chump yet, B. I want to help.

And he grabs his hammer and, uh, and, and wait,

where the hell did the crowbar come from? That's

not a crowbar, that's a blurry sledgehammer.

Okay. Cause it, okay. So Rock City runs in with

the, with the sledgehammer. and we see this massive

just massive red orange black panel and we see

metalhead oh no and I love I I don't want to

say I love this but I love I love the reaction

here I love the way they did this because it's

not metalhead is not self -aware metalhead is

He's controlled by somebody So what I love here

is you start off on the first part of the panel

on the left you have metal heads face saying

oh and then it switches to Harold's face in this

kind of like split down the middle kind of thing

and We have an oh no, and oh you split him in

half man. Yeah, did you expect it to look like

that under there gross? like When that panel

happened I'm in my car with it running, keeping

it warm. While I was reading this outside the

comic store, I had to put the book down. When

I woke up that morning. I don't know what day

of the week it is when I wake up in the morning,

I figure out as the day goes on. But I get on

and there's a Facebook message from you and it

says, Whoa. This week's issue and I go like okay.

He read that this morning and Figured it out

and and okay, so that's fine. And then but then

I go browsing I wasn't trying to spoil anything

I went on to Facebook and Facebook read it and

started poking around and people are posting

like Oh my God, did you read this month's Turtles?

And I'm going, okay, they're at the Technodrome,

somebody died. And that's kind of where I leave

it. But I'm driving around here and there at

work going, okay, who could, Splinter could die.

And okay, Casey could die. Who else could die?

And so I'm thinking, I'm like, naming off all

these people. And then I get to this panel. And

I read this. Whoa, dude, you split them in half,

man. gross i'm thinking they just killed donatello

they just killed donatello they took out one

of the turtles and you know at this panel it's

real and now we can we we could do the end of

the podcast thing Now or later, where we say

that, okay, we know it's a comic book, nobody's

comic, everybody's comic book dead, there's always

a way to bring people back. But right here, when

I'm sitting in the car with it running, listening

to the radio, reading this panel, and I had to

put the book down, Donatello is dead. IDW killed

one of the Ninja Turtles. And it felt very real,

like they're killing this person that I've known

since I was nine years old. They took him out.

And it was Rock City and Bebop who I now hate,

hate so bad while I'm sitting in that car reading

this. And I'm not even thinking at that point,

I'm not even thinking about ways that he can

survive, ways that they can save him, ways that

he can heal, la la la. I'm not thinking of any

of that. All I'm reading is, whoa, you split

him in half, man. Yeah, what'd you expect it

to look like on there? Gross. And that's like,

ugh, punch in the gut. Yeah, what were you doing

when you read this or how did that occur? Oh

my god, I I Wasn't even sure I thought they just

brained him. Maybe I wasn't sure what I don't

know It doesn't really hit me until The aft it

didn't hit me when I first read it until the

after effects Until we see this panel here with

the two of them walking away And Rocksteady says,

Master Shredder is going to be so happy he picked

us for this special mission. It didn't hit me

until that. And I'm like, oh, no, they better

not have killed him. I mean, you know, for almost

we're two years away from the animated series

is 30th anniversary for nearly for 28 years.

Donatello has been my favorite turtle, and they

fucking killed him. That was my reaction, but

it didn't really hit me until the very last panel

of the issue. So we go back here, we get the

three turtles facing off against Krang. Honeycutt

is trying to get the technodrome offline. We

see a panel here where Krang says, Ah, Fugitoid,

I thought your continued existence was necessary

to launch my technodrobe. It appears I was mistaken.

Therefore, it's like Krang just really wants

to be Uncle Sam because he's constantly pointing

with either hand of his. It's like, it's time.

We need you. So. He. basically tries to kill

fugitoid and raf and leo comes in and saves everybody

and raf basically uh basically puts a sigh right

in in krang's uh uh upper face plate um the head

that's on his shoulders uh and mikey's like on

it dude and they've which is so weird because

i always assumed that it was just krang talking

i didn't realize he had a voice box Yeah, that

made it that made it different for me when I

saw the actor Raph stabbed him that there's static

and it's kind of showing up in the word balloons

like oh it yeah it probably it's processed through

the robot's head. And I love I love Raph. Mikey

says dang this dude doesn't stop. Keep talking

psycho I got another sigh ready for your other

big mouth. So we go back to Splinter and Karai.

