About this Episode

The Pull Bag crew dives into Till All Are One Volume 2, covering the Revolution one-shot and issues 5-8 written by Margaret Scott. TFG1Mike joins Nicole, Heather, and Amy as they discuss Windblade's journey through microspace, the arrival of the dead Titans threatening Earth, the team's desperate mission to Carcer, and the shocking revelation of Vigilem. They break down character arcs, standout artwork, the emotional fallout for Chromia, and what makes this run of Transformers comics so compelling.

Hi, this is Margaret Scott, the first female

writer on Transformers Comics, and you are listening

to All Things Transformers. Oh my gosh, this

is so great! It record. Yeah, I did that already.

Good job. You've just jumped inside the pull

bag. Join TFG1 Mike and the rest of the comic

reading crew here at the GCRN as they make their

great escape into comics. From DC, Marvel, IDW,

Boom Studios, Xenoscope, and more, we have everything

you want to read right here. Transformers comics?

Yeah, we cover that. He -Man? Yeah, sure. DC

superheroes like Batman, Batgirl, Nightwing,

and Batman Beyond? Yep, we have those too. How

about TMNT from IDW and I Hate Fairyland from

Image Comics? Yeah, we have all that here. Plus,

so much more. It's all inside the pullback here

on the Geekcast Radio Network. So without any

further ado, it's time to talk about the comics

we are reading right now here inside the pullback.

Autobotly August 2018 continues where we're talking

about Transformers comics as always. That's right,

the Fembots are back for another week of Transformers

comic goodness here inside the pull bag on all

things Transformers. This is episode 322 of the

pull bag. I am one of your hosts, TFG1 Mike.

Joining me are three Fembots that would give

even Austin Powers a run for his money. First

up, we have that Cyclonus -loving, knockout -grueling,

Nicole Beatles -diva hailstorm. Hello. How's

Rio? Fuck off. Sorry. I don't trot that word

often, but it's been a bad couple weeks. Hence

why I put it in there to make you laugh. I'm

sorry. Good thing this is an explicit podcast.

Children, do not listen to this without your

adults. I feel sorry for my neighbors who probably

heard, they're probably like, did Nicole come

down with Tourette's lately? Then we have the

Megatron -obsessed, wrong -prime -worshipping,

Heather -hahi -prime, Rodimus rules, Optimus

drools. Slag you to the pit, biscuit breath.

There you go, there's some sort of... There you

go. I love that Heather is so cool with her insults,

and I just go for the blatant. You're so good,

Heather. Because made -up swears are so fun.

They really are. Then there's that whirling wrecker

girl who'll put your eye out. She wrecks, she

rules. It's Amy, a .k .a. Lady Wreck. Hello.

Hello, and yes, you'll put your eye out, you'll

put your eye out, you'll put your eye out. Today

is all about Till All Are One, Volume Two. There's

no confusion this time around, folks. Well, for

me anyway, there isn't any confusion. It's not

my fault Farrah Fawcett doesn't know comics.

Oh, God. That was fighting words. I was going

to be like, Amy knows comics really well. Most

of the time. So, according to the IDW info page,

this collects the Transformers Till All Are One,

Revolution, One Shot, and then issues 5 to 8

of Till All Are One. Written, obviously, by Margaret

Scott. Art is done by Sarah. And also... I can't

even. I can't even do it. There you go. Yato.

Yato. All right. Hang on. Tsushima. Sorry. Naoto

Tsushima. There you go. It's Tsushima. Tsushima.

Yeah. Tsushima. Yeah. I listened to a YouTube

video earlier today to figure out how to say

it, too, because I was like, I don't want to

butcher this. And then, of course, I probably

did. I've been trying to study some Japanese.

Awesome. Joanna is on colors. Priscilla is on

additional colors. Letters, Tom B. Long, all

that good stuff. I did not read Revolution, any

of it. I was so far out of the reading of the

Transformers stuff at that time, hence why we're

even doing any of this. Play catch up. Before,

you know, till all are gone. So, as always, or

as we've been doing, we're each going to synopsize

each of these issues really quickly, and then

we'll discuss them, what we like, what we didn't

like, all that good stuff. And Amy has double

duty, so she's going to be revolutionizing the

revolution. Boop, boop. Do you want me to put

all of the art and colors and everything in there

as well? I just did all that. Okay, then we'll

just jump past that. Okay, so the revolution

to all -or -one one -shot summary. So Optimus

Prime sends Pyromagna and Soundwave to bring

Windblade to Earth quietly to check out why Metro

Titan, not... Not Metroplex. Yeah, yeah. Not

Metroplex, but Metro Titan. Can't talk. He's

not talking. Windblade uses her expertise being

a city speaker to see if there's anything actually

physically wrong with him, which there isn't,

at which point she realizes he was staying silent

because there was only one bot he really wanted

to speak with, and that was specifically Optimus

Prime. because they don't know the titan's intent

he's new to everybody uh windblade opts to merge

her mind with the titan first and of course he

takes offense at this because you're like hey

what is yeah i mean he didn't say hey but you

know he was like he's not very happy with the

fact that why didn't the prime trust me um But

he allows her to make contact with the person

who he has a message for Optimus Prime. So Micronus

Prime happens to be the dude that has a message.

And he's one of the 13 original Primes. But his

message isn't one that can be told, but rather

experienced. So we're going on a quest, sort

of. Oh, quests! You love a good quest. Insert

Swerve love right there. I was going to say,

where the hell is Swerve? He should be in on

this too. So if he's listening, he'd have really

fun at this point. Her consciousness is basically

given a tangible cloud -like form and she's sent

to the microspace through something called the

Entropy Cloud. And this cloud is attacking the

subatomic realm. She's captured and is brought

before the Lady Shazrela to be in interrogated

and tortured. She learns about what is happening

through Lady Shazella Shazella but when she is

unable to answer Is that because they couldn't

get the term Barbarella? I don't know. So when

she's unable to answer all of her questions in

return because she had questions back that's

when she gets tortured by this chica so shaz

shazrella gets called away and one of her handmaids

releases windblade and begs her to help before

she is shot in the back windblade returns to

metro titan and tells everything to optimus prime

um but he refuses to do anything about the microspace

being skeptical skeptical about any of the primes

as there were too many corrupt ones as well as

good ones so um at this And this doesn't sit

well with Windblade because she's like, hey,

she pretty much points out that there are many

following you over your extreme actions on Earth

and you're asking for support, but you don't

give it when others are in just as much need

and then as much as if not more pain. He makes

the distinction that he never paraded as being

divine and explains himself so that others understand

what he does, what he does. That, you know, to

help him accomplish the thing that he set out

to do. And she's not happy with his response,

but vows to continue to serve him as she would

do anything for a Prime. Wow. We take a little

jaunt into the microspace. We see our first actual

on the page version of Micronus Prime in IDW.

comics he's been mentioned before but he never

actually was on the page and so now he is we

actually had a conversation with the dude so

it's cool i love the cover for this only because

it's sarah and reading this it like i get it

revolution was one of the big crossovers it's

has multiple artists yada yada yada i wish they

would have let sarah do this art I like it now

that I'm looking at it again, but when I first

read this, I'm like, this art is just so non...

