About this Episode

Steve flies solo this week discussing CW superhero shows (The Flash, Arrow, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow), new trailers for Logan and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, his experience with Battlefield 1, the Nintendo Switch reveal, and what's coming up in geek culture. He also shares personal updates on work stress, school projects, and his Transformers collecting habit.

This week on AlterGeek, I talk what's up in Geek

Culture. Featuring the Flash, Logan, Battlefield

1, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, voice, stuff

with school, and more. Hello and welcome to...

Altered geek. I'm your host Steve Megatron Phillips

and in this episode. I'm not joined by anybody

else I opted to do this episode on my own For

a couple of reasons one. I just I felt like I

wanted to just kind of I don't know reconnect

with you guys a little bit more and kind of just

Talk a little bit more freely and just kind of

bring up other topics and whatnot Not only that

we've been having some difficulties with audio

issues Based on software updates Windows 10 and

a variety of other things when we're co -hosting

together So I I opted for those reasons as well

as I'm going to a camp thing this weekend with

my my wife and my two boys So we won't be in

town I need to get a full night's sleep tonight,

which Thursday this will be out on Friday morning

as per usual and So yeah, I just wanted to put

out another episode, but I didn't necessarily

want to have to Put it out late or or not be

able to talk about what I want to talk about

not that that doesn't normally happen, but I've

been kind of weird mentally in a lot of different

places. I don't know if it's because I've been

Overworked stressed There's been a lot of job

issues lately Between not making enough money

and then My direct boss getting let go last week

so Yeah, I mean, it's been a variety of things,

so it's been really weighing on my mind. Plus,

I got a bunch of school projects coming up, and

then various things with Geekcast Radio and Altered

Geek I want to accomplish that are on my mind.

So yeah, I've been doing all of these things.

We recorded All Things Transformers, which was

nice to get back to that a little bit. I kind

of miss doing this show a little bit sometimes,

and occasionally get the itch to do Transformers,

so I'm kind of glad I didn't ultimately kill

it, even though I've killed it like three or

four times. But yeah, I don't know how you guys

feel, but occasionally I just feel like I get

overloaded with things between the internet,

TV, my phone, games. So I've been trying to kind

of take it easy a little bit, even though it's

been a little difficult. I've been wrapped up

playing the Transformers Earth Wars on my phone.

And managed to blow probably about 30, 40 bucks

on this stupid game. More so because I wanted

more robots to fight with and upgrade faster.

I'd say it's probably, yeah, it's somewhere in

that range. But anyways, I never spend that on

a phone game. It's because it's Transformers.

Transformers is one of those weak points I have.

Just like getting the masterpiece Optimus Primal

that's coming in the mail sometime this month.

Or beginning of the next month. I'm a sucker

when it comes to Transformers. I don't know why.

Any other franchise, even if it's Batman, some

of the stuff I want, but I just can't pull the

trigger on it. And if it's Transformers and if

it's a character or if it's something I really

want, I have a hard time not getting it. And

it's... I don't know, it's really odd to me because

I've never even thought about it like that before.

So yeah. So first up, I'd like to say that I've

seen the new trailers for the new movies coming

out, meaning Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and

Logan. Guardians of the Galaxy volume 2 I thought

was really well done It's very reminiscent of

Guardians of the Galaxy ones trailer plays the

same music in the background of hooked on a feeling

You get to see them all kind of coming back together

you get to see various new scenes I don't know

the blue guys name. I don't know half their names,

so just bear with me, but I know Star Lord group

and That's about it Pretty pathetic I did enjoy

the movie when I saw the first one so the second

one does look like it's going to continue in

that that vein and Be very fun and Action II

and it kind of there's a scene in the trailer

where you can see Star -Lord Kind of having a

moment with one of the other male casts of Just

kind of explaining things and the guys like oh,

do you need a hug? And then he gives him a hug

anyway, and he's like I didn't need a hug It's

just funny because you can see them becoming

more family as the the series progresses so But

yeah that trailer looked really good um moving

on to Logan which came out this morning I I saw

the old Patrick Stewart image which makes him

look a lot older and More mentally gone than

he should be there and then you can see Logan

who looks really old Not quite as old as like

old man Logan, but he's pretty close. He's got

a lot of scars on his back his face All over

him. He's got full facial hair So yeah, it looks

really cool. You get to see Logan explaining

to Professor X that pretty much all the mutants

are gone You get to see the Reavers. You get

to see the Child, which is suspected to be X

-23. They don't show any claws come out of her.

