Contest Winners Announcement and Knight Rider Toy Memories

Cliffjumper, commence countdown! Five, four,

three, two, one! Hello and welcome to Transformers

Toycast episode 16. I am TFJ1Mike with the GeekCast

Radio Network and there will really not be any

episode discussion. This time around I am all

by my lonesome. However, we will be revealing

the contest winners in this episode. I'm probably

going to be talking about something that is probably

non -Transformers toy related. Actually, I'll

probably be ranting on it, but first let's...

Do the contest we had I believe 14 entries I

got 14 emails. I actually got an email from one

of the authors of our prize which is the AllSpark

Almanac. Jim Sorenson emailed me back and forth

saying, you know, wish me luck. He actually promoted

the contest on his blog. Actually, we got a news

item from the AllSpark, AllSpark .com, so that

was kind of cool. So I'm going to shake up the

cup here, reach in and draw a name. Hopefully

that's coming through on the microphone, and

wow, I just spit all over the cup anyway. All

right, I'm reaching in and the name I have whoa

look shit. I dropped it. Holy crap What the hell

all right, well, there we go I dropped the name

I picked out but here it is it is malunas wow

um... okay so the contest is is over and done

with we have the winners uh... i actually was

looking online i was trying i was debating on

what to talk about tonight as most everyone knows

uh... actually run on toys to talk about because

i haven't bought any recently and i was looking

at something online here and uh... reminded me

of way back in kindergarten um... i was in kindergarten

the uh... as everybody knows i'm a huge night

rider fan the uh... night two thousand voice

car had come out when i was in kindergarten and

one of my fellow uh... i get a friend uh... his

name is brian reid why i'm even remembering his

damn name i have no idea why i really wanted

the night two thousand voice car it's basically

the kit car from the show it comes with a possible

uh... Michael Knight figure and it says like

it says one two three says five different sayings

And it's supposed to be the actual kit computer

voice from the car from the the Knight Rider

show in the 80s So supposedly that was supposed

to be William Daniels voice Well this kid Brian

had one My mom would never get me one He wouldn't

let anybody touch it. He wouldn't even let anybody

hold it. He would just keep pressing the license

plate letting the voice play. And I'm like, dude,

it's called show and tell. And then you're supposed

to share it with some of your friends who love

Knight Rider or whatever. But anyway, it was

just an awesome, awesome toy. I wish I could

find one now that's in, you know, for a fairly

decent price. I just don't. you know whatever

uh... but i was so pissed at this little jackass

who uh... who wouldn't even let me hold the damn

thing and as everybody knows i'm a huge knight

rider fan uh... so i think uh... this is going

to be a really fast episode that i don't even

know if you can qualify this as an episode uh...

a podcast episode uh... this i really don't have

that much else to talk about uh... Haven't really

been feeling all that well last couple of days

Found out I had a blister on my foot and yeah,

I've had my foot wrapped up For the last pretty

much all this weekend It's getting better now,

but anyway Again, thanks to everybody who entered

the contest. We will have another one at some

point Don't know when not really sure when we're

gonna have another cool prize on hand again Malunas

and trans fan 1990 send me your shipping information

and I will ship these out as soon as possible

and we'll see you next time on Toycast. Bye folks!
