you're not But I I can kind of get on that same

boat because lately I haven't really felt like

podcasting other than this particular show or

Any special event I've been planning I've been

I've been consumed with playing battlefield for

That's great, but you can see I've actually been

out of the game for so long I forgot to even

say that Michael Powers is back Props to anyone

that recognized my voice and awesome to those

of you that got excited and hearing my voice.

Yeah, it's I've been thinking about getting back

in the game. The guys and I talked really quickly

after January 1st about recording. Some type

of geek stuff garage cast episode either. Our

favorite things about 2015 or stuff that we were

looking forward to in 2016 and that had just

hasn't happened yet We've all just kind of gotten

really busy at the end of According to This awesome

computer that you know our computer devices that

we have in front of us that we used to record

podcasts the last time Steve and I actually talked

The last time I recorded a podcast September

24th, but I think that might be wrong. I think

but I think that was the last time I talked to

you Steve Yeah, it was the last time you podcasted

with me, but I know you guys had released a couple

episodes up through like December. Yeah Yeah,

I want to say was actually I don't even think

was then because I yeah, I think it was in November

what happened was for me I Went and got myself

a second job as I am want to do from time to

time Didn't you work at Best Buy? Or do you still

work there? I still work there. It's actually

been a lot of fun. But I think that's because

it's not like my primary job. So it's not like

you're worried on money. You're just kind of

there for fun and... Yeah, pretty much. Extra

money. Yep. The last podcast we put out for Geeks

of GarageCast was in October. So... That was

right about the time that I got the job at Best

Buy Getting hired in as holiday help as I was

I was pretty much between work at the movie theater

and working At Best Buy I was working almost

every day Because it was like you're gonna be

stuck here because your holiday help Sales were

crazy This that the other thing, but I kind of

picked it up because I wanted to be able to buy

some stuff this fall And kind of had a little

agreement with the wife that anything that I

made at Best Buy, I could spend at Best Buy.

Oh, nice. Which freed up, you know, my theater

paycheck and other money for us to, you know,

be able to pay for other things. But as a result,

I ended up upgrading my home theater. I replaced

my receiver. my AV receiver with a It was about

three years old Replace my old one with a with

a new one. I went from a Sony to a Denon Has

like with eight HDMI inputs on it and So that

that has more more HDMI inputs that I know what

to do with But it was one of the things I wanted

also has like all the bells and whistles for

like 4k and everything So it's I didn't like

buy something that isn't going to be useful within

the next like year or so So it's also my I call

it my first big boy receiver because everything

up to that point has been I've had like Sony

receivers which you know Sony makes good receivers,

but they've always been like the the cheaper

kind and Thanks to my employee discount. I was

able to step up to the big boy stuff I also finally

replaced Actually for the second time in less

than a year replaced by my speakers again This

time I upgraded my sub over as well. So I have

brand new clips reference speakers up front along

with a reference sub and Everything just sounds

amazing. The wife and I have been watching a

lot of movies and stuff on it When I've been

free Other than that, I pretty much got really

big into fallout 4 as most of the Internet did.

Let's see, Fallout 4. But most recently, because

I'm still at Best Buy, and they decided to keep

me around after the holidays because who knew

I know how to sell this stuff? Do you work in

the TV department? Yes, I work in the home theater

department. That's why. You know a lot about

TV. I guess I should have said yes. I work in

the home theater department and they decided

to keep me around after the holidays because

who knew? Well, I gotta be honest if anybody's

more qualified to work in that area be you because

I know that Before when I've gone in there to

buy TVs the guys that they usually have aren't

really that knowledgeable Yeah, I mean I'm not

trying to depend. Yeah, it depends on who you

get but I think the one thing that kind of sits

me personally and I don't really have a problem

talking about this because one no one knows the

store that I work at and no one knows, you know,

whatever. What sets me apart, I believe, and

I've said this before in the store, too, is that

it's a hobby for me. Home theater is a hobby.

It's not like a living for me. So it's not annoying

for me to spend my time reading spec sheets and

researching why this TV is better than that TV

and all this other stuff. What gets really annoying

is the customers that come in there and they're

like, I want The best TV for the best price.

OK. And then you start asking them questions.

There's like, oh, I only want to spend two hundred

dollars. OK. So. But I have some I have sold

some of the more expensive TVs in the store,

so that's that's that's great. But yeah, I got

I got caught up in that. And just most most recently,

what I've been doing is I started. I rewatched

all of Justice League, the animated series. Oh

wow. I rewatched all of Young Justice because

season two hit Netflix. They're trying to start

a petition for a season three on Netflix. That's

one of the reasons I watched it because I saw

something about that and I figured that if I

watched it that counts as a viewership number

and that somebody, you know, because Netflix

can see who watches their stuff, like how many

people watched it, so they can kind of gauge

whether or not. Anything like that would be successful.

So that's one of the reasons I decided to rewatch

the all of it I'm just like to throw my vote

in Let's see, what else have I been doing I Haven't

been listening to a lot of like new podcasts

like I used to I'm still I broke out I used to

listen to this one podcast all the time called

this year collection And I believe I've talked

about it before a guy takes a year's worth of

podcasts from different people from different

podcasts, makers or producers, if you will. And

he breaks it down into like the best of for that

year or what he thinks is the best of. And it's

like ends up being like a four hour long podcast

of like assembled clips throughout the year.

Huh, and I had listened to I have saved all of

his Collections that he did for the one up calm

podcasts. So like one up yours Gfw radio The

retronauts and stuff like that. I have listened

to those ones over and over and over again And

finally I decided hey I'm gonna go see if I can

find because one of my favorites to listen to

is retronauts because it's a group of guys to

get together and they talk about The old like

it anything that they talked about had to be

ten years old or ten years old or older For them

to be able to talk about it They're actually

still around so they do do new episodes But I

wanted to listen to some of their old stuff back

from then and I found a on a bit torrent. I found

a collection Of their every episode that they

did for one up So I've been listening. I've been

selectively listening to that. So that's It's

pretty much what I've been up to in a nutshell

I I'm still on my I can't remember if I had this

conversation because I feel like it was too new

for me to have had this conversation I'm not

really big and like the whole like I'm still

aware of what's going on in like movies and geek

culture and the news and stuff like that, but

I'm not It's it's weird for me to want to sit

down and do a podcast because I don't really

watch trailers anymore. I Last year for 2015.