Optimus Prime looks like he's in his 80s. He

looks like he's 8 million years old. The panel

where he says, Windblade, thank you for coming

to Earth. I swear to God, his arm's about to

fall off. He should be in a geriatric home or

something. He's been through a lot, man. He's

seen stuff! Yeah, he looks a little bit wonky

there, but at the end he looks okay. His style,

I think it's that the way Prime is drawn is in

a much more basic IDW house style Prime, whereas

everybody else, Windblade and Shazrela and...

everybody else is drawn in this very um stylized

anime looking style and so prime doesn't fit

in with the rest of it and he feels out of place

i mean even my cronus prime he looks like he's

lifted straight out of the new robots in disguise

show yeah this is getting expensive so yeah the

art on Prime is a little strange and you're right

the art on Micronus it does look like he came

out of the Robots in Disguise animated show is

it just me or the panel where Windblade is in

the energy stuff where she says where she answers

the first question or something, where she says,

I'm not sure how, but yes. When Comixology drifts

down to the next part of her internal monologue,

the way that she is quote -unquote standing,

it looks like she's doing some sort of hula dance.

She's not actually moving, but her pose looks

like something you would see out of, you know...

Cybertronian Hooters or something. Yeah. Cybertronian

Hooters. It's got a pin -up girl look. Yeah.

The art style in this is very much more sexualized

than we're used to. Like, Windblade has got some

serious badonkadonki. Nope, badonkadonki. Yep,

she's... She's Chester Bazinga. Yeah, there,

yeah. And her... she's always doing this thing

with her legs that feels very Japanese to me.

Like the, the knees tight together and the feet

out. That's very like school girl in a little

skirt. That's about to get blown up by the wind

kind of feeling. Yup. Yup. Absolutely. I was

actually fine with the art just because it's

different. And we only see this, like, this is

the only thing he's ever done a full actual issue

for. And so I was like, eh, I, There's a few

things that I would tone down if it was me, but

it's just different styles and also from different

cultures as well. So I was actually pretty fine

with it. I'd heard horror stories about this

issue, and so when I finally saw it, I was like,

oh, it's not nearly as bad as I was led to believe.

I personally like the look of the alien race.

Oh, man, they're awesome. The Cobra Commander

-like looking lady. I like her. She's kind of

cool looking. I like that. Sort of weird nun

servant characters. I think of them as nuns.

Like robot nuns. Oh, yeah. I could see that.

They look like weird nuns out of Saga. Oh, they

would fit great in Saga. Yeah. I do have to point

out the page where she goes from the Metro Titan

into microspace where she gets torn apart and

put back together. That was very interesting

because there's so many different things that

are going on in the different... panels of this

one page i was like oh i couldn't get what was

going on i actually had to go to the tf wiki

to go what the heck because i thought i saw different

versions of her but it was like so it took me

a little while to figure out what it is but basically

it's like she's going through different versions

of her like through like the multiverse or something

like that you know one where she kills somebody

another where she's a cute little fairy and just

just the different things and i was like oh and

then things started popping out much more realistic

to me, and I was like, oh, okay, I get it, I

get it, that's interesting. Did you read this

on Comixology or in print, Amy? I actually read

this on Comixology, because here's the thing,

I didn't buy, I bought all of Till All Are One

as it came out, so I got it for full price, and

I got the individual issue, so I didn't actually

get it in trade. So for me, I... I didn't have

this obviously with me. I got it because I ended

up getting all of revolution when it was on sale.

And I think I got it. I don't remember what I

got it for. It was for something else. And I,

I read one, which made me read the next, which

made me read the next after that. And then I

was like, okay, I really didn't care for it too

much, but I thought, okay, well I got it on sale.

So, and then I read this issue and I was like,

okay. That's interesting. It has absolutely no

impact on the rest of the story other than I

think in this is where you kind of see a little

bit of a divide where Windblade is doubting her

religious belief in the Prime. Right. And realizing

that he's just this normal person that, you know,

is not as divine as everybody has always made

him out to be. And nor does he wish to be anything

else but less than divine. And so it's just kind

of interesting to kind of, we've seen that slowly

take hold on her. So, yeah. The reason why I

ask is because the page that you're talking about.

If you do it on Comixology Guided View, it takes

you through each of the panels of what she's

going through. Yeah, I did, and I was still kind

of like, what? But it pulls out to reveal the

full image. Yeah, yeah. I did like that. I did

like that. I've said this before, I'll say it

again. It's very rare nowadays that I will ever

get... print again. I love prints. Comixology

just spoils me with that guided view. It's so

much better for me to read stuff that way. Yeah,

it really does. It keeps you from revealing too

much because you don't see the next panel. The

only downside that I see is that comics are an

art. And I have noticed that as I've focused

completely on the guided view, I'm... not seeing

the art the same way because sometimes it's about

how the panels are arranged and so I usually

will go through with the guided view get the

story and then I'll go back and and go over the

art and see how they composed it and that way

I don't miss out on how like artists decide to

put their composition of the page together because

that is an art form as well. When they do it

really great, everything flows. When they do

it really bad, you can tell. That's why I'm like,

you know, you have to gush about it when it's

done right. This is a good page though. You don't

get that high off the ink. No, I tell you, no,

really, I love the smell of comic books. There

is something about it. There's something about

the page and the ink and the feel of the page.

When you open up that fresh comic and you're

just like, oh, it smells so good. Or when you,

especially when you get a... hardback trade i

just got um a teenage mutant ninja turtle the

idw collection another collection just last week

oh and you open and crack that spine oh man it's

one of the that's like 15 i know it's just it

is like crack to me it's like oh here we go this

is best 15 20 seconds i'm going to have of this

day crack open that spine oh it feels so good

and you just within the ink and the page like

Oh, wow. It's euphoric. Okay, Nicole, I want

you to try to stop sniffing dry erase markers.

They're like, oh, I got to get a book. Nicole,

I want you to get sleep, but I'm also really

enjoying no sleep, Nicole. Yeah, like I do agree.