Logan does say, like, who is this? Or, you know,

Charles says, you have more in common with her

than you know. And so it's kind of interesting.

And then you get to see, like, her whole... Logan's

hand at some point you get to see Logan with

like blood all over him you get to see his claws

You actually seem slashing people It's it's gonna

be very dark and very rated R. But I think this

is probably gonna be the most realistic Wolverine

story we've gotten so far with the claws and

with everything else and Very much in the vein

of the Wolverine I in in tone I would say But

I would say that this one's gonna be better because

they're allowed to do a lot more with it being

rated are You'd see a nice little car chase with

Xavier in the back of a pickup truck like in

the back seats of a crew cab and Logan driving

and it just it looks like a lot of fun And I'm

really looking forward to this movie as well

Next year because next year we're gonna have

quite a few movies that are they actually be

really good We're gonna have Guardians of the

Galaxy 2 Logan we're gonna have Wonder Woman,

Justice League. I'm not entirely sure... I think...

I'm not entirely sure what the other superhero

movies are for Marvel. I haven't really dug too

far into it. I know Star Wars Episode 8 is coming

out, which that's a given I'm gonna see. But

yeah, like all of these films that I've mentioned

so far are ones that I really want to check out

next year and I really Am excited for Kind of

keeping in the vein of superheroes we had Legends

of tomorrow you get to see what happened and

they have a nice like Oliver Queen crossover

with The character that that knows about the

time anomaly is going on with history and they

find Heatwave in the bottom of the time ship

in the water and they go rescue him who's in

suspended animation but they can't find Rip Hunter

and the rest of the cast is scattered and they

slowly rebuild the cast, bring everybody back

and then they get captured by the Justice Society

of America which will lead to a nice tipping

off point. on this episode that starts, it'll

have already come out by the time this episode

comes out of Altered Geek, but I can't wait to

check that out as well. Supergirl keeps upping

its notch I think that it's managed to go from

like the bottom of the barrel of Or like middle

ground of the superhero shows because let's face

it As far as like DC stuff is concerned because

I don't count Marvel. I don't watch any of the

Marvel I used to watch agents of shield. I don't

watch it anymore Supergirl has managed to up

its game And do better than season 1 for their

season 2 And I didn't think that that was possible,

but with moving to CW and the more expanded range

that they've been allowed to touch on, they've

managed to accomplish a lot. And the evolutions

and the kind of way that they gave people new

jobs and new scenarios, and they switched things

up from season one, it's like a totally different

show with the same characters. So I really like

what they did there, so it's not gonna get stale

at all. So I think the move from CW or from CBS

to CW seem to work out really well for them plus

this Superman I think is the most likeable Superman

since Christopher Reeve and I've seen that posted

all over the internet and I didn't believe it

until like watching the first and second episode

of this season and I feel like This iteration

of Superman seems to be I Don't know the most

realistic Superman like it's not the Henry Cavill

and yes Henry Cavill has the build for Superman

in a sense but Superman's never been about the

muscle he's naturally had it because the Sun's

rays on his Kryptonian body but you get to see

Kryptonite you get to see Metallo you get to

see Supergirl and Superman having to fight together

with Martian Manhunter which is awesome And yeah,

it's just it's it's a really really cool show.

They've got Cadmus in there now and It's I've

been really surprised by it so it can only go

up from here Moving into arrow I feel like that

they've with the flash and in Mike powers, and

I had discussed this a while back that That we

were hoping it would change something with arrow.

Well, it did it created New scenarios for John

Diggle whereas a lot of the other characters

weren't affected which it still remains to be

seen how John Diggle specifically got adjusted

when he really didn't have that close of ties

of Barry Allen But He ends up in jail and He

has a son instead of a daughter which rings true

with the legends of tomorrow 2046 episode where

you see future Oliver Queen with one arm, and

he's still the arrow, and you got John Diggle

Jr. playing the green arrow. So yeah, it's very

tying into that timeline, but I think that the

show with the new team and everything, I think

it's gotten better, and it's switched up the

dynamic, which this show has been in dire need

of. Of something new and I feel like that they've

accomplished that and they've kind of gotten

back to that season one season two vibe So I

have higher hopes for arrow this season compared

to seasons three and four so getting back to

the CW shows We have the flash Which the first

episode of flashpoint was really good The second

episode was leaving some things to be desired,

but it still... It kind of reset itself back

to all the characters that were affected by Flashpoint.

