In my 251st entry of 2024, it’s September 7, 2024, and I’m gonna be writing about that Saturday Sun feeling!
Karen turned me onto the Vance Joy song “Saturday Sun”. I’ve loved it ever since. It comes up in my playlist every now and then, and lately it’s been showing up more and more. Up until writing this post, I had never seen the video. So that’s what kinda prompted me to write this. That feeling of escaping life, whether it’s your job, or anything else. That feeling of being with the one person that you love, and the two of you just enjoy life under the Saturday Sun! I miss that feeling, but I’m sure it’ll come back to me at some point.
