yes episode 19 this would be either part do or

the redux or whatever you want to call it because

we actually did record a good episode 19 actually

had to end it a little bit early because I thought

my computer was gonna fuck up on me and Die which

that's all I'm gonna say about that in case it

tries to do it again But when all is said and

done, and I sent Steve my side of the audio He

couldn't make heads or tails as far as what went

where so we're rerecording Yes, it for some reason

became a giant jumbled mess I don't know why

I Have no clue It's actually funny Wow, it's

funny. We're getting a lot of play off of Twitter.

We really are because I know that Optimus scourge

from TFW's website forums. He's asking us questions

about When the next ATTF was and I thought he

was asking me maybe so he could be in on it I

thought that's why he was asking but I think

he was just asking as far as being able to listen

to one and I had told him something and you had

told him something and So yeah, we're actually

getting a lot of play off of Twitter, so that's

really good. Yeah, that's awesome. Yeah, I actually

got my first... There are several members, I

don't know if they currently listen to TFG1,

but there are several members that are overseas

that are on the Earth2 .net forums that... have

listened to TFG1, but I actually got my first

Twitter reply from someone over in Japan, so

TFG1 now has a worldwide audience, I guess you

could say. Hey, that's awesome, man. Yeah, I'm

just glad people listen. Yep, yep. It sure makes

it worth doing. And the editor and the host don't

count, you know. Yeah. Going back to that...

Twitter reply you sent me like four or five days

ago when I asked when I just put it a general

question Of all the new listeners are all the

new followers of who's listening you said I am

I said yeah, but you don't count So what's going

on with you even say haven't you yeah, I woke

up Monday Could barely speak sore throat head

cold Every day it progressively gets better a

little bit. That's good. And today all I have

is the nose problem, so Yeah, but also My internet's

been on and off again all week and I've had 128

kilobyte download speeds instead of my six megabyte

that I pay for damn and So I was basically running

around and dial up for the internet for a couple

days when it did work yeah that's gonna suck

oh yeah it did and then I ended up calling customer

support at Comcast who no offense was you know

to whoever may be listening to this was Arabic

and could barely understand understand a lick

of English so he's sitting there I could tell

a reading from his script because he kept putting

me on hold And then he's like, we'll send a technician

out from Florida to seven on Thursday. And I

was like, okay. And that was all I got out of

that. So I went on Twitter yesterday and started

talking to Comcast George, I think his name is.

And he ended up looking into it for me. And I

was surprised that I actually got a phone call.

Because they have to get your phone number to

look up your account and he gave me a phone call

Asked me exactly what the problem was and relayed

it to the guys and then when they came out at

four they fixed everything so And he's gonna

do a follow -up today to make sure that it's

went smooth So I was actually really surprised

with the customer support for that. Well, that's

good Yes, I'm so glad to have my internet back

Yeah, believe me. I know exactly how that is

actually. It's funny. I had a not not slow speeds.

I had no speed Earlier in the week was it Wednesday

Thursday? What day did I send that crap to Malmas?

I sent one of our I don't know if you follow

him, but I follow him. It's Malmas or Malunas

or however the hell you say his name. He's from,

she's from the TFW forums on Twitter. He had

said something about a Activator's Bumblebee

and since I have, I got the two -pack for Shockwave,

I said, yeah, I'll send it out to you for free.

Hell, it only cost me four bucks to ship it to

him. So I did that on a Wednesday and that same

afternoon right before My mom came to get me

to go to the post office. I try to go online

and I have two out of four blinking lights on

my modem. So I spent like ten minutes on the

phone with Insight asking them what the deal

was and they said it wasn't a billing issue.

They said it just just went out. I was like okay

can you put it back? So they put it back and

it's been working ever since but I think that's

the only time that the internet's gone out over

here since I've moved into the new place. Yeah,

mine's gone out quite often for the last three

weeks, so I'm quite happy to have it working

consistently for a day Yeah And yes, I do follow

the same person on Twitter as I follow way too

many damn people I'm starting to follow way too

many damn people You still follow us and I do

well yeah, but that's beside the point I think

yours are at least manageable. I can't read every

one of my tweets Actually, I was trying to remove

some of the ones that don't follow me but the

site I was using I It won't let me I have noticed

that everybody's using that we rating system

the twin fluence now like a ton I don't even

know what that is all as I know is tweet deck

tweet deck is fucking awesome Yeah Yes, but yeah,

I think I'm up to a hundred and one people that

I follow and I have 51 followers so You know

everybody should join Twitter Twitter is gonna

take over the world Except lately the fail whale

has been kicking my ass Well, it's been fine

the last two days, but like earlier in the week.