I took the stance of I'm only gonna watch like

the first trailer for each movie To see if that

heightens my enjoyment of said movie because

I knew I already know I'm gonna see certain movies

like the trailers not gonna persuade me one way

or the other Because even if I see a trailer

for a movie and I go, okay that that's not what

I was expecting I still want to go see it because

I'm one of those people that Doesn't think a

two minute and 30 second trailer is gonna spoil

Like completely anything. I don't think it's

really gonna completely ruin a two -hour movie

So I'm not one of those people that goes. Oh,

well, I figured everything out. Well, there's

a lot of context Okay Obviously, there's you

know one hour and 58 more minutes to this movie

so Late in the year though, I took this I took

the stands for 2016 I was gonna take it one step

further and I was gonna avoid all trailers together

all together So going into 2016 the only trailers

I've seen are the first trailer for Batman versus

Superman and I think the only other one that

I've seen is the first trailer for Suicide Squad

Like I've seen nothing else I've watched all

the trailers, but then again sometimes I have

nothing better to do than watch all of that stuff

So I want to I want you so I will say and I'm

not gonna spoil anything I will say the latest

Batman v Superman trailer is actually really

enticing Whereas one that they showed in the

middle between that initial one that came out

and the one that is the final one They they dropped

a megaton something that's in the movie that's

kind of deviating from the Batman v Superman

part portion like another plot line that's going

on and then they completely neglect to show that

in the the final trailer which honestly was a

lot more enticing to watch that final trailer

than the previous one I'm being completely honest

like I really I really want to watch trailers

because I had the epiphany the other day that

I Like cuz I just said that watching a trailer

has never influenced whether or not I'm gonna

see a movie like I've never watched a trailer

and go I'm not gonna see that because of the

trailer so it's like I and I don't think it's

ever really tarnished the opinion that I've had

of said movie going into it either because I

don't really get expectations off of trailers

because I was burned by The trailers for like

matrix reloaded and the trailers for x -men 3

like those two movies, those trailers for those

movies taught me that trailers don't do anything

like they they're more like commercials. They

don't really tell, you know, they can be they

can be awesome and the movies can still be crap.

So like, I don't look at a trailer for what a

movie is going to bring me. I just look at it

as like a taste, like kind of like watching like

gameplay videos for a video game. Like, yeah,

I look at it like, man. I just really want to

watch that one scene over and over again. Plus,

I like watching them because I like the way that

they're cut, like the way that they edit them

and do certain things like the sound and music

and everything. And the one that I always harken

back to, one of my favorite trailers is actually

the the teaser trailer for The Dark Knight, which

is that we talked about it before, like, you

know, 100 some odd episodes ago, where it's like

it was that black logo and it was like Michael

Caine talking about some people just want to

watch the world burn. the light is slowly like

shooting out into the screen and it's cutting

out the bat signal and Or the bat symbol and

the last thing that you hear is Heath Ledger's.

It's the first time you ever hear Heath Ledger's

Joker laugh Like that to me is like the perfect

like teaser trailer or perfect trailer if you

know Because there's a little bit of voice over.

Tells you everything you need to know without

really exactly and there's no footage of the

movie whatsoever. It's just black screen the

eventually the bat symbol explodes out into the

screen and it's a bright white blue light and

Then there's like the Joker laugh after Michael

Caine says some people just want to watch the

world burn So like I love trailers, but it's

just like I don't I feel like I'm just intentionally

punishing myself But I will say this because

my wife said I look absolutely ridiculous covering

my ears Like and looking at the floor at the

same time like when we've gone to see movies

because I went and saw Star Wars and I went and

saw like Deadpool and stuff like that I've still

gone to the movies I just always stare at the

floor and for a couple of movies I actually like

plugged my ears so I couldn't like hear anything

um but the last couple times my wife says I look

kind of weird doing that um I just look at the

floor so I can still hear everything but I you're

not getting the vision right so like I like well

I can hear like like Dialogue being spoken out

of context I'm not attaching any particular scene

to what's being said plus We all know that a

lot of what you see a lot of what can be considered

spoilery stuff Usually comes in like some kind

of like smash edit while people are talking over

said imagery, right? so Like the last time I've

heard the third trailer for Batman versus Superman

And when I heard it without seeing it, I was

like, yep, this definitely sounds like a Zack

Snyder movie, like just the way the trailer sounds

and the music that's in the trailer. It definitely

sounds like a Zack Snyder movie. That's not a

knock on it anyway, because I. I'm really excited

for Batman versus Superman. I'm like I saw. It's

funny because the first movie I can't remember

what the last movie was I saw I think it must

have been like scorched trials or something was

the first movie since My youngest son was born

then I actually got to go to the theater since

like age of Ultron I know that dates it a lot,

but then I I got to see Star Wars the weekend

after it came out with my brother and then I

think Two weeks ago is when Deadpool came out.

I went and saw it that weekend with my brother

on the Sunday too. Saw that movie and enjoyed

it. And I'm planning on trying to see Batman

be Superman. I'm getting a small group together

for that if you'd like to go with us. I would

be interested. I don't have a show time yet and

it'll be like a Friday night like it usually

is. Um, just because we haven't posted any of

them yet but uh Not to like steer the ship here

real quick, but we brought up deadpool where

I was just talking about like, you know batman

versus superman for a second. Um What do you

think of like this whole I'm trying to figure

out how to bring this up without it like what

the rated r yeah, because I I don't think I Don't

have a problem with batman versus superman being

rated r like on a blu -ray release Yeah, people

were making and I was watching this fly through

Twitter Twitter. Yeah, um Optibotomist said something

about it, too Everybody's going crazy because

they're like, oh because Deadpool was so successful

Batman v Superman was gonna have rated R when

like a year ago They filed papers for the blu

-ray to have an ultimate R rated edition. It

was a year ago Yeah, it was something like that.

It was it was before Deadpool came out Because

that they had this paperwork filed because I

saved it somewhere. It's see I'm like I don't

care like I I kind of like I Collect like I go

all in and like the directors cut the extended

cuts like if there's an R rated version for me

I'm more here. I don't really care that it's

a rated R I want to know what makes it rated

R like yes, they said the the violence right

but like You like look back like what they've

done in like PG -13 movies like look at like

the tone of like the later Harry Potter movies

but the the Dark Knight or the Nolan movies What

they've gotten away with? With just PG -13 movies

in general lately Like what I want I'm more intrigued

it by what's gonna make it rated R because I

really don't think it one of them I don't think

there's any way that like one of the big three

is just gonna start dropping foul language all

over the place. So I'm just intrigued to see

what they do with it. But the flip point about

that, too, I just kind of want to say this. I

really like Deadpool, but I don't think what

made Deadpool good was that it was rated R. No.