The hardbacks or the super big collected editions

from IDW, I wouldn't mind grabbing those to collect

them and to go back and look through them, but

for a reviewing standpoint, I cannot. There was

a couple of times around 2014, after about the

first year of the show, where I would go out

to my comic shop and buy two or three books and

want to read them right away just so I could

read them for enjoyment. I ended up falling asleep

with two of them in my hand. So it's like I just

can't. And on top of that, looking at a full

page, I can't focus on the whole everything that's

going on on the page because it's just too much

for me. So that's why I love the guided view.

And the guided view does give you options to,

not specific options to view it, but it does

show you. the various things on the art and things

like that, it does pull out to show wider shots,

wider angles. It does if there's something specific

on the page. I've noticed where I've gone through

a whole issue and go, oh, I didn't see any full

pages at all. But I still like to go back because,

again, each one of them, like I said, the composition

of a page is an art form in itself. So for me,

I'll go back and look at all the pages and see

where, oh, this went and did that, and I can

see how this... the pace felt because I was looking

at the art. So that was good. Yeah. All right.

Let's keep going. So we don't make people late.

Often a tangent. Oh crap. Okay. I was all right.

Really fast though. I love that. There's a little

like super shippy panel of like wind blade, hugging

dead stars cream that ends up sort of weirdly

coming true in the end of till all or one. Yeah.

Oh my gosh. Wow. seeds of the future are lied

buried in the past do we have any other thoughts

on this issue or should we move forward I didn't

really care about the Micronauts issue I don't

even remember if I even read it I think I did

but I don't remember sorry I enjoy I enjoy the

baddies, but I cannot bring myself to care about

microspace as a thing. It just seems ludicrous

to me as a person who reads about giant alien

robots from space. I'm like, no, I draw the line

in microspace. That's silly. I kind of thought

of microspace as being inner space. You know,

that really great movie. Yeah, same. Or like

in Ant -Man where it goes into the teensy subatomic

place. Where things are weird. I just related

to her in the first page. She just wants to get

some freaking sleep. Let her sleep. Let her sleep.

Hashtag let Windblade sleep. I was just like,

I was reading this. I'm like, oh my gosh, I feel

so sorry for her. I'm like, I just wanted to

high five Windblade. I'm like, girlfriend. I've

gotten five hours of sleep in three days, people.

That's why I'm kind of delusional right now.

And it's not even after midnight yet. She should

write a book on how to survive on little sleep.

Exactly. Sorry. Do that. Don't do that. Okay,

next issue. Who has next issue? I have next issue.

So issue five, the summary. This one was titled

Ping. It's out in space aboard Alita -1's Titan

ship Carcerer. A sensor array alarm goes off

and Alita is called immediately. And then Windblade

returns from her revolution experience in a negative

place, given recent failures, and meets Obsidian,

who tries to cheer her up, but is interrupted

by communications. Starscream meets with Ironhide,

head of security of Iacon, who requests that

he keep the, he's requesting that he keep the

Enigma combination safe. And Starscream's like,

uh -uh, I'm going to resist this proposal. He

wants to see the Combaticons prosecuted for their

crimes, but we learn that Ironhide won't do that.

while they're basically comatose brain damaged

or dead or all three. As they continue to talk,

Ironhide encourages Starscream to be the leader

he is capable of being. Woohoo! And he'll stand

behind him if he does that. But they're all interrupted

as their communicators go off. So everybody meets.

The Council of Worlds assembles to discuss the

approaching horde of... zombie titans that recently

came into sensor range on the first page where

we had the out in space aboard a leader one state

ship um they and apparently they came into sensor

range in space and will be arriving in six hours

holy holy cow So their reactions go from complete

panic to planning to fight back when Starscream

snaps them back to reality. Yay, he's being a

leader. And he's inspiring people mostly, unless

he's yelling at them and, you know, whatever.

The sick and the injured are moved to Caminus.

Ironhide Security Forces organize an evacuation

of Icon, and all ships are drafted to help take

down as many Titans as possible. When the zombie

Titans arrive, the fight is on. Everyone does

their part. Windblade gives Metroplex the signal

to transform so even he can bring down the Titans

that make it to the ground. In space, Carcer's

crew complement, led by Stryka, take as many

Titans out as they can before they get past and

take to the planet's surface. But the battle

wears down Metroplex until he's overpowered and

wrestled to the ground. No! Starscream calls

Alita one aboard Carcer and requests that she

help them on the planet surface by bringing Carcer

down and she listens to him and she hangs up

on him. I love Alita. If only we could all be

Alita to Starscream. But yeah. Can I say how

much I love that last panel? That look of Starscream.

I love that panel. The artwork is just brilliant.

I love it so much. It's just like she's got every

emotion in Starscream and that little look right

there. I love it. Love this guy. Please go away.

I will not explain myself. Goodbye. Now, since

Windblade has come on the scene since way back

when in her first volume, the four -issue miniseries,

this is the very first time in IDW that Metroplex

has actually been able to transform, correct?

No, he transformed back in his own spotlight.

Right, no, no, no, I understand. Okay, that's

fine, in his own spotlight. But I'm saying since

Windblade came on the scene and he was damaged

and all of that and everything else, since the

first Windblade series started, his whole story,

her whole story, this is the first time I remember

seeing him because I don't ever remember seeing

him. Wasn't he damaged? And that's the reason

why she started talking with him. Yeah, exactly.

Yeah. So I'm wondering now, like, how did she,

like, I know we went through the whole thing

of her first series and her getting down to the

nitty gritty of why he was damaged and things

like that. But I don't remember anyone really

saying too much. He's fixed. He's fixed. Yay.

He's fixed. I think somewhere along the way she

finally fixed him. I mean, who knows? I don't

know how many years it's been since she came

on the scene. I'm guessing that eventually they

just whittled it down to finally, okay, he's

proficient enough to be able to transform at

this point. Whether or not he's 100 % perfect,

I don't think that's... But he's enough that

they can transform him. He's the last one, I'm

just saying. And maybe this is just my fan and

showing, but do they have some sort of self healing

stuff that once she kind of got his brain working,

right. That he could start to kind of put himself

together. I mean, we know that he can move his

own brain around. Yeah. No, wait, no, he wasn't

doing that. That was Chromia and Nautica and

when, but he, he seems like he's this weird combination

of totally. self -aware and self -sustaining

and autonomous but also at the same time really

weak and dependent he's an old man yeah I do

love the opening shot, though, of him. Metroplex

Online, the close -up and then the spread out

to see. Oh, man, that was so cool. Sarah has

done an amazing job drawing him. Joanna and Priscilla

on colors. So good. Good times. I love the style

and look of Alita, too. She's buff, man. I would

not want to meet her in a dark alley. Her and

Stryka. Oh my gosh. I love Stryka. I think she

is so underrated. I love that woman. She is awesome.