Oh my god Yeah, yeah it was Let's see won't we

get into some news first yeah before we go on

any other ants Yeah, let's see. Let's see what

I've got up pulled up off of TFW over the weekend

Like we were just talking with Twitter. I checked

Twitter a lot, and I think it was Saturday or

Sunday. I think it was Saturday I Pulled it up

on my iPhone under Twitterific and saw that Derek

J Wyatt who is the art? or the art designer on

transformers animated and posted something about

the target exclusive uh... uh... animated sales

uh... for the target exclusives uh... shockwave,

Voyager Shockwave and Activator's Bumblebee and

Voyager Sunstorm and Activator's Ratchet were

at $4 .99 and i was like what no because the

last time i looked at it online at target it

was $24 .99 And the TFW article says, in quite

possibly the biggest retail blunder in recent

memory, the Target exclusive Transformers animated

figures Purple Shockwave with Activator's Bumblebee

and Sunstorm with Activator's Ratchet have had

their price change again. We reported on Saturday

that the figures were on sale at a clearance

of $4 .99, and hordes of collectors rushed out

and purchased countless amounts of these figures

for both their own collections and for members

overseas. Reports have come in today that Target

has changed the price to $22 .99, which many

speculate was the original intended sales price,

and the $4 .99 was an error. A very costly error,

obviously. The new sale price is a whopping $2

off the original price, $24 .99. The original

sale was to last through Saturday, April 11th.

uh... was this a massive liquidation ask move

on target to s uh... to clear shell space or

was it a serious blunder on targets behalf uh...

who knows feel free to speculate discuss and

offer advice to those who wish to get these figures

at their original four and pricing from the weekend

in our discussion thread yet uh... actually like

i just said when i was reading that i am i'm

message derrick white on twitter Asked him about

it, and I actually have I don't have it anymore

But I have a giant jar under my desk here that

used to have about maybe a Quarter of it filled

with nothing but pennies Okay, I actually took

those I took that jar I put in whatever other

like you know regular real change like quarters

dimes and nickels that I had And I put it in

I put it in my backpack. I walked up to Kroger

where we have a coin star And I put all of the

pennies into the coin star turns out it was seven

hundred and eleven pennies five quarters ten

dimes and two nickels I came out with seven dollars

and ninety -four cents I walked from Kroger to

Target got myself the last shockwave bumblebee

two -pack and I came home Nice yeah, the only

person that was in that aisle that was in the

the Transformers Ninja Turtles action figure

aisle at target was some Grandma, and she was

looking she was mainly looking at the activators

just the regular one pack activators So I just

kind of like you know she had her cart kind of

like blocking the aisle So I I saw the thing

and I just kind of like reached i was in a way

but i reached over a cart grabbed it up and just

got the hell up to the to the uh... cashier and

get the hell out of there really quick uh...

yes on now have purple shockwave which is what

i have it's probably the second one i know it's

the second animated figure that i've got but

it's probably the only one that i've actually

sought out to get so far Yes, and I bet he's

not gonna stand up now. Damn it. I knew I shouldn't

have picked him up. Son of a bitch. Where we

going again? Shut up. Yes. Him and his, uh, his

little cock joint. Not touching that with a dentist.

Well, it's, it's weird. I can't get his, his

torso to... Line up with his legs to where he'll

stand there. It goes. Oh there and there it went

that someone sent me with the link so well I'm

sitting here looking at the article so but they

have trivia questions character profiles videos,

toy images, and also a preview of episode 36

Predacons Rising which is five minutes long and

basically you get to see Wasp being chased down

by every Autobot on earth and a word fight between

Optimus Prime and Sentinel Prime where you can

tell Prime Optimus wants to beat the shit out

of Sentinel. Who is the Primer Prime? It tells

him! Yes, and he tells him that he wants to deal

with him after this is all over with. Meaning

he wants to lay the smack down on that ass. Yeah,

I saw it and I was like, wow, they... I thought

they were just gonna do like a... Like those

five or ten second clips that normally go at

the end of TV shows for the next week's show.