Because I don't think that anything that I've

seen, like any of the comics that I've read with

Deadpool or any time I've seen Deadpool, like

in a in a cartoon form like in Wolverine versus

the Hulk or Hulk versus Wolverine or Even in

I think I think he was in superior spider -man

The TV show like an episode. Yeah Like that was

Deadpool like he was still Deadpool and he was

under the constraints of being in a kid's cartoon

I mean he could still do the same thing. It's

the character itself that translated really well,

right? But I don't think I just don't think that

radar is what made that movie Think they still

could have I think they still could have given

us a Deadpool movie I think that people would

have just looked at it like oh, it's not gonna

be It's the same reason we look at it like when

they make a Wolverine movie Which obviously that

now that the third one is gonna be supposedly

rated R as well But it's like when you look at

a Wolverine movie and the people go oh, it's

not a Wolverine movie unless it's rated R Why

like I don't I've read a lot of Wolverine comics

I don't see a distinction between the Wolverine

that I've seen on the pages the Wolverine they've

shown me in the movies and They've done pretty

well with getting him into a PG -13 Rating you

know like I don't I So it's just one of those

things. I don't really and I also think the rating

thing is just a whole like a joke to begin with

Especially when people come up to me like oh,

it's a hard are Don't you shut your face? There's

no such thing as a hard are people I know people

that sit there and flip out about the The minute

pieces like that are just, they're just fishing

for a reaction. I was just wondering where you

came down on the whole thing. Because again,

to anyone that doesn't know, Batman vs Superman

in theaters is still going to be PG -13. So everyone

will still be able to go see it. Just there's

going to be a version of it that comes home that's

going to be rated R. To me, I'm just more intrigued

by what's going to make it rated R. Okay, this

is the the document it looks like Not only this

is that that might be Superman Dawn of Justice

ultimate edition. It's gonna be rated our Edited

version content is different from PG -13 version

That bulletin was from 930 15 Okay On the note,

so it's rated R for sequences of violence So

it's probably just ramped up and they actually

show what happens instead of a jump cut Yeah,

I think it's gonna be something to do with like

the amount of blood shown like You know Batman's

supposed to be brutal and then you get Superman

being brutal I'm sure there's tone and blood

is basically what it is and the the whole NPA

thing It's just subjective like a guy could have

been having like a bad day or like the panel

could have been like overly sensitive people

You know because there are people that thought

that you know Dark Knight Should have been rated

R Some of the later Harry Potter's again should

have been rated R to in some people's opinions

But before I jump off this horse and let you

and let you talk I just want to say one thing

real quick This isn't really related to this

but just because we're talking DC movies and

I've been thinking about this a lot in my head

with the amount of people that DC and Warner

Brothers have cast for characters in Their movies,

all right, you know, they've cast they've cast

Thomas Wayne And, you know, they've cast like

Cyborg and Flash and Aquaman and Wonder Woman,

all these people. OK. The Flash movie. If it's

not Flash point paradox. What is the base? What

is the point? Like, because correct me if I'm

wrong, listeners, I can't I can't read DC Comics

to save my life. They have gotten progressively

worse over the years. That's why they're rebooting

again, which we called we called that and we

got in trouble for it But I I forgot we called

that yeah They're just gonna like undo it in

a few years and because that was like when you

had that thing going with like DC Comics Yeah,

yeah, and then they they stopped Communicating

yeah, I mean I got I guess I still get I got

the connections for the DVDs and in blu -rays

But I don't have it for the comic Side, but I

I just like I love watching like they're animated

stuff like most of my knowledge of DC comics

comes from the animated material and So I you

know, I love the movie of flashpoint paradox

But just like thinking about who's in that movie

how that movie unfolds and the the amount of

characters that they've cast like they've got

you know Like Thomas Wayne has already cast and

it's Jeffrey Dean Morgan. So how awesome would

that be to see him play? Batman in The Flash

point paradox that would actually be awesome

if it isn't that what other flash story is there

to tell I I don't even know I don't know I loved

the Animated one so yeah exactly that's what

I'm saying I really like that one, but I'm just

trying to think like if the if the if a reader

or I'm sorry a reader if a listener here is more

familiar with the DC comics and flash has better

stories that Could translate to the screen then

flashpoint paradox by all means share that information.

But for me Like regardless of how good justice

league or batman versus superman is If flash

isn't flashpoint paradox, I don't know what the

point of this whole all this casting is So but

that's just me so and I feel like i've stolen

this show from you for long enough And I know

that's just because i've had nothing i'm just

dumping a whole bunch of stuff on the table because

i haven't really Done well, and that was kind

of the point is I wanted to bring you back to

the fold and and Hear your thoughts so I kind

of know what the thoughts of the other two are

gonna be at any given point I feel like I've

I Tend to either play devil's advocate or just

come off the come off with something completely

Bad shit and say I'm sorry excuse me Insane if

you want to dub me over with a cow there, that'd

be perfectly fine Um So yeah, that's pretty much

it and that's my thoughts on a lot of things

what? Sorry in my rewatch of the Justice League

series You know this because you've obviously

spent a lot of time watching the Justice League

series and stuff like that Like towards the end

when they get done limited they start losing

the rights to use certain characters And you

see how they start disappearing just like the

television universe. Exactly. Where they've destroyed

the entire Suicide Squad, Amanda Waller, Deadshot.

Everybody that's going to be in Suicide Squad

that was on Arrow is no longer on Arrow. And

it was really weird because I got done watching

Unlimited. One of the first things I tweeted

out was, if anyone wants to know how Flash and

Arrow are going to look in the next few years,

just watch the Justice League animated series.

Because they're going to have to get really smart

with the writing and with their ability to use

and what positions they put them in. So I'm wondering

if they're going to end the shows when it gets

to that point. I mean, I don't see Arrow because

they don't actually have anything for Green Arrow

on the movie universe. But honestly, I would

love to see them, you know, when his show ends,

bring him into the fold. That'd be interesting.

Because Affleck isn't going to play Batman forever.

I mean, yeah, he's playing old Bruce, but I mean,

they could always do what Marvel's doing in essence

of, you know, eventually pass the baton over

or have Batman play a minute part in the Justice

League films. What really bums me out about the

whole thing is with all the different flashes

in the DC universe. They could have picked a

different one. Why is it? Why are they both Barry?

They could have had Wally West. They could have

had Jay Garrick. They could have had Bart Allen.

