Roll To The Rescue Bots – Episode 01 – “Family Of Heroes”

My boys really love Rescue Bots, a version of Transformers tailored to the pre-school crowd.  They watch the show over and over, usually surrounded by their toys.  The animation is simple and brightly-colored, more stylized than even Transformers Animated.  Like Disney shows, Rescue Bots episodes do not revolve around violent combat, just simple emergencies like cats in trees. 

Since I finished up the podcast review show for Beast Machines, I’ve been looking for an excuse to do more giant robot reviews.  “Roll To The Rescue Bots” is a new twist on that, bringing the perspective of a five-year-old fan into the mix.  Aiden and I watch an episode of Rescue Bots together and then discuss what we saw around a table of Rescue Bots figures.