But that's basically the first five minutes of

the episode for tomorrow. And I was like, oh,

well, that's cool. OK. I've got him standing,

so he's not going to fall over. Please don't

fall over, you piece of shit. Shut up. Don't

want to fall over into my damn Diet Coke can.

Bastard. So anyway. Yeah, I'm really liking where

they're going. I mean other than threes a crowd

I'm really liking the rest of the ongoing storyline

for season 3. Yes, I have to agree with you on

that one. I don't know exactly where or how that

they're going to reincorporate Cybertron like

all the Cybertron crew and Like Rodimus's team

and Rodimus himself and all that I'm not really

sure how they're gonna go about doing that so

it'll be interesting to see how that comes up

and silence yes wake your ass up No, I can't

wait to see the rest of Predacons Rising. That's

going to be a good episode in my opinion. Yeah,

I believe we're going to see Wasp become Waspinator

in that episode. Yes, because at the end of the

5 minute clip you see Swoop flying away with

Wasp and his grips. So you can tell where he's

going because those numb nuts follow Blackarachnia.

They're like, oh, we don't know what else to

do, so I think we're going to listen to her.

On a little side note to that, because it ties

into it, there are so many, and I don't know

who these people are, but there are so many people

on Twitter now that have actual animated names

like Sentinel Prime, Dinobot Grimlock, and one

of the tweets that I saw was... Me Grimlock do

anything spider lady says And the hacking can

sorry and the hacking begins anyways on to the

next article on Allspark .com they have insane

huge revenge of the fallen CGI promotional stills

gallery and it gives you a link to a Flickr account

and shows pretty much all of the movie characters

or most of them anyhow most of the original main

cast anyway it shows them in cleaned up backgrounded

images with their robot and vehicle modes They're

on like white backgrounds and everything so it's

actually pretty neat to look at I was gonna say

does it show jazz torn in half? No, it doesn't

have him in there because he's dead As much as

and I've said this before and a couple of other

people that I talk to you regularly about Transformers

figures the movie line Does not interest me whatsoever

It just doesn't Well, these are just the CGI

stills from the movie these aren't actually toys

Okay, I thought it was toy stuff. No, I don't

care whatsoever about the toys although I Might

have to and yes, I'm probably gonna stick my

foot in my mouth here I might have to pick up

a toy from this line Which one? Take a wild guess.

Oh, Megatron? Why? One of the leaders. Megatron,

why? Well, because I like the tank. It depends

on how they execute it though. If I look at it

after enough reviews, and it doesn't get my interest,

I'm probably not going to get it anyway, but

I just like the fact that it's a freaking...

Have there been images? For there have been some

but not quite to the extent that I'm satisfied

with Okay, I could have sworn on the main page

for TFW that they posted I could have sworn I

saw one of those videos was leader class Megatron

next to a leader class Optimus Prime I'll probably

wait for a Spader review before I go out and

pick it up Although I do like his CGI model better

than the first movie Yeah, I I don't not really

sure like I've said before and I'm trying not

to sound like a broken record Until I actually

go see the movie. I really don't don't really

care Because at this point I would just much

rather see it for myself then see images that...

Images can be photoshopped. It's just the way

it is. Yes, that's true. I would much rather

just wait until I see the movie. Believe it or

not, I did buy... Go ahead. What's that? Oh,

I interrupted you. What did you say? No, go ahead.

Never mind. For the last movie line, I only picked

up one figure. Believe it or not Megatron? Nope

Prime? Nope Bumblebee? Correct But that's mostly

because I wanted the Camaro Alma It had nothing

to do with the fact it was Bumblebee, it just

had to do with the fact I liked the Camaro I

don't understand why they are focusing The three

main robot stars as far as robots the three main

stars Optimus and Megatron I can understand.