It could have been anybody. But for some like

any. Yeah, whatever. For whatever reason, they

chose both of both of them to be Barry. So it

could have had them both be. They could have

had them be Eubard Thong. One of my other crackpot

theories, I know this has been debunked in the

latest flash, but I have not seen the latest

flash. I have. OK. Don't tell me if I'm right

or wrong because I don't want to know if I'm

right or wrong even if I'm wrong I still kind

of wish this would have been the way it went

down How awesome would it have been if zoom was

the blue flash from the 90s TV series Do you

remember the 90s TV series I vaguely remember

enough of okay in the 90s TV series which Obviously,

you know this Barry's dad in flash Was the flash

in that series and a few times when they've jumped

between Earth's you've seen that flash From the

90s TV series Okay So one of the crackpot ideas

I had in the last two weeks having not seen the

most most recent one was what if That is zoom

is the blue flash from that 90s TV series Because

when they in the 90s TV series there was you

know there was flash and then there was a clone

of flash and his name was Pollux But he was a

straight -up clone, but he wore a blue suit So

obviously like with and he supposedly like it

died at the end of the episode But you know having

multiple earths and retconning things like just

how I have a feeling that this isn't how it went

because obviously they revealed it but Don't

know what it is, but how much I think it would

have been a little bit cooler If they if it would

have been that same flash because I keep teasing

that universe But Whatever that's just one of

my crazy theories I had recently is like what

if it was that blue flash because that would

be awesome Like he's just like I am universe

you world the world like devouring speed Well,

have you have you seen the episode before the

one where they escape earth? Yes, I've seen that

okay Who do you think is in the metal mask because

they don't show it in the reason I think it's

Jay You think it's the real Jager? Okay, so who

do you think the one is that's been with team

flash the entire time see my Again because they've

already dropped hunters Alamon, which is basically

zoom in the comics. I want to say that it's either

I Want to say he I It's tough because he has

no powers unless he gets that. Does he? Well,

when he wants saying like that, the J that's

with Flash, those guys, he's never had his power

since he's shown up. But unless he takes that

serum, that's what they've shown us. Yeah, but

that's not, you know, that might not be 100 percent

true. I don't know. I think that. Think J is

somehow related to zoom, but I'm not quite sure

how yet like maybe they're all science experiment

clones of each other possibly or That you know

zoom is fast enough to make multiple images of

himself. Maybe we've seen that See that's kind

of my theory too, but I'm not a hundred percent

like even with the latest episode and not giving

anything away ice I'm confused But I want to

say that there might be a like either a clone

situation or multiple or Well, see that goes

back to like the multiple earth things because

what if he just went and took Jay out of? Another

earth. Yeah, like what if he's stripped him of

his powers and sent him exactly Like what if

he's just taking like he's taking the powers

from himself to make himself stronger across

multiple earths But he actually needs Barry Allen

to be the strongest or faster. Sure And that

sounds great, but I still don't think it sounds

as cool as making it the flash from the 90s TV

series like you like the the the the most evil

that that because in the 90s TV series It was

basically the the flash, but his suit was blue

like there was none of that face He didn't look

like a like a demon or anything like that But

like if you were to like I just say like he's

the most evolved form of that character And he's

completely gone down like the dark path Like

this is where like messing with the speed force

in an evil manner like leads you and what it

does to you Like to me that's like that's a lot

cooler than oh, it's a clone of Jay Or it's or

it or it is Jay doing some crazy thing with the

speed fight. I don't know that's I'm sure I'll

be fine with whatever it is because I had crazy

high hopes for Arrow and flash going into the

most recent seasons and arrow has been nothing

but a letdown I know and flash Flash at least

recovered and became interesting but arrow has

just been With the most the last episode I saw

of arrow they seem to have finally gotten themselves

out from under the League of Shadows and Hive

garbage, so I haven't seen like the last two

But the last one I saw was like them coming to

a head with Damien Dier No, no, no, I was I'm

coming to a head with um trying to get the cure

for ah From Malcolm. Yeah, so it was like I feel

like that that was like them resolving that horrible

horrible storyline But again, I don't know if

it sticks around for another two episodes because

I haven't seen the most recent two episodes.

So But yeah, it's if that it's gonna resolve

itself soon good Because that's it. It's it's

actually it just resolved itself. So they should

be moving on to something different. Thank God.