There's a lot of good art in this. I really like

the scene between, what's his face? Is it Fizzle?

Yeah. Razorbeast, I just like everything about

that entire scene. Even just the one where you

just see them both, you are looking over their

shoulders and Razorbeast got his hand on Fizzle's

chair and they're both looking at Starscream.

That's just good composition. If I was reading

this back when it came out, I would have been...

jaw dropped on the floor, really pissed that

I had to wait another month after the end of

this issue. She hung up, and then that was the...

Like, really? Come on! She hung up! I kind of

had that... You know in Jurassic Park? The first

one, the little girl's like, she left us, she

left us, she left us. That's kind of the... She

hung up! She hung up! It's the first time somebody's

hung up on me! Yeah. Yeah. I actually like it

better knowing the reason for what Elita's doing.

Because at the time, when we were getting it

in Single Issues, it just struck me as... Starscream's

the one being petty. You know, you underestimate

the depth of my pettiness. But she also felt

selfish. Because we didn't understand why she

was doing this. So I was just irritated at her.

I think that was intended. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah,

definitely. We were absolutely intended to feel

irritated and prickly toward her because she

just hung up. But she also, since she came on

the scene, she just has run to the beat of her

own drum. Yeah. Yeah. Can I just say for this

issue, though, like, I actually like Stairscream

as a leader. I'm like, wow, he's actually taking

in. Account not for his own sake, but he's actually

being a good politician. Is that an oxymoron,

a good politician? It's like that pep talk that

Ironhide gave him actually worked. So it's just

like he's actually getting things done. He's

not thinking only about himself. He's putting

together a plan. I'm like, wow. Wow, I'm impressed

Starscream. I really am. His character has definitely

grown. I mean, if there's two characters in the

IDW universe that has grown in the last two years,

it's Starscream and Windblade. It's amazing how

much those two have gone from one end to the

other. It's amazing. Yep, it very much is. That's

very true. Because from here on in, he makes

a lot of really good choices. Bumblebee gives

him the face. It was just so nice watching him

actually lead instead of just scheme. Yeah. Because

up until now, all he's done is scheme against

Windblade, but to be honest, she has sacrificed

a whole heck of a lot, and we're going to find

out more about that as we continue with the rest

until all are one. Do you guys know, I feel like,

okay, so the page where it's just two hours to

impact. one hour to impact and you're seeing

everybody as the time comes closer and it's reminding

me a ton of something but i don't know what like

and maybe it's a thing in all the old world war

ii movies ever or something but it feels it's

got that that same sense of we're gonna make

you sit with this and know that the badness is

coming and everyone is as ready as they can be

But you just see people waiting. And that's just

so good. Yeah, it is. Yeah. For sure. Anyway.

No, issue five was really great. The cliffhanger

was good. I love the art. Margaret's writing

continues to exceed all expectations. So, absolutely

love that. Yay. All right, Nicole, you're up

on issue six. Okay. I apologize. I'm not going

to do an in -depth review like Amy. Amy does

a great job. We should just have her do all the

work then. So basically, issue six, we start

off with we have oh my gosh, Metroplex. I wanted

to say Metro Titan. I'm like, no, other guy.

Metroplex. It's confusing, the names. I know.

Yeah. But we also see Windblade's inner dialogue.

She's coming to, as she's trying to work with

Metroplex, you know, she has, she's coming to

think of Cybertron as her home and she's trying

to get Metroplex up and about. And then you see

the Titan, the other, the the other titans the

dead titans come to earth and everyone's trying

to struggle to stay alive i love this part because

like in the last issue you were saying it was

the calm before the storm well the storm has

just hit the the titans are starting to fall

to cybertron everyone's just trying to survive

and and get their crap together. Here comes the

speedsters. I love that Knockout's here. It's

my issue. I love Knockout. He's amazing. They're

working as a team. These Titans are huge and

you have to take down all these. You've got so

many of these other Transformers. trying to just

take down one and to see how they've worked together

as a team where these other, where they probably

weren't working as a team to, uh, like just a

few months ago or a few days ago, you know, and

to see them come together and be like, okay,

we could do this. And then of course we got the

lovesick air razor and tiger. They make me sick

no matter what they're in. I'm just like, Oh,

stop. I'm sorry. Somebody says they're canoodling

at one point. Yes, I do. I'm done with your canoodling.

I love it. I'm just like, they're always teamed

up together, but I don't know. It's one of those

things like, I get tired, Nicole. I apologize.

But again, then you come back to Windblade, and

she's just trying so hard to work out with, what

can I do to Metroplex? What can I help out here?

And then to know that you might have to take

him offline again. You're just like, wait, we

just got him online. Now we're going to have

to take him off. Are you serious? So, and then,

and then my favorite part again, Starscream and

Alita. Hello. You hung up on me. What the hell?

Basically. Yeah. This issue, I mean, it goes

back and forth between all these different scenes.

So, I mean, it's just so intense. And then finally

you get back to the council where Starscream,

again, gets to be a good politician. He's like,

okay, well, we need the help of Alita. She's

not going to give us help. She doesn't want,

she refuses. So what are we going to do? And

so they finally get to this. to uh the council

and they start to make a plan and i love to see

that they're coming together and i love it when

a plan comes together you know oh yeah the a

team i love it when a plan comes together i love

when a plan comes together and And I love it

that Windblade is the one that comes up with

this. And Starscream is just kind of proud. When

did you become such a schemer? I love it. Because

it involves the Titan. That's why she's scheming.

Love it. But then... they're trying to, because

of all this, they're trying to get everyone off

planet. And that includes the prisoners. Well,

our favorite prisoner, Chromia, is trying to

make it out. And then, of course, she sees Ironhide

and she tries to be like, you need to get Windblade.

We need help. Because, you know, Chromia knows

Windblade better than anything. And she's like,

she's going to do something stupid. And I love

that she was so blunt. She's like, she's going

to do something stupid. And I love that about

Chromia. She says it out of love. I love that

about her. But again, I'm mumbling and I apologize.

But I love, there's this one panel that has just

the ragtag team that you probably would have

put together. And they're like, what should we

call ourselves? And they never really did give

themselves a team name, did they? No, they didn't.

Dang it. But, and then, um, to know that they're

actually getting this plan together to go up

to space, to go face Alita one, uh, to get, um,

I just lost. Yeah. To, to come down and fight

with Metroplex. And, um, again, we have another.

I guess. Would Devastator be considered a titan?

He's not really a titan. He's a combiner. He's

a combiner, yeah. Can I say how wonderful these

colors are? Oh my god! The panel where Devastator

says, you know, Devastator failed the Chosen

One once. We will not do it again. That panel

went, oh my god. He hasn't looked that good in

35 years. He's so nice and shiny! It's like they

said, hey, you guys helped us out, so we'll give

you a buff job, you know? Buff you up really

good since you helped us out with the Combiner

Wars. Give them a little bit of appreciation.