I don't understand why they're always so Focused

on Bumblebee. Yeah, I know in the first movie

He drove the story as far as him being Sam's

car and all that stuff But I don't get why they

group those three together all the time Don't

understand either except for the fact that bumblebee

is one of those identifiable characters that

everybody Pretty much Associates with in terms

of the humans. Yeah, if you look at if you look

at g1 Spike was also with him all the damn time

until season 3. Yeah, not well now season 3 He

kind of faded to the background. I mean, yeah,

he was still around him, but not as much No,

actually I pointed... I might have... I don't

think I've recorded it yet. I think it's an episode

yet to come. But there is an episode... yeah.

It's... I believe it's... It'll be an episode

20. Starscream's Ghost and Ghost in the Machine

or whatever it is. The one where he takes over

Scourge. They actually break into Metroplex and...

There is a scene that I actually made a bullet

point for about Bumblebee and Spike, and Bumblebee

says, yeah, it's just like old times, where Spike

is his adult version, obviously, and he's in

Bumblebee. But, I mean, I can understand that.

Kind of. But why? I don't know. I don't know.

More and more I hear about the second movie,

the more and more I'm probably less likely to

go see it at this point. I just... As I've said

before and I said a second ago I'm not trying

to sound like a broken record with all the fake

news and all the lies And everything else it's

just turning me off from the franchise And I

think another reason why I'm turned off about

it is Michael Bay. I'm sick of his bullshit See,

I really don't care about all that crap because

in the end it just matters how the movie turns

out and I don't really care as far as if they're

feeding us false information. Just so long as

they make a good movie and it has some G1 aspects

to it instead of a complete blasphemy that they

tried doing in the last movie. Yeah, that's true.

And at least they're considering Welker finally

and they had Peter Cullen to begin with, although

I think they should have got some of the original

voice actors for some of the other characters

because they were too, I don't know, too deep

and dark, war -like voices for the other characters.

I can see the Decepticons because most of them

aren't original, but they've also got the guy

that played animated Starscream playing Starscream

in the new movie. I don't know how that's gonna

turn out. We'll have to wait and see on that,

but The only problem with a lot of the characters

that were shown in the first movie as far as

the Autobots Now bumblebee you could get because

he the guy's still alive. He's actually gonna

be at TF con I think Are he going to be at TFCon

or he's going to be at BotCon? I forget. I saw

a news item about it the other day. It's probably

TFCon because I know they got Grimlock at BotCon.

That's pretty much the only one they've announced

so far. It would be... Well, yeah. But I'm in

as far as voice actors. The problem with getting

most of the original voice actors for the movie...

Number one, Scatman Caruthers for Jazz, he's

passed on. He's been dead for a number of years,

I think. And that's no... I'm not trying to sound

morbid there, that's just the truth. I seriously

doubt Cullen would do double duty for Prime and

Ironhide, because Bay probably wanted something

different for each character. Well, that doesn't

exactly look like Ironhide, either. Well, that's

true, but... You know how... You know how...

They just slapped a name on it, that's all they

did. Yeah. Big black truck. Name it Ironhide.

But, um... Yeah, I don't know. At this point,

I'm just waiting to see... To go see the movie.

And I'm not paying any attention to any of the

news items or anything. I'm probably gonna go

see it when it comes out like probably the first

day. I don't know it depends on my work schedule

that day. Yeah, but uh Yeah, I do plan to go

see that that's one of my many movies to go see

this year That one in Star Trek are probably

going to be my number one movies for the year

me personally Yeah at this point. I don't think

I have any any number ones anymore that I'm going

to go see other than Transformers. At this point,

from what I've seen from the Wolverine trailers

and what I've heard from people, I just don't

even want to touch that movie with a 10 -foot

pole. I just, I don't like the whole thing with

them telling the origin story the way they are.

Just, like I said, just from what I see in trailers

and stuff, it just doesn't, it doesn't look Appealing

enough for me to go waste eight dollars Granted

saying that you know when the DVD comes out.

I'm wasting 20 25 dollars, but I mean I Don't

know it's just it's gonna be weird Yeah, I'll

probably get that on DVD you know or at least

rent it Yeah, I'll probably rent it from Redbox

or something something cheap dollar six or whatever

it is But yeah, I'm not... 2009 is not the year

for Marvel. Next year is gonna be Marvel's year.