That's all I'll say. I won't say anything. On

the plus side, I am I am really enjoying as bad

as Arrow has been, at least at least it gave

us Flash and Legends of Tomorrow. Legends of

Tomorrow, I've been really impressed with, other

than the fact that they keep doing like the villain

of the week thing. Yeah. But it kind of because

like they're like, oh, where can we time jump

today? And. Although they did switch it up so

like they tonight's I didn't see it yet, but

they went to They crash landed in 2046. Okay

Of Star City, okay, so you're gonna see old man

that I'm looking I'm looking forward to and Connor

Hawk and and it's it's gonna be really interesting

that I've seen some of the imagery. Yep of one

-armed Oliver Queen But uh, it's it's kind of

neat. I like I like legends of tomorrow, but

I can't help but think there's a moment at every

episode where I'm like well this this They aren't

doing anything Yeah, they aren't accomplishing

anything like I feel like no matter what they

do. It's it I have yet to see one thing that

they do that Results in any and obviously that's

the point, right? They haven't quite done the

one thing that changes what's happened. All I've

seen is episodes that Show you why that event

happened You know what I'm saying? because there's

a the last episode I saw that I remember was

When they're taking Hawkman's blood and rip rip

hunter accidentally says his wife and kids name

and Savage is like I will remember their names

now like I know who they are So like obviously

that moment Happened then so that we could have

this entire series I'm like I have yet to see

and maybe we'll never see that because that's

not that's what the entire that would end the

entire thing if they did that, but I Don't know

it's interesting. It's fun. It's fun. It's a

it's and Supergirls been good too lately the

last like Four or five episodes have been really

great even though they've been cash -ins on classic

Superman stories. But like Bizarro and what to

get for the man who has everything. Yeah, the

one where she's got the plant on her. That one

was good. Now, I am kind of bummed that the flash

crossover episode is called World's Finest. World's

Finest. That kind of bums me out. It could have

been like the fastest person alive or something

like that and just make it like a live action

version of the Superman show, the Superman animated

series episode. Earth call it like first to the

finish or so yeah, but we'll see how and we're

really kind of bums me out it's a one -way crossover

and with the whole earth to thing and flash and

The Supergirl cameo in there. I was kind of bummed

that they are going with the idea that Supergirl

exists on a different earth Like that appears

all all point all things to the contrary That

appears to be what they're going with so like

that's why supergirl isn't in arrow or flash

Because that's why she was in that little bubble

in there. Yeah, they're running. Yep So we'll

see I mean it could maybe it's not that way Maybe

they're just showing a supergirl on another earth

I don't know but I hope I hope that they That

she's on the same earth and that it's not like

he doesn't go on a What did I say on Twitter

to a guy? I said, I hope he's not doing On earth

a earth hopping tour Like on his way back like

gonna hop to different earths and go to different

places. So I don't see what happens I'm excited

though. Like I'm like I said, I've enjoyed the

last few episodes of Supergirl It seems to have

toned down my one complaint, which was the whole

like girl power Aspect of the whole so show so

that's been that's made it a lot better plus

the stories have gotten better, too. So But I've

monopolized enough of the show so you go ahead

and talk for a little um well what I was gonna

say is Yeah, as far as the those shows are concerned

I I Really enjoy flash every week arrows kind

of that like you said kind of hit or miss and

then Supergirl I've been enjoying even though

a lot of it's like rehash, but it's no different

than arrow at that point arrows kind of a rehash

of like Batman type stuff with the arrow verse

yeah but I do know that brothers sorry I was

gonna say I do know that Stephen Amell wants

to appear in Supergirl but I don't see how that's

possible if you can't traverse to that world

yeah so I was we'll just have to wait and see

how that episode plays out on March 25th So what

were you gonna say? Oh, I was just uh crap. I

forgot what it was Oh the rehashing like yeah,

like well, I don't have a problem with them like

so much Taking superman stories and making them

supergirl stories Uh as as I don't have a problem

with that as much as I do with them taking batman

stories and making them um Green arrow stories

Because to me one cheapens the other like I feel

like Trying to turn a green arrow into Batman

cheapens the character of Batman. Or to me says

that that character doesn't exist in the world

at all. Where I feel like the stories that they've

told with. With Supergirl, I feel like that's

just a natural extension of what could possibly

happen. I mean, yeah, so Lord makes a clone of

Kara, so. That that happened or he gets he gets

his hand on the same plant like I feel like I

feel like with the Supergirl Superman has gone

through all that stuff already right like those

stories have already been his in that world and

people are just like Lord is just using the same

ideas like you know the trying to use those same

tricks against Cara Yeah, whereas well, he's

like a cheap Lex Luthor right exactly, but I

feel like he's you know He's using like he heard

about like this thing happening to Superman or

this work is almost worked on Superman So I'm

gonna try and improve on it and use it against

Kara Whereas arrow I feel like it's just trying

to turn green arrow into Batman which you know,

especially with the With with the League of Shadows

and because to me that totally cheapens Roswell

rule Like to me so he's supposed to appear in

legends of tomorrow. I I have no doubt that he

will I mean they already had Yeah dark show up

Yeah, this is what I want to say I feel like

one get one can one can pull it off a little

more successfully without me going Oh, come on.

That's that's dumb and the other one's just like

okay green arrows not Batman But Yeah What was

I trying to say? Where was I going? Oh, okay.

I was telling you partially off -air that I'm

building a new desk. Is going to be a corner

desk because my wife had one desk I have a desk

which all my crap still set up on right now However,

I've had this desk since I think it was like

10 And I hate this desk with a passion now There's

nothing physically wrong with it. I just am tired

of this desk because it's small So we Being that

desks cost too much for what I'm wanting we built

one Okay, and We bought kitchen cabinets. The

funny thing is is we bought these two Like they're

the two wall mounted cabinets, which are only

about 12 inches deep instead of 24 inches deep

So I have those as the corner pieces where the

the two desks are going to collide in the corner

and those were unfinished and We painted them

and put the the door handles and the knobs and

everything on those and then we bought two of

the other cabinets which have the kickboard on

them and unfortunately the kickboard is attached

on the sides and the desk would be too tall because

we're trying to because they're the standard

for kitchen counters are like 34 and a half inches

taller and then the the height of the other thing

is 30 inches And that's the height we want for

the desk is 30 inches. So because with the the

top on it, it's gonna be about 32 all together

So I had to saw both of the bottoms off of these

things Before we painted them plus I had to sand

them down because they were finished one was

like a white finish one was like a wood finish

type thing Like the glossy type finish so I had

to like beat them down and then I measured out

everything perfectly. I have masking tape all

over my floor in my office with the cabinets

in it. And then I put some boards for the backers.

We painted both the tops for the desk and they're

going through the final coat of polyurethane.

And then I get to mount them between the wall

with some brackets. The the wood beams I put

on the wall and then the the cabinets and then

I get to actually move my desk stuff over to

it's gonna be great a Lot more legroom plus my

side of the desk is 115 inches long Don't remember

how many feet that is because brains not working

But uh, it's like eight feet or something, but

her sides like a hundred inches long Because

it's gonna meet like a corner diagonal cut But

yeah, I've been working on that lately this room

my office is a disaster I posted pictures of

it on Twitter earlier today But it's it's been

a chore to sit there and try and figure that

stuff out So yeah, I've been messing with that

I've been killing my hand by playing Battlefield

4 entirely too much when I'm not podcasting because

when I get home and I get free time instead of

Wanting to podcast some nights I want to sit

and play Battlefield because I'm not very good

at the game when you get people that play it

every night Because I don't I'm terrible at it

so I Like my my right side of my right hand like

my last two fingers on there the pinky and the

other finger just throb Like almost every day

because I sit and play it so much. How do you

what? Because I play on the keyboard and mouse

I play on my computer. Okay. I thought you're

I have it on the Xbox 360 as well Okay, but I

don't have all the add -ons because I didn't

want to pay the 50 bucks to get premium gotcha

Okay, now I understand. I was like wait a minute.

How are you hurting your pinky and ring finger

playing on a console? Yeah, it's it's the mouse

It's not the but I get better control when I

play on the keyboard and mouse than I do when

I play the console I have played on Xbox live

because I send up for the Free trial and then

I'm gonna let it expire Yeah And so yeah, I was

I was trying it out on there, but I mostly did

it so I could download all the updates And play

the game online to see how it how it differed

But I definitely enjoyed on the PC more But yeah,

that's how I've been killing my hand I You would

think I would learn that you know, maybe I should

not play it every night maybe But I enjoy it

like before we recorded I was playing So and

I was playing it yesterday and I'm pretty sure

I'm gonna kill my laptop because I've been sitting

there playing that I'll go to bed and I'll have

the laptop on this stand on my lap and then I

have Headphones hooked up and then I'm sitting

there playing it on there, too It's a fun game

I've I don't I never really got into battlefield

When I played Battlefield, I played Battlefield

1942 and the only Battlefield... I only ever

played the demo because as far as my friends

and I were concerned, that's all you ever needed

to play. The demo gave you like three maps to

cycle between all the classes and enough guns

to keep you interested in playing. Like there

was no reason for you to actually buy the game

even after it came out. Like I was like, wait

a minute, what? So we never did. But the only

so I've been playing a lot of Battlefront, though.