And I love that Wimbley's plan is to hide herself

in all the warships as they try to sneak on to

Alita's. a titan and i'm like oh that's kind

of that's kind of cool and she's like don't worry

they're not going to be paying attention to us

as because devastator is you know the main focus

right now and well i love that i think that was

so cool i'm like oh windblade you're so awesome

um so that was the end of it so you see uh devastator

come down put do the superhero pose you know

you know, good old Iron Man. Kill everything.

Yeah. Like I said, he just, and he just looks

amazing doing so. And of course, uh, Alita and

obsidian are just like, yeah, this isn't going

to bowl over well. And so here we go. We're taking

the, the war from office Cybertron into space.

And now it is going to be Alita one versus wind

blade. And it's going to be awesome. Yeah. Sorry,

I rambled there. I apologize. I love this issue.

I think this issue has so many good, interesting

things. The fact that they can fit a semi -love

story within the rest of, oh my god, these undead

things are coming to kill us and now we have

to deal with Alita 1 and her not letting us figure

out why her titan won't transform. The fact that...

Tigatron and Airazor can basically be oblivious

to all of this. Like, yes, they are fighting,

but you don't ever see them not together when

they're fighting. It's like they have some weird

romantic war love story. I don't even know. It's

gagarific. I don't care for those two. I apologize.

I know there's some fans out there. I'm not one

of them. Yeah. I just think it gets in the way.

I'm just like, there's good love stories that

happen. To me, it feels forced. That's just me.

How does it feel forced? They were in love in

Beast Wars. It just feels forced in this storyline.

It's just like, oh, well, there's so much going

on. Oh, let's put these little cutesy lines here

and there. I'm just like, I don't know. I get

what you're saying, because they both have kind

of a pedantic way, especially Tigatron. He's

always had that pedantic way of speaking. So

in this comic book, it feels out of place. Yeah,

I mean, it just feels out of place. Wrong timing,

I guess. But it's definitely their characters.

It's definitely them. Maybe it's just me. I'm

just a little bitter old maid, okay? There you

go. No, I get that it doesn't quite feel like

it meshes. I wouldn't take them out necessarily,

but they feel like fan service. Yeah, they're

a good team. They work together as a fighting

team, but yeah, the whole love story kind of

fell a little bit out of place. I think the reason

why is because they're automatically just...

doing what they already did in beast wars. And

we don't have any buildup to that. So we don't

see how they struggled to become in love. Like

everybody is shipping over, you know, wind blade

and star scream because there's so much conflict

between them, but there's really good chemistry

as well. And so it's easy. Like, Hey, we know

nothing's going to come out of that one, but.

that's because we're working for it that we want

to see it so badly whereas those guys there's

no con there's there's we don't have to really

invest anything they're just already in love

well right because when we first met them they

had already met like eucharis was already a thing

at the time yeah you know cron ate it but we

didn't go on a journey so that's why we don't

right exactly like we didn't go on the journey

with them in the book but just from a fan service

point of view Oh, cool. They're here. They're

in love. That's great, because we already knew

that that's what always happens with the two

of them. Yeah. And I think as a contrast to,

for instance, and not obviously in a sexual way,

but the way that Windblade and Metroplex love

each other is precious and understated and beautiful.

I love that. Uh -huh. And you feel absolutely

everything, and it's done in just... tiny expressions

and small moves and it's beautiful like I'm just

looking at the page where she's trying to save

him and ends up having to disconnect his brain

and it's so sad and beautiful because he's so

little It's just because she struggled so hard

to get him online. And she's like, now I've got

to take him offline? Are you serious? This is

crazy. It's going to save his life, though. I'm

just saying. I know. I know. It never feels like

she's turning off. They'll just take him apart

unless he goes in there and they think that he's

dead. It never. Whenever she's interacting with

him, it never feels like she's interacting with

a fancy computer or a complicated machine. It

always feels like this really specific, because

it's not even the way she interacts with other

Transformers of her own type. It's really well

written. Yeah, it is. It really is beautiful.

It's really beautiful. It's this combination

of, I'm talking to someone who's sort of a god,

but also my child, but also... Very old. Yeah,

and just like, it's, yeah, they, it's, it's real,

I love, I love this whole... And that panel where

he says, wind voice? No, see that? And he's got

like a bloody nose, and he's just like, why did

you do that? No! I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry.

And his little panel things where he's like,

hurts, hurts, make them stop. I'm like, gosh

dang it. I know. Yep. Anyway. Yeah. Another thing

that I have to point out, Alita, her refusal,

because in this one, obsidian actually tries

to get her away maybe if we have explained the

reason why and she absolutely refuses to even

do that and i was like oh you know that if you

talked with wind blade it gave a really good

reason why he's gotta stay not you know you do

realize that She'd probably go, oh, okay, yeah,

this is bad. Here's the thing, though. That's

why I appreciate knowing what I know in the future.

When she finally explains that the reason they

don't is because they have seen how Liege Maximo

gets people twisted. She cannot trust anyone.

If it was just Windblade and there was no Liege

Maximo, then she'd be like, yeah, okay, so here's

why we can't do it. It's bad. is just too afraid

of letting the knowledge that leads Maximo exists

out. Because she's just seen too many times what

he is capable of. And Starscream exists on this

planet. And has currently power over Windblade.

So she just can't. But yeah, I'm so team Obsidian

in this series. I love Obsidian too. She's awesome.

And his design is awesome, too. Can I say that?

Yeah. He's always been a cool character, even

back in, like, Mike was, he was Beast Machines,

right? Yep. Yeah, he's always been cool, but,

like, now he's just fully a person, and, yeah,

we've actually been watching a little bit of

Beast Machines lately, and I still, like, I can't

handle the sound of it. It's just loud. I love

the music in that series. The music is cool,

but they only had like three cues and a lot of

clanking and pathunking. I don't know how, I

mean, unless you're talking about like the Viacons

and stuff, because everybody else is techno -organic.

When you're going from, okay, sorry, we're not

talking about Beast Machines, but when you're

going from Beast Wars and the way that's written

and the clever repartee and all that stuff, and

you go into Beast Machines where it's much less

talking and more doing, it's rough. That's a

deep freeze call. All right, so issue seven.

It's back to Amy. No, no, no, we're just going

to make Amy do all the work. But I didn't write

that one out. Also, I did. I got that one. Okay,

good. But before we go, I wanted to really fast.