With Iron Man 2. With Iron Man 2, and Avengers

coming the year after, and what else is coming

for them next year? There was something out.

There was like two or three that they're putting

out next year, I thought. I don't know. No, they're

not next year. It's the year after. They're talking

about having another Captain America, Thor, Nick

Fury. You know ventures We get any other news

Well GI Joe's another one that I think they could

do right if they fucking change Cobra commanders

man Because from what I've seen so far Looks

like complete ass Like it looks nothing like

Cobra commander and yes, I went into the same

rent last episode Or the last, uh... Last recording.

Record, yeah. Yes. And that's fine, I mean, hell,

that's what podcasting is all about, is to rant

on stuff. Um... And it drives me fucking crazy.

I can't stand it. His face looks absolutely nothing

like the one in the original show. I can understand

not having the exact same look, but they could,

jeez, keep something similar. Yeah. His freaking

mask looks like he's got like a big plate of

metal over his face, and it looks nothing like

any of his other masks. And he looks like a cross

between Cobra Commander and fucking Dr. Mindbender.

It looks like he's got a fucking jellyfish of

metal stuck to his face. Would you like fries

with that jellyfish? I mean, jeez, it just looks

like shit. The last time I saw a picture of it.

It reminded me, alls it reminded me of is he's

wearing a metal Jason mask. Yeah, pretty much.

I mean, I understand them not wanting to do the

whole hood thing because it looks KKK -ish, but,

you know, the other two, or at least do the damn

battle armor from the Deke series. Yeah, I don't

know. I'm not really sure. I don't know who's

on the project, I don't know who's directing

it, I don't know who's writing it, but obviously

they probably did not do their homework on it.

And what the hell is it with all these damn companies

when they turn a movie from a classic into a

new series? They have to make everything so fucking

shiny. Give them these damn leather armored suits.

Like, look at X -Men. I mean, granted, I understand

why they didn't use the other suits from the

Marvel series. but at the same time it I mean

they made that work that's a little bit different

GI Joe they're not gonna fucking go on the battlefield

wearing leather jackets and leather pants I mean

everybody in the damn movie has leather there's

no military armor they're like clothing that

you see them in the show with the only one that's

fucking got like anything resembling that is

snake eyes Cobra guys should be wearing damn

armored shit that's not even fricking black.

The only thing I can think of when you said the

X -Men suits is when Wolverine goes in the first

one he goes you actually go outside in these

things and Cyclops goes what would you prefer

yellow spandex? And he smiles yes I remember

that because that's what they all wore in the

cartoon in the comics. Yeah, but they made that

work. This is I mean GI Joe. I think that's gonna

bomb I think everybody's gonna be pissed that

likes GI Joe. I see it being a decent action

movie I don't see it being that great. I still

think Transformers is gonna blow that fucker

out of the water As well as Star Trek. I don't

see that movie banking as much money as they

half an hour worth of stuff. At this point I'm

going to have to go through my entire computer

and delete a whole bunch of crap because I got

a disk full load disk space error message and

it kicked me off Skype. Thank God I did not lose

my audacity file for the recording, which we

are still recording now. Steve actually almost

went into solo mode and almost said the hell

with episode 19 and we're just gonna re -record

for episode 20 next time. um... so yeah thoughts

yes i'd actually in that time i'd said okay and

the episode is dead and then i went and started

a new audacity file and i says yes this is supposed

to be episode nineteen rerecord and obviously

the first record didn't work and now the second

didn't work so fuck it we're going to episode

twenty But since it's still here, I guess we

can touch on MWIRE as well as some of the new

PE updates and plans for the future of our network.

Yes. Well, MWIRE is slowly coming along. I still

have yet to... write up my little thought process

on Back to the Future 2 and 3 for our premiere

episode. I've got Back to the Future 1 done,

but I haven't gone back to that yet. I have been

actually ripping audio for the X -Men movies,

for the Simpsons movie, which actually was a

twig request, but I did it for us as well. Let's

see what else. MWIRE premieres in July, July

11th, I believe is when our first episode will

air. We have officially entitled the new podcast

production thing Geekcast Radio, which Steve

said he was going to get a website dedicated

for that eventually. When are you gonna do that?

uh... probably today when he gets radio dot com

uh... let's see i've also been talking to one

of my twitter friends uh... who had mentioned

to me that he has tons and tons of cartoons on

dvds and stuff like that and he wants the end

of the podcasting world uh... his name is a try

on eighty four on twitter you can follow him

on there uh... He wants to do a cartoon podcast.