Which I really enjoyed that, but completely different,

completely different game by being a different

franchise, but they're very similar. They're

made by the same people, I think. It's just not.

Not as like hardcore, you know, first person

shooter, I would say it's more of a. Kind of

freeform fun. Yeah, I am more fun doing the the

spaceship stuff like flying around the spaceship

because I'm really good at that so Yeah, the

uh The people I play with on battlefield Aren't

particularly thrilled with battlefield or battle

battlefront They're like, well that game's not

as good as blah blah blah blah because they all

are like heavy enthusiasts into it but they all

they They play the same maps quite frequently.

So I go through these bouts where I'm online

and I'm playing the same map over and over just

because I want to learn the map layout and where

people hide and where they, you know. Right.

Because that's why I'm good at Unreal Tournament

3 is because I camp in the same places. Over

and over and over. Yeah, I I am a I am a camper

as well. Although I I don't camp too much anymore.

I With the next -gen systems like the ps4 Xbox

one I made a conscious decision to just enjoy

first -person shooters Because I on the 360 Call

of Duty, whatever I always camped always always

always and I made I made accuracy the name of

the game for me So I was always really always

had a sniper rifle. I always like tried to just

raise my accuracy. That's what I cared about

the most, because that's where the game became

a game to me. But with with the next gen stuff,

I'm like, I'm running, I'm gunning, I'm spraying

and praying and just jumping in there and having

a good old time because I was like, I just I

just want to make a difference. So just trying

something different. But yeah, I've been I've

been doing that And then aside from that I've

been Because we haven't talked since then I my

short film came out in December Okay at at mod

and then that that went over pretty well with

the other four films that played at the same

time and then Now I'm taking screenwriting And

that's what I was telling you about the other

day with the scripts and me driving my teacher

nuts. Just because I find it entertaining to

do so. Like the first assignment, we had to write

about a gift that was good, but you had to focus

on the object throughout the script. It just

had to be something short. It didn't have to

be lengthy or anything. Had to turn out to be

a bad gift by the end of the the scene so I I'm

writing all of the same. I'm writing one big

universe with every assignment because I started

writing a universe and books and created a character

set from doing that superhero class, so I'm intentionally

connecting everything because I'm making it so

that this class is helping me write a good 75

% of the story I want to write anyway. Okay.

So I'm using it as my tool to get a grade and

to flesh out the stuff in the class and it kind

of holds me accountable and gives me the motivation

to do it because I tend to sometimes not follow

through with things because I get bored and I

forget. Not that I want to get bored and forget,

I just do. So this is keeping me accountable.

So I've already written a couple scenes that

actually take place in the story that I'm going

to write, because we have to write a short film,

which I'm not going to use any of this for, unless

I write from the future timeline, because that's

going to be short anyway. And then we have to

write a TV pilot, so I'll essentially be writing

the first episode of If This Were a Show. OK.

But I'm gonna be able to reuse some of the scripts

that I've already written being that it's all

gonna take place in that anyhow So and then I

had like the seduction of power because you had

to write about a seduction scene and then we

had to write a dinner scene which was supposed

to be totally different characters and I Made

it totally different characters, but they're

in the same timeline So we'll see if he catches

it Because there's little subtle nods into it

from the other, but it's not enough that You

should really notice. I Just like to get his

goat That's always fun so So any Toy collections

strike your fancy lately that you may have gotten

into No, that's the only thing like toy. I think

I've picked up from the toy collectible collectible

um that's what adults call them sorry i'll call

it what it is the only toy that i've actually

picked up um recently was i picked up the zero

suit samus amiibo oh okay um because i'm a i

i love metroid um i'm really bummed there isn't

a metroid on the wii u but uh That's either here

neither here or there, but they did release.

You know they released Samus in her in her suit

It was one of the first amiibos and then later

on they released zero suit Samus And I kind of

sat on it for a while until I started working

up a spy and I was like I should go ahead and

buy that so I did Neither one of them are opened

But actually I have kind of a funny story About

that because the you know, the amiibo is you

can use them with a Wii U and yeah, you know

They load into certain games. Well, I have I

have Wii U and I have Mario Kart 8 and Like Ali

and I we love that game played through it unlocked

a whole bunch of stuff and a couple Few months

ago. I had a friend come over and I was like

hey we should You know, we can play some Mario

Kart, you know Because so that we could do together

and I tried loading up the game and it would

do the the splash screen It would say Mario Kart

8 on the screen and then nothing would happen

I'm like, what the heck is going on? So I quickly

Google it real quick not one to waste a whole

lot of time on this And it's like oh, yeah, it's

a it was a bad patch You need to delete that

or and then someone else like you need to delete

your save data and all this other stuff I was

like, well, I don't really want to do that and

So we didn't do anything. I was like, I'm not

I'm not willing to do that. Keep in mind it I

can't play the game. So what's the point of having

saved data, right? So a couple weeks ago, we

had the same friend over his girlfriend came

this time So it was the my wife me him and his

girl. So there were the four of us I was like,

hey, yeah, we should play Mario Kart 8 and have

some drinks, you know, but like slowly get drunk

as we're playing the game And then I remembered,

you know, it doesn't work and so they went to

go get Drinks and I was like, I'm gonna sit here

and I'm gonna try and diagnose this problem,

you know And I finally came to the conclusion

that what good is save data if I can't even play

the game so I deleted the patch the update patch

I deleted all my save data and You know did follow

along with what I could best best what I could

find online and I started up the game It's still

hung at that screen and I'm like, this is ridiculous.

The damn thing worked Just fine and I was fighting

with it fighting with it And they got back from

picking up some drinks for us. They got they

got back home and I had popped the disc out and

I flip it over. There is a tiny, tiny, tiny,

tiny little smudge. On the outside edge of the

disc. Like miniscule. You know, like I can't

even describe how tiny this little thing was.

But that little thing, I brushed it off on my

shirt. I put the disc back in the system. The

dang thing started right up. I was like, are

you kidding me? Wasted all that time. I wasted

all that time. I deleted all my progress. So,

like, while we were playing, we were slowly unlocking

the tracks again, unlocking all the different

pieces and all that stuff. It was like it was

it was the most. I mean, we had a lot of fun

that night. Don't get me wrong. And I'm not like

whatever it was. It's just a crazy little story.

That happened plus I was trying to use my amiibos.