The part where they're trying to evacuate on

ships is really well written with, you know,

the one person being like, don't leave and Ironhide

being like, if you get on, we will all crash

because it'll be overweighted. That's really

good writing. And. yeah good stuff okay sure

i'm like don't skip the good stuff okay yeah

i'm sorry i i i i blabbered through my review

i apologize you know what it's okay i also you've

only had five hours how many days again in three

days i'm surprised i could actually read english

all right Alright, so here's the summary I've

got for the next issue. I think it's seven. So

Starscream and Bumblebee are kind of watching

the war and there's this really poignant bit

where Bumblebee's talking to him about how he

and Windblade could have been better allies if

he'd been more honest with her. And Starscream

is very aware of what he does to friends that

he kills them. He's thinking of metal. We cut

to the Windblades team attacking Carcer and Devastator

being the distraction. And Stryker gets to be

super awesome. I lost Stryker! We have only ever

seen Megatron do in that back in Megatron, or

what is it? All Hail Megatron, where it was ridiculous

at the time, but now when Stryker does it, it's

just awesome. Where Devastator punches down and

she just lifts his fist back up and is all, if

that's you, I'm not impressed. I love that woman.

Love her! Even though Devastator is being super

duper distracting while Windblade and her crew

are trying to fly in a ship in the middle of

the fleet, Obsidian, who is awesome, notices

that something's not right and they end up our

our little team of heroes ends up getting their

ship shot and as it is about to explode uh one

of the little devizin guys is like i have an

idea and they kind of hide themselves in the

most sturdy parts of the ship and fall to Carcer's

surface on these pieces. Now, I call shenanigans

on that part because I don't think that's physically

possible, but it's cool, so we will let it be

Guardians of the Galaxy level. So they are now

on Carcer's surface. They go in an airlock and

close it quickly and split up into two teams.

The fact that the airlock was opened is noticed

by Obsidian and his the two girls who are kind

of being the security guards, and they send a

team to go check what happened. And Alita also

goes, because she's like, all right, something's

going down. She wants to get, yeah, Windblade.

Oh, wait, yeah. She's smart enough to figure

that out, too. Yeah, yeah. And they do kind of

see one of the teams running. Anyway, Windblade

catches up with Team 1 and pulls a gun on them

and shoots Windblade as what is his little, the

guy who looks like Swerve, like Sparkstalker

or something. He's trying to protect her. And

he says, no light! And gets shoved to one side.

And we find out that the quote -unquote Windblade

Elita shot was actually... Lightbright, who Sparkstalker

loves and he was trying to protect. That she

had a little hollow, the thing that the badgers

have. Yeah. Windblade goes to... In the last

issue, she asked for and so she got one and the

guy was like, I don't know how this is going

to help you. Yeah. Oh, I didn't catch that. Good

job. Good catch. Totally didn't catch that. Anyway,

Windblade's in the brain module or area. But

Obsidian has beaten her to it, and he's like,

he tries to reason with her, but he still won't

be super clear. And he's just talking about,

you can't afford the cost of activating him.

And Windblade is like, I've sacrificed so much

I know about cost. And, yeah. Then everybody

jumps on Obsidian as he attacks, and they manage

to pull him down, and he's just... begging her

not to connect to carcer yeah and there's this

amazing panel of words where after you know what

happens you can kind of tell what he was saying

and it's cool um you know carcer something free

him we will yeah anyways really good and she

plugs in and then the art is amazing and we find

out that it is Vigilim. Which was teased in Revolution.

When I first read it... again to refresh for

this i thought oh no they spoiled something and

i went no if you've never read this you won't

know that when they said vigilum and liege maximo

that you were about to take this journey to find

out who liege maximo and vigilum is and yeah

that's this is the payoff right here which i

think is really cool if you're reading this for

the first time you get that payoff that was kind

of laid in that so i thought at first maybe they

put the micronuts whatever the revolution um

issue in the wrong place actually i think they

put it in the perfect place yeah so yeah it really

flows story -wise yeah that last page oh my god

last place it's so good it's beautiful wake up

wake up and it's like not never again i'm never

going to be that again what oh the uh The panel

right before the last page of Windblade when

she's plugging in. All so good. That's the best

I've ever seen Windblade look. Even though she's

going through an emotional rollercoaster by plugging

this thing into her head, but just the way that

she's drawn, the way that she's colored, the

way the background is, it's amazing. I absolutely

love it. And then obviously the last page where

we get the reveal of Vigilum, it's like... Oh,

shit's about to hit the fan. Yes. But the good

thing is that this has all been leading up to

that little secret that we didn't know. And within

one issue, I went from hating Alita to going,

oh, snap. She's got a really good reason. I was

like, oh, crap. What the heck? Yeah. Oh, man.

Yeah, I was like, oh, I don't really like Alita.

dang, no wonder she is who she is, because this

is going to be bad juju. Yeah. I also love the

fact that in this issue, acts are starting to

show again with Starscream. He's usually very

specific to make sure that nobody else hears

him when he talks to Bumblebee, and people are

starting to overhear him. They're like, what

did you say? What did you say? What did you say?

I even went... I even went and read just what

Airazor would have heard when Starscream's talking

to Bumblebee. And I'm like, it sort of makes

sense, right? But no, it stopped making sense.

And that's where she looks and is like, what?

What are you talking about, dude? Amy, where

does it talk about Vigilim in the revolutionary

issue? At the very... Give me just a second.

Keep talking, and I'll let you know in just a

second. Sorry. I know that's not important, but

it's something that I managed to totally miss.

Yeah, no worries. I'll go find it later. Because,

yeah, when I was first reading this, I was like,

who the crap is vigilante? I'm like, cool art!

Well, that last page is gorgeous. Yeah, the last

page in issue seven is amazing. Okay, this is

one of the reasons why I love Transformers so

blinking much, because we can do things like

character we know and love plugs another dude

directly into her head, and they have this cool

shared mind space thing. That is just neat crap.

Neat crap. I love that. That was just neat crap.

I found it where it was. It's Pyra. Pyra says

it, too. Oh, does she? Okay. While they're trying

to figure out what's wrong with Metro Titan,

and they start talking about, because they see

the Prime... The prime symbol? It's like in the

first three or four pages. Yeah, there's a bunch

of symbols in this that I was noticing. Like

there's that symbol that I didn't know was a

prime symbol and now I'm curious about. And then

there's another one that I noticed somewhere

in these later issues that I should have paid

attention to. Oh, Ironhide's security force badge.