Were kind of affected, but you had them kind

of get reset on their own without Barry having

to do it himself. In different scenarios in their

lives, in... Cisco has more of his vibe powers

down. Caitlin has her Killer Frost hand starting.

And then you have with episode three, with Magenta,

who was created in a direct thing because of

Dr. Alchemy, who is another correlation. Alchemy,

Magenta, the rival are all remnants of the alternate

timeline. Crashing back in on the main timeline

with what Barry's had happened and So like essentially

this third timeline here where Barry's managed

to put himself they Have the breach open back

up from Earth to and Harrison Wells steps out

with Jesse quick who's got super speed at the

level of Barry Allen She can run as fast as him

and has essentially gained as much as he has

in the last two years, which is kind of insane

to me. But she was hit with different matter

than the particle accelerator. It was like dark

matter. So it affected her differently. And you

have Wally West trying to jump start because

Jessie almost got hit by a car. To get her powers

going and Wally West Is trying to do the same

so she has to save him and then like they're

constantly lecturing Wally in this episode, which

is I Get it, but it's annoying He'll get his

powers. I have a feeling around some point where

Jesse or Barry are in trouble So I have a feeling

we're gonna end up with three speedsters at some

point and Jesse will probably go back to earth

to at some point But I'm thinking for a while

she's gonna hang around kind of like the Superman

thing with Supergirl who also by the end of episode

2 went back to Metropolis So They gave her a

costume which we don't get to see on her, but

it'll be on her in the fourth episode where we

have the debut of Mirror Master Captain Cold

returns since There's an anomaly now and he isn't

in with the legends that version of him is dead

and this other alternate version of them is here

So It makes me wonder with the flashpoint the

little changes if Barry caused Every series to

have some kind of a ripple effect in that With

their planning last you know by the end of the

seasons last season. I'm wondering if that's

the reason why Certain things happen the way

they do, but I can't really clarify that any

I I'm kind of curious to what you guys have to

think on on all this the stuff with the CW and

how well I've done so far and honestly like if

there were somebody that wanted to kind of record

a small clip of Like the Marvel stuff to kind

of give everybody a viewpoint because I feel

like I'm heavily biased on DC and CW stuff And

it's not that I dislike Marvel I just don't care

for any of the characters because you have secondary

and tertiary characters on the Marvel front on

all their shows as opposed to CW who has a lot

of the level one level two tier people I mean,

we have Superman, we have Martian Manhunter,

we have The Flash, we have Supergirl. Supergirl

and Green Arrow and Adam are kind of second level.

Adam's borderline third. But we have a lot of

these first, second and third tier people on

DC's side, whereas I have no emotional connection

to any of the Marvel characters that are on...