I'm really bummed that you have to take the amiibos

out of the packaging to use them You should they

should have like some kind of a clear thing on

the bottom that you could just set it on top

of it You shouldn't even need that. It's near

field communication. You should just be able

to get it like close enough to the sensor To

have it work. It's not a barcode or anything

and I can't like they they the way they're packaged

They're packaged just far enough from the bottom

to not let you set it on the scanner. And so

that's pretty messed up. I didn't open them like

I wasn't like I didn't like throwing the towel

on that one, too. I wasn't like, I'm going to

open them up because honestly, I haven't played

Mario Kart 8 since. So if I had opened them that

night, I would have been like pissed. But I didn't

open them. I was like, oh, it doesn't work. That's

kind of annoying. Put them back up on my shelf.

Whatever would have been nice if they did, but

they don't. So we had a similar situation happen

when we got our PS4. We got a launch ps4 waited

in line at Best Buy midnight got home hooking

everything up got all set up and then Alley was

like we were waiting for it was something to

do with it. We were trying to get black flag

try to play black flag and the disc book we put

the disc in the drive and you heard it you heard

it spin up and then you heard to go click click

click click click click I'm like, oh my gosh

And Allie got so fed up with it like I was trying

to get it to work trying this that everything

else to get to work like it was installing the

game just fine and everything and Allie got so

mad. I mean by this point. It was like 1 30 in

the morning And she was like because we got it

at midnight So it wasn't like we had been doing

it for a long time But she got mad and went to

bed and I'm still sitting there like fighting

with it and in my head I'm like I've never had

any problems with anything like on launch day

Like I've had like launch PS2s, you know, stuff

like that. Never had any never had any issues

with anything that I've gotten on launch day,

like all the iPhones and everything I've ever

gotten. No issues. And I'm like, this is going

to be my first lemon, you know, and I was really

bummed. Turns out popped out the disk, flipped

it over one single fingerprint. On the bottom

of the disk. You like kept the thing from reading

Like that's ridiculous. So I don't I've never

had like any problems with like blu -rays Like

or like even with the ps3. I never had that problem

It was just so it's so weird that they're these

lasers and these in these things are so fickle

now that they won't even Yeah, I was like this

is that's crazy. So, you know, I just did you

know the same thing I did with the Wii you just

brush it off Put back in the drive away it went

but my wife had already gone to bed mad because

she thought we had a broken PS4. That sucks.

But it's a lesson learned. Don't don't put fingerprints

on the bottom of your discs or always check there

first when something is going amiss. So. That's

actually funny. I never think to even look anymore.

It's the equivalent of blowing on the cartridge.

Well, yeah, but what's really weird is like you

think that once the game is installed, It once

the game shouldn't need it still needs to do

the disk check, but what it's failing is the

disk check It's like even though the game is

installed properly It that your thumbprint is

covering up that one part of the disk that it

needs to say like yeah You have the you have

permission to play this game You know so it's

like oh come on but Whatever real quick because

I don't think I don't know if you've talked about

it or anybody else talked about it recently since

it came out Fire watch on ps4. I think it's also

on PC most excellent What is it? It is a first

-person Kind of it's a story driven game, okay

I don't want I don't want to say too much about

it because I want to spoil it But it has a lot

in common with gone home So if any of the listeners

out there have heard of gone home or played gone

home, they'll probably enjoy fire watch It's

the same thing you take on the role of a guy

Whose marriage is falling apart. He decides to

take a job in the 80s. He takes a job At a national

park as a fire watch for the summer and You know,

that's where the game is set things in sue The

narrative kind of takes over you can get you

can get sucked into it really easily. It's a

gorgeous game. It looks very pretty Did really

enjoy it, but for in my it's like it's 20 bucks.

I think yeah, I just pulled it up On their site

it is $20 you can get it on Steam for Windows

Mac or Linux Or on the PlayStation going into

it. It's about I finished it in about four to

five hours My wife also finished it about the

same amount of time I also had another friend

finish it about the same amount of time so That's

almost too much money for that much or that little

bit of time, but for me I totally get that so

i'm not trying to talk anyone into buying it

But the for me the experience is worth it. I

do think that gone home is the superior game

Uh, so if it's like a toss -up between should

I play gone home or should I play fire watch?

Because I think gone home is still 20 as well

um If it's a toss -up between playing one of

those two I would definitely suggest going with

gone home But both fantastic games both get inside

your head both give you the feels I mean if you're

a human being you get the feels I I even got

the feels I tend to myself I tend to think of

myself as like an emotional black hole most of

the time and I still got the feels from it, so

I Guess that's it. That's it for me. Um Well,

the only thing got left is besides the fact that

the GCR and awards will be out shortly after

this episode with all the the winners of the

different categories some of it was surprising

some of it not so much people will get what I'm

talking about when they listen to it has to do

with a certain film in December and people's

extreme bias towards it So yeah, that being said,

the GCRN Top 50 video game franchises will be

coming up shortly. I'm just gonna finalize a

couple things and then that'll be live in another

week or so. We were featured on the IDW TMNT

comic I heard about this Joe was telling us about

this. Yes It was definitely a Blanchard quote

It was along the lines of Trying to find the

exact imagery was it along the lines of I don't

care for this stuff. No it was it was What did

he write if you have ever been a TMNT fan you

need to check this out and it says geek cast

radio at the top and It's on all three covers

of the TMNT 55 Issue 55 I'm going to pick them

all up tomorrow or today when this episode comes

out Depending on how much they are, but I know

it's 399 for the regular issue I'm just curious

about the one because I like the Eric better

on it. That's the one in ten, you know, they

have Only 10 per retailer, if anything. So yeah,

I'm going to pick those up just because it says

operation to kind of cut down on some of the

podcasting... Kind of get to the meat and potatoes

of the episode this news network section will

now feature For the most part only myself In

this episode I will be covering Quite a few different

things actually the there's been a lot that's

that's gone out in the geek world this week Primarily

with DC Comics, but there's been other things

too. There was a Justice League getting off the

start here. There was a Justice League set photo

from Zack Snyder with Jason Momoa on the set

of Justice League which they've for whatever

reason told everybody they're filming. There's

a Flash costume in the background which looks

more armored up than Barry Allen's from the TV

show Flash. And then there's of course the Aquaman

suit. There's the Atlantean Aquaman's wife, forgive

me I don't know her name but I'm pretty sure

there's parts of her stuff there for her suit.

And then it looks like Black Manta's suit. Everybody's

speculating, oh, it's Nightwing. Oh, it's Green

Lantern. I'm pretty sure. And I've got a few

friends that have a lot of Inside Source track

stuff that think that when people were guessing

those two, they dropped a photo of Black Manta.