And this is where they talk about, oh they don't

even talk. She says, you still believe you can

survive when I have reinforcements en route and

all your friends have abandoned you. Wrong. And

this is where nobody shows up. And by nobody

we mean Angel. Yes, I figured people would know

if they've been listening to us for the past

year or so So So splinter is Everybody's ready

to and alopex shows up too, which is interesting

Well, I mean alopex and angel were together the

last time we saw them. So that makes sense and

splinter just keeps talking and he makes a lot

of sense and basically karai just disappears

um and uh we go to um you know splinter says

that she vanished and alapix is hung too angel

this is herald i need you in my lab immediately

i'm having a call signs kirby fan just get to

the lab now so we see this awesome image of the

technodrome this whole pink reddish wave um and

we see more fighting outside with shredder and

everybody and um they're basically in retreat

or they're going to be uh yeah uh you know alopex

and I'm not alopex, I'm sorry. Koya and Bludgeon

are like time to fly and they leave Shredder

there, which is weird because a Flyborg is right

there next to him. I don't want to know what

they're going to do to Shredder because a Flyborg

comes and carries him away. I'm not sure about

this. What did you think of the Flyborg? Taking

him to Baxter. Yeah, it's uh It's a twist for

sure. Yeah, I think it'll be it'll be interesting

at least for the turtles We'll get to see this

this new partnership that I think will be far

more successful than shredder crank partnership

it almost feels like this is the They're good.

They're They take on what happened in the Marvel

in the end Marvel in the Mirage series and the

animated series, and they accelerate some things,

they slow down some things, but it runs in parallel

to a lot of them. And I wonder if this situation

is just a very long delayed early partnership

between Shredder and Baxter, like they did in

the animated series with the mousers. And then

this might this might lead to in another 50 issues,

the actual partnership between Krang and Shredder

if Krang survives his his fate. I just don't

think I just don't think this series is going

to have them team up. I really don't think so.

The only way that it would happen is if things

go really bad for both of them and they need

to defeat the turtles or defeat some foe. Otherwise,

you're right. They they've they've burned those

bridges quite thoroughly. They would they would

need a reason to do it. So. Yeah, we see Baxter

we see that and we get back to inside the technodrome

And Leo goes to shut up crying basically kicks

him in the head again Yeah, that's kind of awesome

Talk about a foot in the mouth nice Now for the

ugly head oh Man I don't know what is gonna happen

with crying honestly no clue So they open they

electrocute crying the technodrome is offline

and disarmed and they go back through the portal

to the to the lab And this is interesting. So

the turtles go through the portal, but we stay

with Fugitoid and General Krang here. And General

Krang's like, you bastard! My people! You've

killed my people! No, General, I did not. There

was much death today, but it's true, none of

it was by my hand. And none of the victims were

your people. And he basically tells him that

you have this entire island for you to survive.

Or whatever, you know, you have this this time

but apparently they then transport back to dimension

X and we see the new treatos again. Yeah Yeah

Yeah sure And monkeys might fly out of my butt

And Mikey's like we're back we did it Donnie

we kicked cranks button stop the tech Whoa, what

the hell? Oh Raph and We find out that Is he

is he I Swear we tried to help him Leo, but it

was too late And you just have splinter holding

Donatello's head in his hands my son my poor

son To be continued I That's crazy. It really

is crazy that, like, I don't know. I mean, I

know Rocksteady and Bebop did more of a bang

-up job on Donnie than the Foot Clan did on Raph

in the first movie, but in my brain I'm thinking

they're pulling a first movie stunt here, where

a turtle is injured enough to where he needs

recovery. But I'm just not thinking he's dead.

I don't think he's dead either I did they're

they're dropping some really questionable language.

We weren't in time to help him We split him in

half. They're dropping words like that And that

was intentional they want us not knowing whether

he's dead or not, which is one of the reasons

I don't like solicitations or leaks because sometimes

things get out and I haven't You know, they didn't

spoil this in the solicitations. The covers have

been pretty benign. Yeah, the covers have been

pretty benign and the solicitation itself. I

actually looked at it again and all it says is

the solicitation for issue 44. attack on technodrome

part four minutes remain before the technodrome

is fully activated and shredder krang and the

turtles all vie for control no side will be left

unscathed in this epic climax as one character

makes an ultimate sacrifice okay we all know

the term ultimate sacrifice is somebody dying

but it doesn't tell you who it could have been

anybody it could have been slash it could have

been you know it could have been anybody But

it's just, I don't know. I personally do not

think Donatello is dead. No, I won't say that

out loud. Trying to keep him alive, there are

theories. One is that they could put his consciousness

into Metalhead, maybe while his body recovers,

or it could be Donatello's cyborg, like the image.

comic series did, or the in the Mirage volume

four, he's currently got a robot body, because

he's been shrunk, and he's piloting the robot

body. So Donatello looks like a shiny robot now.