Cable television or Netflix at this point in

time So I if somebody were wanting to do that

and send it in to me Steve at geek cast right

there Steve at altered geek calm that way I keep

it separate I would be willing to input that

in the episodes too From time to time. I'm not

going to talk the superhero television shows

on the podcast week to week I am planning on

doing something with my YouTube channel and doing

more or less weekly updates, like a 10 minute

episode weekly updates on the YouTube channel

and I have created a title for this. I don't

know if I want to release it though, like the

title, because I don't want anybody sniping it

before I have a chance to use it. And I'm not

saying anybody here would snipe and I'm just

saying I seem to release ideas and names of things

out into the interwebs and They get swallowed

up by somebody else. That's bigger than I am

Point being I had a website called the hub back

in the day and It got swallowed up by Hasbro

became the hub the TV station. And then I've

had I had Tabletop Enthusiast which was called

Tabletop for short and Peek and Sundry had a

video show called Tabletop and I seem to have

all these like ideas of things, but because I'm

not one of those like celebrity driven websites

It's fair game So which I get it I mean you find

somebody smaller than you and you use it first

that or use it after them and They just end up

fizzling out. You just keep going with it. Then

it becomes yours. So I I don't blame them I just

I say that a lot of my ideas and Someone else's

at some point So yeah, it's it's it's been fun

moving back to the other stuff watching how the

shows have kind of gone to this point and So

yeah, I just I'd love to hear what you guys have

to say about the the CW shows And in how well

they've they've gone so far and I cannot wait

to see more of the seasons Finishing out my superhero

talk Deadpool 2 is having fun with rumors for

an actress shortlist for Domino and I'd be curious

to find out who you guys have selected out of

this list They have reports of Mackenzie Davies

being considered for the role from Halt and Catch

Fire. I'm not familiar with her They They have

hers one of the possibilities Lizzie Kaplan who

I'm not familiar with either Sienna Miller who

I would rather stay away from it She was in that

terrible GI Joe movie. I don't think we need

her on this Then there's Sophia Boutella Stephanie

Sigmund Sylvia hooks and Mary Elizabeth Winstead

Who I think that would be probably the best choice

for this role, but it depends I I'm not a hundred

percent, but I think she would make a good a

Good one to play domino, and it would fit really

well with this film so yeah, who would you guys

think should play domino in Deadpool 2 and Obviously

they're gonna have cable, so it's wondering who

that's gonna be still but So yeah, with that,

I'm going to take a break and we're going to

move on. You can visit the episode post on geekcastradio

.com or alteredgeek .com. You can get all of

us on Twitter at alteredgeek. Look for us every

week on geekcastradio .com of course, Stitcher

Smart Radio, iTunes, Blog Talk Radio, and alteredgeek

.com. And now, back to the show. So as you know,

last week... EA came out with, they had EA Access,

which for $5 you can pay per month, and play

games that are exclusive to Origin or EA, basically

their Steam service. And they had Battlefield

1. Which you could play first on EA Origin on

October 13th through Whenever until your thing

expires. I did the one month of it so that I

could start playing And they let you play for

10 hours on the trial version of Battlefield

1 which is essentially they install the full

game and in order to unlock it you just have

to pay But it's $59 for the game And I don't

have $59 so Yeah, I paid the $5 so I could play

10 hours the game any progress you keep in the

game Goes towards the full game when you get

it So I didn't feel bad about doing that That

that I was perfectly okay with and they do give

you a discount for that amount of money when

you they give you like a 10 % discount which

essentially is the $5 When you go to buy the

full version of the game So it remembers that.

So it'd be like $53 for me at this point. I still

can't part with $53, so that's gonna have to

wait. I really love the game and I love the new

levels. They've got a level that reminds me of

Operation Locker. They've got one that reminds

me of Operation Metro, which are two of my favorite

levels. There's one where you have mountain sides

and there's a bunker with a giant turret. And

you can climb inside this turret and this mountain.

Shoot across the map and destroy stuff, and it's

got this huge boom and So I was playing with

my my dad and a bunch of my my teammates from

the fact fast action response team aka fart which

is our alliance team name and So we're all down

in this bunker, and there's three of us down

there. There's maybe four There's two doors into

this bunker and then there's the person in the

middle kind of off to the side who's running

the turret. So we're all there making sure we

keep the base captured, we keep the turret, and

we keep them out of the bunker. So I've discovered

really quickly that although I was not good with

the C4 in Battlefield 4 because there's so much

high -tech technology in it, The dynamite, which

is the equivalent of the C4 in Battlefield 1,

you still get three sticks of dynamite. I love

it because I wish that you could combo that with

the claymore tripwire. They have tripwire in

this instead of claymore, which is the old school.