And it kind of makes sense. So I kind of see

that. But that aside, we're also looking at the

same time that For instance DC has a new all

-access app that's come out It's their behind

-the -scenes app. It's on Android and on and

on Apple iPhone So anyways this this new launched

app Will be a destination for news original content

contests movie tickets and yes digital comics

Kind of begs to wonder if they're gonna follow

the still do their stuff through comixology if

they're going to have their own stuff through

the app or if this is just something different

just to try to capitalize on this market a little

bit. But it's kind of an interesting thing. I'm

going to check it out. I downloaded it. So I'll

probably do a review of it next week in the podcast

on a little short segment there. But it says

that the All Access DC app comes just after Warner

Brothers acquired a minority stake in the online

movie ticket retailer, Fandango, which I didn't

know that they had had. little bit of a steak

and fandango But it's kind of interesting now

that it makes sense Because my wife just bought

some dr. Pepper Drinks now bear with me this

all leads into the same story. She's a couponer

so one she was stocking up because of the coupons

and because They give away movie tickets, but

they were fandango movie tickets, and they were

for they were They had the pictures of Batman

versus Superman V Superman movie on the the boxes

for the the dr. Peppers and that's where they

give you like five dollar Fandango credit for

every three cases you bought so Yeah, she bought

quite a few cases. So we have we have 20 bucks.

So so yeah, that's That's kind of interesting

that that makes sense now why that's the way

it was besides just a marketing thing But so

yeah, it's a global studio wide effort to bring

things together all things DC I don't know, I

think it's kind of a cool concept. I know that

other companies are doing stuff similar, it's

just I'm a DC fanboy, can't really hide it. But

I'm gonna give it a shot and see what it is.

So yeah, there's that. Moving on down the list,

I have Barnes & Noble Plans Casual Game Gatherings.

And when I say that, it's... They're gonna host

weekly casual game gatherings offering demos

and space for play starting in March And it will

the events will be held on five Thursday evenings

at 57 stores About 9 % of the chains demos will

be conducted by Barnes & Noble store employee.

They're gonna do some strategy games Granted

I've never heard of any of these. I think I've

heard of one But the games are it says they're

free with special free promotional items for

them. It's King of Tokyo, Sheriff of Nottingham,

which is the one I think I've heard of, Splendor,

Codenames, and Lanterns. All but Codenames give

freebies. I think it's kind of weird that they're

going to do casual gaming, but I think that that's

about the only way they can stay relevant in

today's age, because most people don't go to...

Comic shops don't seem to thrive very well on

their own because you can do digital comics.

I mean, it's getting to the point where in certain

areas Like I live in the Flint area which we

discussed, you know episodes back I tried to

go there today to pick up comics and Unfortunately

because of the snow they're still plowing out

so they're not open I'm a dude that likes to

just go get comics. I may not open them again

after I read them the first time and they just

sit in a box, but I like the physical comic and

the experience of having to stare at the rack

and pick out the comic. So that being said, Barnes

and Noble... I think this is the only way they

can stay relevant because again with even with

books everything is digital now So it makes it

difficult for people to want to go get of the

books I think that it's kind of a smart move

But I don't see how it's going to because if

I'm gonna go by if I'm gonna go play a game somewhere

I'm either gonna play with friends or I'm going

to play at a Like a gamer sanctuary type thing

or or something to that that effect so moving

on so with the next on the palette of things

that that are going on. In the geeky world, we

have fans have been petitioning for Netflix to

revive Young Justice for a third season, which

I think would be kind of cool because Young Justice

is actually really good and then Cartoon Network

flopped it like they do everything else. They

kind of meander. They do decent with the first

season on anything and then the second season

they start squandering it and then putting it

on craptimes or releasing it at funky schedules

so it essentially kills itself. Because if it's

not stupid cartoon network doesn't really want

it. They just take the contract to get the money

I'm gonna leave that alone. I it irritates me

so bad. So there's been an interactive holographic

Pokemon projector created Which I saw in geek

comm earlier this week, and I thought it was

kind of cool because They're like these digital

pads That are that are below and then you see

like these holographic representations of the

Pokemon above it It's kind of interesting. It's

obviously an illusion, but the plastic pyramid

making the hologram, the camera tracking marker,

and the output of a 4 camera view of a 3D model

to the projection screen is kind of interesting

how it works. And then they've got ones for like

Dragon Ball Z and stuff you can turn your smartphone

into a 3D hologram and whatnot. Because what

it is is they put like a glass dome around these

these projector things and then it makes them

appear like they're floating Through the 3d space

honestly, I think that's actually kind of a cool

idea and if they could figure out a way to make

like miniature versions of these type things

kind of like what they showed for the phone,

but uh And make these kind of more fun and more

practical because they basically when you buy

the Pokemon games, don't get me wrong I love

the Pokemon games because I played them before

a lot of them, even recent. You're playing the

same game over and over with an additional plot

line in like anywhere from 50 to 100 more Pokemon

per game. So this would actually kind of almost

revolutionize the whole process and make it nicer,

I don't know, more interesting to play, I should

say. These are film and movie related. So we

have Batman V Superman is going to have an R

-rated Blu -ray DVD version that comes out, an

ultimate edition, I should say. The movie's still

PG -13 that's coming to theater, that's not changing,

and people are equating this to the reason that

Deadpool being rated R has caused Batman V Superman

to be rated R. When originally, if you look at

the paperwork that was saved, because there's

a PDF that's online where they applied for it

a year ago. So, it has nothing to do with the

success of Deadpool, and I've seen a lot of other

people, like, bring this up too, like even Octobotamus.

Brought this up on his YouTube channel or actually

on his Twitter that They applied for it a year

ago saying that they were gonna have an ultimate

edition rated R That may be Superman take and

it's because of violence. It's not because of

anything else and then the Star Wars the force

awakens Said that there were certain scenes that

didn't make it into the final theatrical cut

of the force awakens including ones with Harrison

Ford's Han Solo and Daisy Ridley's Rey. There's

about seven or eight deleted scenes that are

going to make it on the discs. Yeah, they said

there aren't a lot, but there's maybe seven or

eight. So I think that that's kind of nice. I'm

planning on buying the Blu -ray when it comes

out. Normally, certain films, I'll kind of bide

my time and either buy them or not. Not buy them

at all, but I think because of what it is and

because I enjoyed it and I have the other six

movies I'm gonna buy it even though it's basically

rehash of the fourth movie, but it's still it's

nonetheless It was still a great film, but yeah

that rounds out our movie news and so with that