They've done Donatello cyborg before. They could

go that direction, because it's been done before.

They could. People have said they could reincarnate

him. Well, yeah, that's gonna take 16 years,

you know, he's got, you know, he'll be a baby

for a while if they do that. So no, they're not

gonna do that. Oh, and I forgot the other thing.

Oh, the healing ooze. The ooze they used to make

Hung big to heal April's dad. They could use

that on him. And that could heal him quickly,

although who knows what side effects that might

have if, you know, it turns... Shredder evil

kind of like the Lazarus pit only a little more

permanent. I think But so there's two options

that they've established in Canon that they could

probably save him or They could do what they

did in the movie They could put him in a bathtub

for a couple of weeks and he'll eventually be

better But in this last panel, we definitely

see that his shell is caved in he's not split

in half And so when I saw this I was like, okay

He's not in that bad of shape You know, I mean,

I'm picturing like you pick him up by his shoulders

and the bottom is dangling. That's not that was

what I pictured when they said, dude, you split

him in half. But no, he's fine. We'll just have

to see how this plays out. So no, I don't I don't

want to I don't want to smack Tom Walz upside

the face because no, I don't either. I'm not

mad at the writing. There are people who are.

I know. I know. But see, and I don't want to

say all people but we have a better sense of

the series I think I'm not saying better than

everybody but since we've been doing this everything

has made sense to us there have been shocking

moments there have been surprising moments I

don't think anything has been as shocking as

this but I've seen some people comment online

on Twitter, Facebook, everywhere else. Oh, they

did this just to sell more issues. It's not going

to matter. Are you freaking kidding me? Everything

in this series matters. Every little detail because

they are handling it with such love and care.

They don't ever throw anything away that they

have already put into the series. I personally

don't think he's dead. I refuse to believe that.

I just don't open eyes with his with his head

in Splinter's lap is head and shoulders. It's

not like a decapitated head in Splinter. His

eyes are closed. They're not open, you know,

and that dead kind of like stare thing. So I'm

I am in your camp and I think he's barely hanging

on to life here. They're going to need some medical

attention quickly. Yeah, they are. Uh, we're

going to take a quick break, come back with final

thoughts, ratings, and, uh, and we're going to

go through the, uh, May, June, April, May and

June solicits after this. Hello geeks. Want a

cast radio comm we are the truly outrageous podcast

that you want to be listening to Alright folks

we are back and What are you going to rate on

a zero to five star scale? What are you gonna

rate issue 43 sir? I I can't rate this series

anything more than a five until they screw something

up Yeah, I'm pretty much right there with you

there Even even Cory's like some of the things

I've taken points off from our rating system

and and lowered my scores because of art choices

like with Sophie Campbell's My Little Pony who's

on the turtles and stuff like that. But but yeah,

I mean the writing in 43 was great. The battles

are great. All of the visuals were amazing. Colors

were great in 44. I mean, we might as well just

give it a 10. It just You know full -on five

stars I don't care if you being this miscellaneous

internet person you who read the book I don't

care if you don't like that they killed Donatello

if you're emotionally invested enough to care

you love the book and And that's where I am with

this as much as I don't didn't want them to Pretend

kill real kill Donatello doesn't matter. I'm

Incredibly invested so I was totally down for

it All right, absolutely. All right, so IDW solicitations

for April 2015. We have TMNT Classics Volume

10 is coming out. This closes out the Volume

2 Mirage Continuity. Color Classics Volume 3

Number 4, the Classic 13 Issue City at War Art

continues here in all new full color. And then

we have the IDW series, issue 45, Tom Waltz,

Kevin Eastman. Guess what? What? Santalucco returns!

Hey! The turtles return from Burno Island to

find unimaginable tragedy as the family struggles

to cope and enraged Footclen prepares its revenge.