But I throw dynamite in the doorway of the side

that the guy's not covering, and I wait until

I see them. you know, like the whites of their

eyes, essentially. And I love throwing the dynamite

in the doorway because usually they come in squads

of two. They almost always come in twos, the

people that are coming in the doorways. And I

manage to detonate usually while they're starting

to shoot at one of my teammates and I blow away

whoever's there. And then I stick another stick

of dynamite because then they come in another

squad of two. and then I blow them away and usually

and I have like the anti -tank grenades which

you can throw they're like a giant stick and

you just throw it they boom really big not as

quite as big as the dynamite but smaller than

the mini frag grenades so I usually have two

frag grenades two tank grenades and then three

sticks of dynamite then I have of course my my

machine gun or shotgun or whatever I have in

the game So usually I'm able to hold it until

one of my squad mates can respawn on me. On the

rare occasion where they swamp it from both doors,

I can't obviously defend that. But yeah, it's

been really fun doing that level. I've really

loved playing the game, the desert level that

was in the beta. I'm pretty decent at it, although

it's gotten to the point now where it's not like

a sniper fest like it was in the beta. It's people

actually playing the game. the objectives and

It's got to be pretty interesting. I've had a

lot of fun with that and One of my favorite things

to do is get guys from the absolute team trapped

in a building and blow it up So they just get

crushed by it That was kind of the same thing

I did in battlefield for but So I do that I've

got the the tripwire that's got the flames that

shoot out from it so if you don't get them with

the flame or with the Tripwire the flames that

catch them on fire after the fact will take them

down So yeah, I've had a lot of fun playing Bf1

it's it's definitely one of my favorites. I've

been meaning to record some of it while I still

have the Thing that way I get a bunch of footage

in high -def because for some reason when I stream

it I don't get as high -def as I should And I

think it's because my internet connection kind

of sucks I have 25 megabyte download speed internet

connection, but I don't think it's good enough

for streaming so what I'll probably do is I'll

probably take a bunch of capture a bunch of it

to my my PC and Essentially just edit it down

into smaller clips um So I don't know if you

guys have noticed this last week. I also published

a good idea bad idea which We talked about it

on a previous episode of doing that for my school

assignment, and I published it, and you can find

it on my social media, but I did the good idea,

bad idea on politics, and it says, good idea,

you know, letting your voice be heard, and then

it says, bad idea, letting your voice be heard.

or not letting the voice be heard by the one

you want and then it shows like Hillary and Trump

and mind you I dislike all the candidates for

president I dislike all of them equally they're

all terrible um however it's a it's a battle

of lesser of lesser of two evils um and the independents

unfortunately are not very well informed they're

about as informed as Trump and that kind of makes

Hillary about the only qualified one for president

And I still don't like her, but it's, ugh, this

presidential election is horrid. And the debates

are just, it's like throwing crap at a wall to

see what sticks. There's none of it's like, it's

like watching one of Trump's reality shows. Again,

moving aside from that, I did this on the politics

thing of it and then I said, you know, not letting

your voice be heard by the one you want, meaning

you should go out and vote. And I have like a

city that I did the green screen and I have like

a nuke go off in the background and it blows

up and it says, let your voice be heard, you

know, vote, you know, November 8th, 2016 and

blah, blah, blah. So I edited this thing together,

and it's like a good idea, bad idea. So I thought

it was kind of funny, and I had to make it exactly

30 seconds, which was easier said than done.

But I made it work. And so my next one I have

to do is a video promo for a mock TV show or

a logo for a company. So essentially, I could

do a 30 second, which Company normally doesn't

have a logo just come up for 30 seconds like

it's normally like 5 to 10 seconds, and then

they're done or 13 seconds like it doesn't go

to 30 there's You know think about watching intros

to movies. You know you see the paramount logo

go cross. It's like 10 seconds Maybe 12, but

so I made like the altered geek intro for my

youtube channel And it's 14 seconds long and

I'm thinking I need to stretch this to 30 to

60 seconds. And it has to be 30 or 60 seconds,

so I'm trying to think of how I can stretch it.

Because I can use footage from my gaming, I can

use footage from me doing voiceover, I can use

footage from me editing, doing stuff for the

podcast, for the network, for graphic design,

whatever. But I have to actually record myself,

which is going to be a little bit difficult while

I'm doing... the work, so I'm going to have to

set up a camera on me while I'm doing it. That

and edit it together and figure out how I'm going

to use effects with it, and it's due on Halloween,

which I'm not really looking forward to, but

it's going to be a fun project. So, moving on.

So, Nintendo has just revealed information about

their Nintendo NX or their Nintendo Switch. I

saw images of this Being shown off Essentially

what they show is the console this guy playing

a console and he's got a controller that's very

reminiscent of like the Xbox 360 or Xbox one

controller For Nintendo and it's it's got if

you mix basically the And I don't know what the

Wii U uses I've never even touched a Wii U so

maybe once the convention, but They show this

this box that's kind of about the shape of the

Wii And it's black and it's got this little holster

in it It's got this piece that sticks out above

it and it's got two spots for what looks like

HDMI in the front And it's called a Nintendo

switch and what it shows is you can take parts

of The controller off of itself and when you

want to Take your console and your gaming from

your TV rather than having a separate giant piece

Because you have the regular controller you take

these two pieces and slide them into this little

narrow TV screen Much like the the pad that goes

to the the Wii U and you take it out of the console,

it pops out of the console so you can keep playing

the game you were playing on it because the game

essentially is hooked into that. And you can

play it on there or you can pop the controls

off the side and put the kickstand up in the

back and still use the controls and play the

game on it. And it looks like it's got cartridges

like the 2DS or 3DS have. I'll be it a little

bit thicker a Little bit reminiscent of like

the old Gameboy cartridges or Gameboy advanced,

but they were about the size of the SD card ones

that are the 3ds It looks pretty cool. I'm Optimistic

for it and they show off the graphics a little

bit and they show them playing like a Open world

like Legends of Zelda type thing he's on a horse

slashing at people kind of like you would do

in Battlefield 1 It looks pretty neat. You can

do a dual screen on it and have two people play.