He actually got inspired by twigs Disney afternoon

show when they talked about all the Disney afternoon

cartoons And I think it's a great idea So I'm

gonna help him get that off the ground and he

and I'll do that show and Steve will make frequent

Guest appearances after his trailer gets hitched

up and he goes on his honeymoon and everything

else So that's pretty much what's going on episode

12 of TFG one is out now For those of you who

keep asking me when episodes are up, but they're

errors. It's because Steve puts them up Early

and then on the day of release. He just adds

maybe you can explain it Yes, basically I put

the RSS information in the feed early because

Sometimes I don't have time on Friday to take

care of it But while I'm at work even I can rename

the audio file because I rename it something

different so that nobody can download it until

I'm ready for it to go up and I just rename it

so that all I did automatically is online, so

it just makes it easier if Like I run into time

issues that I can get it up by the 9 o 'clock

timeline on Fridays. That's cool. So that's why

it does that if anybody listens to both shows.

Yeah, which I like to say, I never specified

to him a timeline. I just said Friday. It'll

be up sometime Friday. I didn't say he had to

have them up 9 o 'clock in the morning. That's

something he did. Well, some people might want

to listen to it at their job, like me. Of course,

I get to listen to them all ahead of time, which

is quite nice. Exactly, so quit your bitchin'.

this fucker up here two days ago. Well... Well,

yesterday actually, that's when I edited, but...

I listened to it yesterday, it was good. I had

to listen to it at work. Yeah, I was in the middle

listening to it when you called me earlier for

us to do this, so... Yeah, so we got any other

news or anything else going on with us or whatever?

I don't know, because I'm about ready to end

this before we lose it again. Yeah, um, I do

have to say that I will be doing the Police Academy

series, yes. Oh yeah. As I will have all seven

movies by that time. Oh good, because you're

going to have to send me the other six, because

I only have the first one. Yes. I'll have to

figure out some way of ripping audio because

I don't know how to do that from DVDs, although

you do. Just look for a DVD ripper online. Anyway,

that's a whole other subject. I'll tell you afterwards.

quite small revamp on the main page I redid the

toolbar yes the toolbar and the main logo to

the the front page anyway I'm leaving the other

ones I think the same for this time yeah because

it's smaller and well not quite smaller but I'm

gonna shrink that down a little bit and I added

all four podcasts that are going right now to

the logo Yes, two that are going right now and

two that will be going eventually. Yes It starts

with yours goes to M wire Beast Wars unleashed

and all things transformers. Yep, and The Beast

Wars unleashed will probably be late this year.

Yes, very very late this year probably either

around Either right before Christmas or immediately

after Christmas because at this point I still

haven't been able to find the DVDs. I think they

are now available on Amazon, but if that's the

case I currently have no money and seeing as

how I've requested in almost every ATTF episode

that people just buy them for me and that hasn't

I'm Excited for it yet There's certain parts

of me that I'm not, but that's because of the

fact that everybody's going to be staring at

me and I have stage fright. It has nothing to

do with the fact I'm getting married. It just

has to do with the fact I'm in front of a group

of maybe 130 people. So, yeah. I'm not looking

forward to that part. If I ever get married,

I'm only having 50 people there. 25 from her

side and 25 from mine. That's it. I don't care.

I'm putting my foot down. Should not be over

50 people at a wedding. Well, see, I have a very

large family. I have step family. Oh yeah, I

can imagine that and that's fine, but for me

personally, nope. 50 people is max. So it's going

to be quite large and then I'll be on my honeymoon

the last week of May so I won't be doing any

podcasting for the last two weeks of May. So

probably we'll have those pre -recorded and released

ahead of time with a two weeks hiatus. Yeah,

probably, most likely. Alright, I think that's

it. Yes, I think that's pretty much it for now.