What's his face? Barkstalker's got one. So yay

new symbols. So thanks for going back and finding

that. Issue 7 was amazing. The art, the story

so far and all that. Like we just said, the reveal

at the end, like the final page here of Issue

7. I absolutely love that. Going into Issue 8,

it is called Rubicon and Metroplex is down. I

don't know if he's out, but he's definitely down

and Windblade is still plugged into Carcer or

Vigilum or whatever, whomever. Vigilum. Yeah,

we get her going through Vigilum's memories,

Carcer's memories. We see her with Starscream

as the narration is going on. Yeah, this is all

really weird. Like, I'm glad we're getting answers

to this, but it's just strange to me. I actually

didn't lose interest, but I completely lost my

mind trying to keep track of all of this in the

final issue here. I think that was the point,

because while Windblade is trying to keep, she's

trying to control him, he's also trying to take

over. And we really see, because they mentioned

before, like in the first issue of this, the

revolution issue, where they were concerned about

Prime. Merging with a Metro Titan, not knowing

their intentions and how they couldn't sacrifice

him. So Windblade does it. This kind of shows

just how powerful a Metro Titan's or a Titan's

mind quite literally is. That she's struggling

to keep control. Yeah. I love this issue. Yeah,

this issue is awesome. I love this issue. This

issue is very awesome. I'm trying to find even

just a single page that I'm not in awe of and

I'm not having any luck. As we go along, she

has her narration that she's doing as she's trying

to control him and he's trying to control her.

What I love in this is how the art is done where

you see him as an actual bot, but she's kind

of like... A female version of Patrick Swayze,

just kind of ghosting over top of him. You know,

I love that. Oh, yeah, I see what you're saying,

yeah. Her narration gets to a point of, you know,

have to keep fighting, have to keep fighting,

and it gets to a panel, at least in the guided

view, where it's just one shot of Windblade.

and it's just a black background, and it's got...

It's so cool. Like, I love the way Sarah does

Windblade. I really do. Yeah, she does a good

job. It's fantastic. Yep. So, as we go through

this, Vigilum pretty much takes over. Like, she

tries to have him stop, but it doesn't work.

Chromium, meanwhile... Tries to reactivate Metroplex.

No. Metroplex manages to wake up just enough

to contact Chromia. Oh, that's what it is. And

he tells her, go get Windblade. She's hooked

into Carcer. Yeah, that's what it is. Or, sorry,

Vigilim. He's always going to be Carcer to me

for some reason. Yeah, it's... Can I say that

one panel of when Blade's possessed is amazing.

Oh, yeah. It is beautiful and nightmarish at

the same time. And I love it. Is that the one

where she turns around and she says, you have

failed? Yes. Oh, my gosh. It's so good. The best

joker and the best, like, just all the creepy

grins. I'm not kidding. When I saw that panel,

I'm like, oh, I just got the chills. It is gorgeous.

Oh, my gosh. I feel like that's when you really

understand she's no longer there. It's him. You're

like, crap. I love it. It's so gorgeous. Yeah,

that panel is amazing. Kind of reminds me of

a certain CW hero. You have failed this city.

The eyes would be green then. Well, yeah. Alright.

So, is that the summary? We're not finished yet.

Not finished yet, no. Yeah, it's... Yeah, so

she gets possessed and he's taking over her body.

And you have Alita fighting back. I just get

so distracted by the art at this point. And of

course, Leech Maximo ends up showing up. Not

good. Yeah, Alita comes into the brain room.

She's trying to kill him before he releases Leech

Maximo. Yeah, she's shooting at his brain. But

it's cutting back and forth between the green

where Leech Maximo is being let loose. and the

pink weapons fire of Elita shooting at the brain.

And then also, Nicole, I think Stryker gets killed

here. I know. No, I won't accept it. Let's just

say that Ratchet fixes her later. The thing is,

she's too big of a badass to just go out like

that. And it's so horrible because, like, Loki

leads Maximo. I'm sorry, I didn't quite make

that out. She's dying. I'm not quite sure what

she's trying to say right there. She's like,

win. Oh, you will not win. Okay, that's what

she's trying to say. Of course, Sarah draws this

Bleach Maximo to be like Smex Incarnate. Because

she draws everybody. There's some other panel

that I want. The very, very last panel. Mm -hmm.

Oh, my gosh. Heartbreaking. Heartbreaking panel.

Very last panel. Yeah. Yeah. Well, we know she's

not dead yet because she still has to become

the leader of Cybertron and destroy Starscream.

Yes, but when you didn't know that was going

to happen after this, this was like, you read

this page and then you were like, no! Yeah. If

you put yourself finding your best friend in

that kind of position where you've sacrificed

your all and you're just like, I couldn't save

her. I couldn't be there. And you're feeling

sorry for Chromia even though she's done some

bad things in her life. She's trying to her hardest

to make up for everything that she's done. And

oh my gosh, there's so much pain and love and

anguish in this one little panel and I love it.

Hear, hear. Seconded. Yep, yep. Yep. I mean,

you could feel every emotion Chromia is going

through right there. I cried. I'm just going

to say. I cried when I got to the end of this

one. Because we've been on such a journey with

these two. I mean, since, like, all three of

us. All four of us. Yeah. We podcasted about

it. We've seen the journey of how, you know,

Chromia made bad decisions. And she took responsibility

for those. And now, ah! Yeah. You know what the

sad thing is, though? As emotionally horrifying

this final panel is, I know Chromie is a motorcycle,

but I don't care. The way that she's drawn in

this final panel makes it look like she has a

friggin' fidget spinner on her back. A bended

one. Yeah. It's a broken fidget spinner. That's

because her heart is broken. Yeah. That is actually

good storytelling, because I never... Okay, there

have been times, more than meets the eye, 47,

where I was destroyed because I thought people

were legit dead. I never once thought Windblade

was actually dead here. And yet still, this packs

a really good punch. It's not that, you know,

I am destroyed by this... piece of paper feeling

but it's just like like you were saying nicole

it's just really good depiction of i tried so

hard to save you and i couldn't yeah yeah everybody

gets so after chromia for killing three people

and everybody else has killed like three million

people yeah like guys and i feel like it was

us readers who wigged out about chromia to the

point where they kept feeling like they had to

deal with it in such a serious way and everybody

else gets away with stuff. I think the thing

is that Chromia was doing it the way that she

was doing it. That's a problem. Yeah. It's not

that she was doing it. It's the way she did it.

That it wasn't part of the war. It was just selfish.

She was. She was trying to manipulate Windblade

to go home. And that, in a sense, almost is a

betrayal of their friendship, but yet she found

a way, Winnablee helped cover it up. She was

the bestie that said, okay, if you ever kill

somebody, I'm there, we'll bury the bodies, and

I'll give you an alibi. She did it. She was the

legitimate bestie that said, okay, yeah, I was

there to bail you out of jail, and we hid the

body. Nobody knows, oh, crap, except Starscream.