It's all been building to this, the start of

the final storyline leading to 50. Okay, now

I had written an article online about the death

of the supposed death of Donatello from newsarama

.com and in it they say, oh the company is touting

this as the final storyline. Now... When I read

it in Solicits, I'm like, OK, it says the final

storyline leading to 50. So I'm thinking that

issues 45 to 49 are going to be the... The way

I interpreted it, obviously, is the last story

before issue 50, but the way that I interpreted

it when I read it, how Nusrama said it was, oh,

they're canceling the book. You know, and I immediately

had to tweet it at Bobby and I'm like, at Bobby

Kernow, and I'm like, dude, what's going on?

I'm like, please, I think I said, please tell

me the series goes on past 50, please. And he

said, yep, nope, it is. So. We also have Mutanimals.

Teamatee Mutanimals number three of four. The

Mutanimals ranks have swelled and they are ready

to rumble. Null has a couple of surprises in

store though, dun dun dun. I have read the first

issue of Mutanimals and we will cover it eventually,

but because we're gonna do it like we do all

the most of the miniseries where we do it all

in one shot. I'm liking it. I think it's a nice

little spotlight for Hob and his army there.

And I'm glad to see an Archie villain kind of

come back. That's a neat thing to see. Yep. All

right. For May, for May's releases, we have,

let's see here. They're going to be releasing

a director's cut version of TMNT Ghostbusters

trade. This basically says, the crossover smash

from 2014 returns in the form of a director's

cut edition. Tom Walz, Eric Burnham, and Dan

Schoening all give behind -the -scenes testimony

detailing the creation of the story and reveal

all of the Easter eggs hidden in each issue,

the perfect book for any fan of TMNT or Ghostbusters.

This is a 48 -page book. It is $5 .99, so I assume

you're going to grab this. I would grab that.

Oh yeah, absolutely. I need to make sure that

my comic store orders it. We have here TMNT number

46. We have Tom Wallace, Kevin Eastman on writing,

Mateus Santolucco on art, Santolucco and Eastman

on covers. Casey prepares for a final showdown

with Hun. Oh, you just said you didn't want any

more of this, but here it comes. Casey prepares

for a final showdown with Hun. As the purple

dragons run amok, meanwhile the TMNT struggle

to reunite as a family while greater threat looms.

What is the stockman swarm? With the villains

unhinged and the threat to TMNT has never been

greater. The variant cover is done by Alberto

Ponticelli. Now this is what I was mentioning

when I talked about one of the images in 43,

where you have Baxter with all the fly borgs

around him. Oh, they're hinting. because i remember

reading the solicitation and hearing the term

the stockman swarm uh... we also have mutanimals

number four of four the climactic showdown between

these animals and all surprises await both sides

of the conflict uh... for june solicitations

let's see here where we get we get uh... yet

tnt uh... the ultimate collection volumes six

this is advance solicit it's for july release

Let's see, Kevin Eastman, Peter Laird, The Ultimate

Collection returns, a celebrated hardcover series

collecting all the most important TMNT work by

Eastman and Laird is back to present the best

of the one -shots in short stories. Whether handled

as a team or on their own with another creator,

these stories expand the universe of TMNT. and

establish the characters and storylines that

are today so loved and revered. Interesting.

So this that sounds like it's going to be the,

well, the color classics that they're doing.

I finally realized the pattern as to why they

were skipping issues. They're hitting only the

story, only the Peter Laird, Kevin Eastman storyline.

There were a lot of the volume one Mirage books

were one shot things by other artists. and it

sounds like that trade paperback is gonna collect

just those issues that aren't a part of the real

continuity. Right. Also coming, let's see here,

I'm trying to see if there's an advance solicit.