It's kind of interesting. You can have two of

them behind each other and be playing two player

because it connects to the same game. Or you

can again attach it to the console piece. and

Play it on your TV or take the pieces down and

go down and play it wherever you want to play

it and Yeah, it looks it looks pretty neat. I'm

Kind of waiting to see what the specs are the

technical specs But I guess time will tell but

the Nintendo switch looks like it's it's gonna

be halfway decent says it's coming March 2017

So be on the lookout for that and So yeah Not

really sure what else I want to cover this week

I I kind of have some other things that I want

to do, but I'm not really Due to time reasons.

I don't really want to do it I did release a

a list on the the geek cast radio site and on

my YouTube channel of the top 10 animated villains

Which Seems to Now that I look at it seems to

stem more out of the 90s but I feel like there's

a lot of villains in the 90s that kind of get

overlooked most of the time and I think that's

because People just don't pay attention to it

and we My list I tried to encompass it from a

different viewpoint in that The more times they

show up Kind of adds to their depth as a character

like if you if you look at it as an evolution

of the character themselves so like say like

Cobra Commander or Skeletor or Megatron or characters

like that you get an evolution with each series

that takes on a different part of the persona

of the character and Yes, some may do it better

and some may do it worse and even some of the

originals may not be as devious or cunning or

evil as they should be. Like I said, each layer

adds a different depth to that character, so

I tried to weigh it in in that sense, and I didn't

use anybody from films, animated films, I used

animated TV show villains, because they're not

a one -off. They have a whole season or a whole

show to display Who they are and so that's why

I did what I did But yeah, so check that out

and check out all the the stuff there Again,

there's there's some pretty cool stuff coming

up on superhero TV So so be sure to check that

out you get your first look at mr. Terrific You

get Stardust playing a villain That's surrounded

around a new drug called stardust Which is interesting

Mark Hamill has been spotted on the set of the

flash season 3 So I look forward to seeing that

But yeah, I'd Definitely say keep up with that

stuff You got anything you guys want me to talk

about next week on the show just let me know

and drop it in the the Comment section, holy

crap Just saw an image of Logan International

trailer showing that it's absolutely rated R

because you get to see Logan Take his blades

and shove them through somebody's chin and go

through his skull So that's yeah, that's a little

Little rated R there So so yeah a Lot of stuff

going on so Be sure to check out the website.

this nice little feature pop up after I kind

of closed off the show. So this is a little bit

of an interjection Mark Hamill being spotted

on season 3 of the flash Has the actor dress

dramatically different than he's been in the

past trickster episodes He's wearing Period clothing

holding a tommy gun and facing off against Jay

Garrick So he'd be playing the earth 3 version

of the trickster and not the earth 1 So it says

that This is the first time that he'll be playing,

you know, Flash against Trickster of, you know,

the John Wesley ship version. So, yeah, it says

you'll get to see John Wesley ship playing the

Flash again against the Trickster of Earth 3.

The funny thing about this is... They have him

in the period piece clothing which funny enough

this clothing is I Don't know how to say this

without really getting a spoilery. It's very

reminiscent of the Joker On purpose like the

it's got the striped jacket the outside very

much reminiscent of his animated series purple

costume and then the a Lot of the undershirt

stuff going on his face is painted white He's

got purple lips purple eye sockets and purple

hair instead of the green that's reminiscent

with the Joker So I'm wondering If they're doing

this on purpose Even the site that I got it from

which is comicbook .com says as far as in jokes

go It's probably also worth noting that the palette

color and dark circles around his eyes give Hamill's

Trickster a somewhat Joker like effect something

that might feel a little less like an in joke

if Hamill hadn't spent much of the last 25 years

Voicing the Joker in various animated projects

it very much looks like that And I hope that

he uses the voice because that would be just

spectacular So I can't wait to see that in action

So yeah, until next time, get Altered Geek Geeky

with the Altered Geeks.