Darn it. Oh, no, that guy. It was Starscream

in the parlor with the wrench. Yeah. Now that's

a crossover that they could do. Transformers

versus Clue. That would be amazing. That would

be fun. Oh, sorry. I am just always going to

tell you the good fan fictions out there. There's

one called CSI Arc, where they do, the Autobots

do a murder mystery. And it is. the best characterization

of, like, pure G1 goodness. And it is Glee. Anyway.

You'd think that the Decepticons would be doing

the murder mystery. No, I could see them being

the ones that are locked in a room somewhere

and they have to solve the puzzle. Oh, God, no.

Oh, I love those. Escape rooms are fun, man.

They are fun. The Decepticons wouldn't last five

seconds in an escape room because Megatron would

just blast a hole in the wall. That's true, she

would. At the end of the trade here, if you have

the Talala 1 Volume 2 trade, they have all of

the covers that were all the variant covers and

things like that. Priscilla's cover for issue

I think it's issue 6 or 7. It's basically Starscream

and Windblade. It's basically Oh, it's for Issue

5. Issue 5, that's what it is. It's their faces

with Cybertron and all this with Chromia and

Obsidian on Windblade's side with all the, you

know, Rattrap and whatever on Star. I love this.

This is why that is the featured banner because

I love the whole... half -and -half face thing

for Starscream and Windblade, because it almost

looks like Starscream is wearing clear lipstick.

I love that you're like, I love this because

it looks like Starscream's wearing lipstick.

It's like, no. I love the one where it's Chromia's

mugshot, where it's her up against it. That's

hilarious. All the prestige covers are great.

Yeah. Absolutely. Windblade volume... Not Windblade.

Till All Are One. Thank you. Yes, yes, yes. It's

like confusing Roxy with Rio. Anyway. I know

people. Watch out. She'll hire a hit. Let's go

around the table. Heather, what would you rate

the whole story here in Volume 2? Actually, why

don't you just let Nicole go first? Yeah, just

let Nicole. Okay, so the whole story, like I

said, the only thing that I really had an issue

with the whole storyline was the whole Airazor

-Tigatron thing. That was the only thing that

kind of threw me... I was invested in the whole

storyline, the whole... We've made in Metroplex

and like I said, the Airazor and love story is

the only thing that kind of threw me off. The

artwork was great. I'm going to give it a four

and a half. What about you, Heather? This thing

is better every time I reread it. And I always

remember it as being. It's more disjointed than

it actually is. It builds really skillfully to

this very controlled finale. I think it's mostly

because I'm not an action person. So when there's

comics that are like, fighty, fighty, shoot,

shoot, fight, fight, I'm like, I fall out of

it. But as a whole story, the way it comes together

is just so good. Rats, I'm really in danger of

giving it a five. I'm just flipping through to

see if there's any reason why I wouldn't give

it a five. I'm giving it a five. It's really

good because like, how can you resist this last

issue? It's so good. And also even just because

we didn't even mention it, the backstory that

suddenly they give Metroplex where he's like

fully a person where he's like, I, where you

recognize that he had a connection with. and

wondered if he should have killed him. You know,

that's harsh. Anyway. Yeah. Yeah, I'm giving

it five. It's really good. Amy? The next one's

going to be six. Yep. Okay, so I am that person

that likes to fighty -fighty -shoot -shoot really

intense action -packed stuff. So the fact that

we got, let's see here. I started reading this

in the evening, and I was feeling a little tired.

And just my reread, and I'm like, I got through

this, like, so fast, which usually I don't. And

the reason why is because it was so well -paced,

and they did all, she, Margaret, did all of the

things that you're supposed to do to have a really

great ending on something like this. And she

did really, really great, and it's just fantastic.

And the art is fantastic. yeah i just margaret

is making it look like it's easy to write with

all of these characters and all of these backstories

and making things work and making us care and

feel and oh have a moment to breathe and oh you

know then have time for tears as well she makes

it look easy and it's not and so that's why i'm

giving it a five man because she did a fantastic

job And this paired up with the Revolution issue

actually made it look better. I'm just saying.

It did. The Revolution issue helped it. Yeah.

So I thought after I got through this again,

just for a second reading, and I hadn't read

it for a little while, and I kind of forgot a

few details, I was quite happy with how fast

I got through it and feeling that I had really

read something a whole lot longer than I actually

did. I was just like, wow, that was really a

good meal of a story right there. So, yeah, this

is fantastic. Give it a five. I'm right there

with you. Five all the way, because I absolutely

love this, unlike Nicole, who doesn't apparently

like Beast Wars characters at all. You know,

I actually like the fact that we have this kind

of separate, lighthearted Airazor and Tigatron

thing, because the world is ending. I mean, Come

on. Their world has ended. Are you kidding? Yeah,

exactly. Well, at this point, the world is getting

ready to end. And obviously, as you said, Eucharist

is gone at this point kind of a thing. Five all

around, like you just said about her story. When

I was reading this, I was going back and forth.

I wasn't going back and forth, but I started.

I was preparing for this episode and the next

episode that Ryan and I are going to do. On Optimus

Prime and Lost Light Volume 2. Started reading

Optimus Prime. I got through issue 7. And I'm

like, I can't do this. I have to go back and

read Till All Are One and get that done for the

recording. Because as much as I love John, as

much as I love Zama and the art and all that,

Optimus Prime is by far the wordiest book out

of all three titles. And it's just... God, that

guy. Anyway, yeah, five's all around. Back, I'm

better than ever. Look at this new paint job.

I've gone beyond being just plain old bumblebee.

I'm a gold bug. So, folks, you can Google Beatles

Diva, Beatles like the bug. I'm sorry, Beatles

like the band, not the bug. She's just a gold

bug. To find Nicole, Amy, where can people find

you online? You can find me on Twitter at Lady

of Rec. What about you, Heather? Find me on Twitter

at HahiPrime. I'm on Twitter at TFG1Mike. You

Ryan and I will be talking about Optimus Prime

and Lost Light Vol. 2. And then that's the penultimate

episode for Autobotly August 2018. And the final

episode, the finale this year, episode 323 .5,

we are going to be reviewing Till All Are One,

Volume 3. So not only did the ladies and I start

Autobotly August this year, we're finishing it

as well. Booyah! Booyah! Booyah! Please, no.

No. No Michelangelo. Stop it. That is the one

true Mikey. No, it is not. Don't even get me

started. It is not the one true Mikey. You take

that back. It's the only Mikey I can stand at

all. What? Townsend Coleman was infinitely better.

Robots! Let's rock! And then Robbie wrist in

the original film and night. Don't even, I will

fight you on turtles all day long. Just like

you'll fight me on prime. Yep. All right. Whoa.

And I thought insurance salesmen were pushy.