Nope. Also coming in. uh... june we have team

into the volume eleven attack on technodrome

so basically general we just finished reviewing

in this podcast and the podcast uh... the last

bag issue classics episode here uh... collects

forty one to forty four uh... seventeen and nine

hundred four pages uh... uh... so then we have

let's see color classics volume three number

six okay so this is the one that i and i know

you've you've seen the cover for cable and Capril

Casey and April, right? Yes, okay They're starting

a new spotlight miniseries Teenage Mutant Ninja

Journals Casey and April number one of four written

by Mariko Tamaki The art and covers are done

by Irene Ko Introducing a very unique TMNT tale

starring Casey Jones and April O 'Neil by acclaimed

indie writer Mariko Tamaki. She I assume it's

a female Could be wrong She's done skim this

one summer the couple take a road trip to the

southwest to dig up more clues About the mysterious

pantheon that has seemingly been pulling the

strings of the turtles lives from the beginning

Casey and April find even a deeper mystery unexpected

danger and start a new chapter in their relationship

I'm really interested in this I'm more interested

in it than I should be I Think it's I think they're

probably that it's gonna happen after Casey has

this fallout Showdown knockdown drag -out fight

with his dad and they go west to heal to it's

the gonna be there Northampton And I was telling

us telling Mike earlier In a Facebook chat the

last time Casey Jones went west he came back

with a daughter Gotta get Bobby back on the show

because we need all the secrets. Alright, so

TMNT number 47, Tom Walz, Kevin Eastman, I'm

writing, Mateus Santaluco on art. The stockman

swarm engulfs NYC searching high and low for

the Turtles. The Turtles are on the run and desperate.

Will they be able to find sanctuary before it's

too late? The race to issue 50 accelerates as

two Turtle foes join forces to overrun New York.

Hmm interesting That's yeah, I don't know what

to think of that one But there you go folks there

are these solicitations for April May and June

The next time we'll do solicitations is when

the July and August ones are out uh so far i'm

still loving the turtle series it's it's a lovely

i don't want to say lovely but it's a it's a

damn good series it's a series turtle fans have

needed and deserved for so long i think um because

were there any comics before outside of the original

run of the Mirage stuff. Were there any other

Turtle comics before IDW brought the mantle back?

Yes, there were. Well, Mirage had one, two, three,

well, one, two and four. Three has been removed

from continuity. It was handled by Image. And

one of the things that the Image did very quickly,

like by issue three or four, the Turtles were

starting to get destroyed, decimated, taken apart.

Raph lost his eye. Donatello was turned into

a robot. Somebody got oh god. They just they

just mutilated them They they wanted to make

each of them appear different so they didn't

just rest Even splitter was mutated into some

kind of bat thing like they just felt like they

needed to change it So it's been wiped out of

continuity, but after that they did a Dreamwave

run The short -lived Dreamwave company did a

series. It was based on the 2001 animated series

that That then kind of went off in its own direction

What else do they got over there? They base they've

basically always been making comics. I don't

think it that Mirage never really stopped. They

just released them very slowly Hmm Yeah, huh

interesting Yeah, what I don't know what to think

folks like I like issue 45 needs to get here

now Wish I know this would never work with IDW

scheduling and whatever else, but I really wish

that they would pull a Marvel stunt and release

them twice a month Because waiting until until

issue 45 comes is going to kill us It really

really is Yeah, because I want to know what in

the hell is going on now Now we don't actually

have to wait too long. We're actually recording

this episode on March 23rd It'll go up March

25th Unto we have three weeks until the next

one comes out according to my comics ology subscription

It says expected delivery is April 15th 2015

for TMNT so We only have three weeks to wait,

but still that's gonna be an agonizing three

weeks folks Yeah, I will get a we'll get a mutanimals

to tie this over Yep, yeah, we'll get mutanimals

number two And I'll have my continued hunt for

the last two issues. I need that'll distract

me So summer is coming up. Are you going to continue

on your shredder journey there? Yeah, now that

it's a little warmer, I can get back out in the

garage and finish making the gauntlets. I think

I will probably stop at both sets of forearm

gauntlets. So I do the hand and the forearm on

both arms. Yeah, absolutely. Awesome. All right,

folks, well... you might have noticed here in

the month of march in the pull bag things kind

of got away from me and i was going to do the

second annual marvelous march where we cover

marvel titles this year i'm going to mix it up

a bit sadly because of some life situations going

on i just wasn't into doing i've got some of

them recorded but i just i've had a lot of lack

of motivation to do anything at this point But

Marvelous March is coming. It's actually going

to air in April. I know how weird that is, but

it is going to air in April. We are going to

hit our 100th episode overall of The Pull Bag.

And in that one, we're going to do a bunch of

number ones for new series that have come out.

In Marvelous March, we're going to talk about

Superior Iron Man, Star Wars, Transformers, the

original Marvel Transformers run. and What was

the other one? Oh Avengers and x -men access

so we'll be talking about all that Coming up

in April and then in May May is Batman month.

We're gonna have four podcasts last year We had

13 so I'm not doing that anymore. It's not the

75th anniversary of Batman this year, so We're

going to have four podcasts for Batman in May,

and we're going to have a whole bunch of other

stuff happening. We got a whole bunch of new

series and all that good stuff. So it's all coming.

I'm back on the workhorse here. All right, well,

of show where can the people interact with you
